A Quick Look at Casino of Dreams

Casino of Dreams is set against an urban night where you can wander through some of the most popular online casino games by Microgaming. The game collection here covers slots, jackpots, live dealers, card and table games, poker, video pokers and casual games like scratch cards. It’s all available on an instant-play platform. Our Casino of Dreams review tells you everything you need to know!

Games & Software

Game Software providers:Microgaming, Rabcat, Foxium, Evolution Gaming
Number of Slot games:260+
Type of games:Slots, Jackpots, Table Games, Roulette, Live Casino, Video Poker, Casual Games
Games:Video Slots, 3 Reel Slots, Progressive Jackpots, Blackjack, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud, Roulette, Hold’em

Casino of Dreams specialises in Microgaming games, with a few, carefully selected games from other developers. With Microgaming being one of the leading software providers in the industries, you can be sure that the games here are all first class, tried and beloved. Their slots are both visually pleasing as well as financially exciting, with both low and high variance games available. The video slot library is solid with old favourites like Avalon, Thunderstruck II, and Immortal Romance, alongside newer releases Gnome Wood, which is a 25 payline slot with a Wandering Wild feature. Classic slots are also plentiful with 70 titles to choose from.
There’s also a decent selection of video pokers like Double Joker and Aces and Faces. Blackjack and roulette come in the several variations, but for the ultimate card and table games, check out Casino of Dreams’ Live Casino. Live dealers from the Evolution Gaming studios host games ranging from Blackjack, Roulette, 3 Card poker, Casino Hold’em, to the funky Dream Catcher and Football Studio.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

To load your account at Casino of Dreams UK, you can use Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Skrill, Neteller, and Paysafe. Minimum amount for deposits is £20. Note that while Paysafe is accepted for deposits, you will have to use another payment method to withdraw.

Cashing out

Minimum amount for withdrawal is £20, and withdrawal requests have to go through a 2-day pending period before they are actually processed. Then it depends on which payment method you’re using. This is annoying, but not abnormal by any stretch.  We suggest going with an e-wallet like Skrill or Neteller to make the cash out process a bit faster.

Nothing too spectacular about the banking process here. Two day pending periods on withdrawals are sadly standard fare at online casinos.

Community & Customer Service

Community

There isn’t much of a community to speak of here. In many ways, Casino of Dreams is a bit old school that way, still focusing primarily on the games itself. Slots, which is the majority of the games here, tend to be a bit of a solitary game. It is typical online slot sites do not tend to have the same community that you will experience at online bingo sites.

However, if you head over to their Live Dealer games, you’ll meet other players who are serious about their Hold’em, or just out to have a blast on the Dream Catcher’s wheel of fortune.

They’re not active on Facebook or Twitter either. If you want to stay on top of the different releases and promos, its simplest just to log in to your casino account or keep an eye out for their newsletter in your inbox.

Customer Service

The customer support options are standard here. You can contact the team via Live Chat, email them via on-site form or check their FAQ section for answers.

Take Casino of Dreams with You

Casino of Dreams app is browser based, which means that you don’t have to download anything. Simply go to their website from your phone or tablet’s browser and the casino will adapt itself to fit your device. It works across Android, iOS, Windows and Blackberry devices. The design sports the same starry night city theme, and it’s easy enough to navigate your way through.

In terms of games, Casino of Dreams Mobile is definitely not nearly as vast as the desktop casino. However, this is the case with a lot of mobile casinos and that’s because some of the older games haven’t been adapted for the mobile platform yet. Nonetheless, there’s still more than 100 top games from slots to live dealers, already to play on your phone or tablet.

Our take on Casino of Dreams

We’d give Casino of Dreams 3.5 stars. There’s nothing wrong with this place, but there’s also nothing stellar about this casino. But that doesn’t mean it’s a bad place to play. There are about 400 games, with a strong focus on Microgaming slots and jackpots, plus a live casino from Evolution Gaming. These are names you can trust, and you can play assured that these games are some of the best that the industry has to offer. If you’re looking for a straightforward, down-to-earth place to play some all-time favourites, then Casino of Dreams just might be the place.

Avoid! I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my winnings, and still COD are doing everything in their powers to preventing paying me. I'm at the state where I've had to inform them that should they fail to pay me, I shall have no other option than to take legal action. Yes, it's got that bad! I bet 50p on a slot and won £2500! (I know, lucky me). I played a while longer and ended up withdrawing £3007. They want more and more documentation as proof that I'm not a fraudster and a money launderer, as they put it! They find something wrong with every picture I've sent as proof as to who I am. "Can't read it", "too far away", "can't see the edges of the paper"...(they love this excuse), "Didn't receive the email" which is a lie as I've send about 20 so far, and none of them have bounced back to me, and I could go on. Just stay away from this company. There are far far far better casinos out there. Jackpot Joy, Paddy Power casino, Bet 365 casino...all pay out and it's in your bank account within the hour, not 3-5 working days (not including the time COD hold onto the winnings before even thinking about doing anything with it). Seriously, stay away!

My account balance was wiped to £0.00 because I did not log in for a few months. They charge an admin fee in order to reclaim customer deposits.

Deposited played and won. Didn't need to deposit any further as I was playing with my winnings. I withdraw £200. (Previously have withdraw 490) my account was fully verified with documents. And then I get an email saying my account has been closed for a 'wealth' review. And now want to see pay slips etc. Even though I wasn't depositing over the past week just playing with my winnings. So the money I had won and asked to withdraw was put back into the slots account from withdrawal status. I have told them after this I don't want to reopen my account. But I do want the money I have won. I was told on Monday I would hear something back in 48 hours. Still nothing. They only closed my account and got sent to the risk team as I was a risk to their business cause I was winning more than I was putting in. I will be taking this further if the money is not received. I have played so many sites over so many years and I have never had to complain or go through this. I would never play on their sites again.

Avoid! I deposited a total and £530 and went to withdraw £1500, but was told my deposits would be returned and any winnings confiscated as i had self excluded on a sister site in the past. I 100% did not self exclude on any of Broadway gaming network, but rather a completley different network years ago, but since then, i have overcome gambling addiction. The UKGC advised my its my rite to request what casino i was self excluded from, but casino of dreams couldnt provide me with this information. Just read the reviews and look elsewhere to play.

Casino of nightmares more like avoid at all costs. One devastated player here due to what I regard as there underhand tactics. So I have £1,137 withdrawal pending and kept checking. They just did not process my withdrawal so I asked support why the delay to be told to send ID and address verification again after already sending when I opened the account. Before that though I kept playing stupidly depositing over £2300 with very little winnings so now they have said my account is closed as I've self excluded. I was relying on the withdrawal which still leaves me short anyway for the month. They find anything and I mean anything to not pay. I logged in last week to find they had reversed my withdrawal probably hoping I would play with the money and almost certainly lose it. So many things they have done the list is endless and they need to be shut down. Can someone tell me how I escalate a complaint to the Ombudsman?

Yesterday I deposited money on this site, then I won and went to withdraw to find out I had to send Id and a utility bill. After depositing I found out I'm excluded from a sister site. I was allowed to deposit anyway. If I hadn't of deposited more and won then I would of never new I couldn't win on the site anyway. I believe there are people who have lost a lot of money due to this. Anyway my account is now blocked and waiting to find out if I can have my money back. Other sites I've used where there are sister sites I'm excluded from normally do not let you deposit in the 1st place or detect your email address and refuse to let you sign up. This is causing me a great deal of stress as I can't give away money for nothing. I have found others reviews to say they will prolong this and find ways to not give your money back. I hope they prove me wrong. Also I'm annoyed at the time I spent on the site for nothing wasting my time and now have to wait ages for some answers:@ never been so stressed in all my life. If they restrict users accessing in the 1st place it would save all this hassle.

After some very stressful days with poor customer service casino of dreams did give me my withdrawal. Wasn't a good experience so my advice would be to stay clear of this site. However if you do decide to try it make sure u have a passport or drivers licence first and send a photo of them along with bank card photo as soon as u join and ask them to verify your account first. Plenty of other straight forward non stressful sites out there, but you can win on this one and they do pay you your winnings just it's just a big headache or was so for me.
