We can’t take you directly to this site at the moment, but discover many other recommended online bingo sites with great offers to play that we do recommend at our dedicated best bingo sites page.

A Quick Look at Carlton Bingo

Another Jumpman Gaming bingo site, Carlton Bingo is one place where you definitely get your eyes down for a full house. You can get repeated tries on the Mega Wheel to rewards.

Games & Software

There are only two types of bingo games available at Carlton Bingo, but at least they are the most popular types of bingo in UK-style 90-ball bingo and US-style 75-ball bingo. The site only has five bingo rooms, which is a bit of a shame.

Only one bingo room called ‘Lucky Stars’ seems to be open on any kind of a regular basis. There are two ‘no fee to pay’ bingo rooms which are open two or three times a day. The ‘Pay Day Jackpot’ room is open once per month.

Slots & Casinos

  • Video slots, casino games.
  • 5-reel slots, blackjack, roulette.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

You can deposit here using a valid debit card, PayPal, Paysafecard or Pay by Mobile. You can deposit as little as £10, and your payment should be processed immediately.

Cashing out

Withdrawals can be any amount and you can withdraw to any payment method you’ve used to deposit from. No minimum withdrawal amount, but all withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. Withdrawals are kept pending for three days and will appear in your account in another three days.

This are not the friendliest banking terms we’ve ever seen.

Community & Customer Service

The Community

There’s not a huge community feel at Carlton Bingo, but that’s mainly because there’s not a huge amount of bingo going on. Each regular room does have its own chat host though whom does their best to make all bingo players feel welcome and encourage a bit of bingo banter if the players are up for it. You might even be able to make some brand-new bingo buddies.

The bingo rooms are also the best place to get help if you get stuck as you can open a private channel with the chat host and work out your bingo issues there.

Customer Service

This is a site with a limited selection when it comes to customer contact. You can email them at  [email protected] and they will respond within 48 hours.

Take Carlton Bingo with You

As with the majority of bingo sites these days there’s a full-on mobile experience awaiting you at the site. There’s no Carlton Bingo app or such to speak of, so don’t go hunting around the App Store or Google Play. To use the Carlton Bingo mobile site just head there using your favourite mobile browser. The HTML5-powered site will download in your browser temporarily, enabling play.

Because the site is rendered in HTML5 the majority of games will work on the majority of tablets and smartphones, including those rarities not powered by iOS or Android.

Our Take on Carlton Bingo

A ‘Carlton Hotel’ is one noted usually for being splendid. We would like to be able to say the same thing about Carlton Bingo, but we can’t, as there is more, we dislike about this site than we like.

We don’t like a bonus where the chance of winning is nothing, we don’t like the fact that there’s only one bingo room open on a regular basis, and we don’t like those long pending periods or fees for making withdrawals.

That’s why we can only give Carlton Bingo two and a half stars out of a possible five. Why not try Carlton Bingo yourself and see if you agree?

Have your say!

Have we been too harsh on Carlton Bingo? Are your experiences at this site better than our Carlton Bingo review suggest? Let us know with a few choice comments or your own review.

Agree with the other reviews, and it's not changed, especially the withdrawal of winning and customer service stalling tactics to keep the money in their account. Avoid. Plenty of other sites

Carlton bingo take deposit after deposit but when you try to withdraw any winnings they ask for documents to be uploaded then tell you it's not good enough so you can't get your winnings out. They also deduct a percentage of your winnings for themselves. There's hundreds of other sites that don't do this to thier customers. Don't join this site as you will regret it.

Carlton bingo was a really good site, they have just moved software and it's now crap, gone are the rooms where you could win several hundreds of pounds. Now its just a few pounds if you're lucky. Have just closed my account with them, it's just not worth it.

I have no complaints about Carlton bingo, I've played here for a while and I find the site really fun. There are also plenty of slots and scratch card games which I love to play! There's plenty to of games to play throughout the day.
