About Aztec Bingo

It was way back in December 2015 that we first heard about Aztec Bingo and so it has been under development for quite some time. However, that development time was clearly well spent and this is a nice looking and efficient online bingo site.

The Aztec theme has been well thought out and is reflected in the shades of brown, green and gold the site is designed around. Of course there is a loveable mascot and his name has been revealed as 'Arry' following an online competition on the holding page for the site. The theme is continued around the site with themed room names and offers.

        Hi, my first ever review. Aztec Bingo i find to be a really good site and well worth joining. Really nice cms. Emai replies almost instant which is a first.
        Nice roomies, not that i chat, but do like to read it.
        Free bingo 11am till 1pm and 6pm till 10pm. Worth joining just play this and the chat games as well.
        I've played on many sites using the VF software and i still do play on mecca, gala etc, but out of all the recent additions we have had to VF over the past say 1-3 years i find Aztec beats them all. its not silly if you catch my drift, so i have to say i give this site a thumbs up,,,,

        I had my account closed because i closed down another site?
        I asked aztec which site is that as their only sister site is bingozoo which ive never heard of.
        It seems this applies to any Virtue Fusion site that you may have closed down through responsible gambling? Which is odd because i play on many,,,yes i did close a site down which i requested permanent no coming back, the site in question replied the only way you can do that is through responsible gambling which i replied how come as i dont have a problem, anyway i replied ok. if this turns the blame on me for closing account in that way just do it,,,
        i just don't get what this has to do with Aztec as ive never played bingozoo,,
        Aztec are fast responding to emails etc,, but i need more explanation like what site are they referring to? and i still play many vf sites,,i just don't get it.

          When the support team are talking about sister sites they're referring to the VF sites out there in the market. Whereas when we talk about our sister site in promotions, we are talking about our coming soon site, Bingo Zoo.

          We have investigated your case and you have self excluded from a VF site on the 13-12-2016 for 5 years. This means that you'll be unable to play on any of the VF sites until the time has lapsed.

          i no, you own aztec bingo and vf own the software, so why you letting VF have the say on who can join your site. loads of people close down sites all the time like i did and it only effects the site you join and their other sister sites if any, not the whole vf network.

        Best bingo site I've been on - and I've been on lots!
        Great promotions, and wagering requirements are very fair, not like some sites where you have zilch chance of meeting them. Pays out very fast.

        This is a nice looking site which works well. I joined earlier today after receiving an offer from WhichBingo where I got an extra £10 bonus, and I've been really impressed with the graphics, games, and ease of use.
        Wagering is reasonable at 3x and does now seem the standard across most sites, also minimum withdrawl is good at £10. I think this is going to be one to watch going forwards.

        I had a postcard with the usual 'deposit £10 and play with £40' offer so I thought I would give the site a try. It's not a terrible site but you do come away with the feeling of 'what's the point?'
        Bingo bonus has a x3 wager, which is better than some sites, but worse than others. I received my bonus without any of the issues reported previousl, so hopefully the teething troubles are now sorted. I did ok and made 2 withdrawals of £10, both of which were paid to my (paypal) account within 1 day.
        The problem is that there is nothing here other than the standard networked rooms that you can get on any other vf site. There are no site only rooms, no chat games, no bonus incentives (other than the original joining one) and no cms.
        In 7 days not once did I see a cm, although on one occasion a player (who did not identify themselves as staff) turned up and asked for opinions on what we thought of the site.
        There were never more than 10 roomies on the site in the time that I was there. The one highlight was a player who claimed to be working for the gaming commission. He said the site was a front for money laundering and he had spent over £1200 over tax payers money and not had a single win. No one believed him of course and it was vaguely amusing but it shows what can happen when the chat rooms are left completely unsupervised (to be fair this isn't the only site where this happens).
        In view of the above my verdict of the site has to be neutral. It's not the worst site I have ever played, but not the best either. All you can play is networked rooms, so you might as well spend your money elsewhere and get whatever cash spend/vip rewards other sites have to offer.

We now realise that they are a valuable and crucial asset to a bingo site and have made the decision to introduce Chat Hosts on our site in the next couple of weeks or so.

        Totally disgusted that the site decided to change the rules for new players in free room. After depositing yesterday, I go to the new player room to find out the room has been today opened to all players, so basically the huge whole pound win per game is now open to ALL players and not just for new players as advertised.

        Id like a refund for being miss sold information.

Our change has had a very positive effect on our site, as the whole idea behind it, was to mix players on our site, without the restriction of only 7 days of free bingo, but, an unlimited amount free bingo fun for all new and existing players.

          Most of our players have been very happy with this change. But I totally understand your frustration. If you please could get back to me via email I'd be able more than happy to help and refund your account.

          Whist initially I was quite satisfied with your response, I followed this with an e-mail and was promised a refund within 5-7 days or even sooner as stated by Lisa in support, she seemed great and very apologetic.
          This was then followed up with an e-mail from finance stating it will take 7-14 days.. I questioned this via e-mail and was told this is standard.
          I looked at my account on your AZTEC bingo site only to find I had been given a bonus cash credit which had then been withdrawn on my account to refund me by your team without my prior knowledge. I do not see why the refund had to go through the bingo site and also did not understand why this would now take up to 14 days to refund me after being promised 5-7 days or even sooner. I requested a complaints email address from your support team which was refused. WHY??
          I was asked via e-mail to please give a positive review on here at Which bingo once my refund was granted.. Seriously? After all the hassle I have gone through I still stick to what I said to start with, don't bother with this site as they lie to you and refuse to give you access to complain to the right department. Their chat host is also unprofessional which I forgot to add previously.

          Hopefully, your account should have a full refund by now, so to explain this situation further. Because you spent all the cash on your account. We had to add cash back in to your account and then refund it back in to your bank account.

          Aztec, this negative review actually credits you and you certainly do not need her to create a positive one in response of your very generous, very kind and very gracious refund which you did so off your own backs even though the player has spent all their own funds.
          Some people cant be helped and will moan at anything and everything.
          Your approach and quick response to this silly review shines very bright and by remaining ungrateful and beligerent in these new circumstances goes to show to all us non-members and/or members that firstly, some people just can't be pleased but secondly, how you have really tried hard to turn this review around and have gone above and beyond.... So i assure you that this negative review from this player actually shines very bright and clearly as a huge plus and compliment for Aztec....

        If i could give this site 0 stars i would! ive joined a lot of sites and this has to be the worst. Played the same slot i play on on other sites 20p stake spent £12 and not even a 20p win! Also had £36 bingo bonus and no win. I dont expect to win, but at least to enjoy the games and these were not enjoyable, dont waste your money.

        Worst time I have had on a bingo site. Depositing ended up being a waste of time, every day I played out the same games, playing out the same way.
        Never stood a chance and will not be going back.

        Played at Aztec bingo was having fun and enjoyed the laughs. But i do not see Suzanne anywhere. Terry the other chat is not up for any laughs. Tried asking where Suzanne was , all i got is she is not with us anymore. Hope their chat hosts improve this is almost on border line boringville!!! Had an issue the other day he said to me to send email to support, he did not even want to hear my issue. i enjoyed Penny room had a few laughs with Suzanne, the "aztec elite" as she loved to call a few of us regulars. miss you Suzanne.
