We can’t take you directly to this site at the moment, but discover many other recommended online bingo sites with great offers to play that we do recommend at our dedicated best bingo sites page.

A Bit About city bingo

City Bingo is operated by Broadway Gaming (who bought the Dragonfish platform and brands from 888) under the Grand Battery Holdings licence. Similar sites include Sing Bingo, Costa Bingo and Fancy Bingo. This means that it is able to take advantage of industry leading Dragonfish software, while at the same time operating as part of a small group of sites, rather than being part of the much larger Dragonfish Network, giving it greater flexibility in its design and rewards.

Games & Software

The games here run on Dragonfish software, although it is not part of the larger Dragonfish Network. Instead, City Bingo is part of a smaller network operated by Brigend, which includes sister sites such as Sing Bingo, Costa Bingo and Fancy Bingo. This is why the site has been able to develop its own individual style and character, while still giving its players the benefits of networked games.

You can choose from a variety of games, including 90 ball and 75 ball bingo, 5-line bingo, 52-5 bingo, as well as games with progressive jackpots and mystery jackpots.

Each of the bingo rooms has its own distinct character and flavour, and you can choose from rooms like Ticket to Ride, Just the Ticket, Golden Ticket and Choo Choo Ticket depending on the type of game you’re looking to play.

The chat rooms at here are lively, interactive spaces and the chat hosts and moderators are good at keeping the banter going. If you are looking for some side game action, there’s a good range of slots and casino games to enjoy as well.

Slots & Casinos

Although the number of slots and casino games isn’t enormous, there are games by a surprisingly large number of leading developers. You can play slots by NetEnt, Eyecon, NetEnt, Gaming Realms, Real Time Gaming, IGT and 888, and this includes a number of big money progressive jackpot slots, like Millionaire Genie and Shaman’s Dream.

You can also play a selection of City Bingo casino games, including roulette and blackjack, as well as scratch cards and other instant win games.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

As well as debit cards, at City Bingo UK players can use Apple Pay, PayPal, PaySafe Card and wire transfer to make deposits. All of these methods credit funds to your casino account instantly, with the exception of bank transfer where it can take 6 to 8 days before money reaches your account. There are no fees charged for using any of these methods, and the minimum deposit amount is £5.

Cashing out

All of the deposit methods above can be used to make withdrawals, with the exception of Apple Pay and PaySafe Card. If you use either of these, when you withdraw, you’ll receive your money via wire transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is £5, and withdrawal requests are usually processed within two working days (although it will take longer for money to reach you, depending on the method used).

The inclusion of Apple Pay as a payment method is a welcome addition here, and we’re always surprised at how few sites accept it. Apart from this, the banking offering is fairly standard, both in terms of the options and the withdrawal times, so most players should feel comfortable with what’s being provided.

Community & Customer Service

The Community

City Bingo has always been a site where there is a lot going on, all of the time. A glance at the home page or the Promotions page will present you with a plethora of specials and events for players to get involved in. In addition, one of the best things about playing here is the way it changes its virtual location each month, from New York, to Geneva, to London, etc., and then themes some of its promotions and specials around this. This means that when you return to playing at the site after perhaps having been away for a bit, you can look forward to seeing what’s new and what’s changed.

The levels of player engagement and interaction are also very good on the Facebook page (@citybingo). You get a nice intro to each month’s new city destination, practical information on Responsible Gambling, as well as light-hearted posts and memes that are just there for entertainment value.

Overall, our experience and that of many of the players we speak to is that they really like the atmosphere and sense of belonging that the site creates.

Customer Support

There are a wide range of options when it comes to contacting customer services if you have a problem or a query. These include:

  • Live Chat: Available 10am to 2am, 7 days a week
  • Phone number: 0808 238 7546 (toll free)
  • If you are calling from outside of the UK the number to call is +12684 844 830.
  • Email: [email protected]

Take City Bingo with You

You can take your favourite bingo games and mobile slots with you anywhere and on any device, without the need to download and install a City Bingo app. All of the bingo, slot and casino games are HTML5, which means you can play directly in the browser of any type of device, including Android phones and tablets, Apple iPhone and iPad, or any type of phone that can connect to the internet.

All of the features available at the desktop site can be accessed in the City Bingo mobile site, so you can set up a new player account, make deposits and withdrawals, and get in touch with customer support, all from your phone or tablet.

The same bingo rooms and games are available through the app, as are the slots and casino games, so ultimately it boils down to accessibility and convenience as to which site you prefer. In terms of gameplay quality and functionality, there is really nothing to choose between the desktop and mobile sites.

Our take on City Bingo

What we really enjoy about the site is its character and quirky individuality. Changing the city each month is a really engaging concept, and it gives you a feeling that there is always something worth coming back for. The hosts and chat moderators also do a great job of creating a community feeling, while the social media pages also help create a sense of excitement. All in all, this helps make City Bingo a site that players look forward to visiting.

The games do this too, of course. There are always plenty of bingo and casino options to choose from, and the range of ticket prices mean they’re always accessible. The fact that you can play on any sort of device is also important, so all in all, these factors add up to create an attractive package.

We are therefore happy to give a maximum rating for our City Bingo review of 5 stars out of 5.

If could score lower than 1 star i would, slots hard to bonus, if you do get a bonus, then usally poor. Slots dont seem right, like a generic version, poor colours even poorer chance of winning. Get a bingo bonus, but usually wont let you play it. Would avoid this site. Im from the uk too. Is better out there.

City Bingo used to be a great site to play on. I joined not long after it opened and am still there to this day for my sins, but since it merged with all the other sites what a disgrace it has became. Loads of good hosts have been sacked to make way for hosts that have no idea what they are doing and same winners everyday and night. That's not luck that's just a rip off for us genuine players x. I would never recommend any1 joining this site anymore, it has gone right down hill I'm afraid to say. They have took a nice friendly site and ruined it all for the sake of greed x

Please be aware that withdrawals on these Cassava sites are archaic, all designed to encourage you to keep withdrawing from it. I was a fool and lost a lot of money over this past weekend, if i had been able to withdraw my winnings fair and square i would have been in profit. It preys on our addiction!! If you get a big win and it is over their withdrawal limits i suggest you leave it in pending and DO NOT go near the site again until your money has been transferred so your are not tempted. Ridiculous system in this day and age. Funny how you can deposit til you are blue in the face yet when it is time to collect your winnings it is a different story. Shocking. I hope this helps at least one person not to lose out and be left far from happy. Learn from my very expensive mistake. :o(

City Bingo, same caller, lay out and slots the same as some other bingo sites. For new players free games for 24 Hours worth playing. More chance to win on this site when you first join. A small win better then lose. 'Word of warning to take out any money of £30 (cash) to withdraw needed' Bet wise!

This site has my favourite format.. users and chat hosts are really friendly.. and unlimited free bingo an added extra .. I only wish maybe that there were bigger cash prizes to win.. which will only come from more people joining.. overall i'm sure with a bit of spicing up and maybe a tv ad this place could grow.... a free weekly jp on a sunday of 1500 is also an added bonus.. my only complaint is not winning enough and i feel the 30 pound minimum withdrawal bank should maybe be reduced to 20.

I have been playing on this site for some time now and I have found the site to be ok, but not great. There are very few games to play although you can buy tickets for 5p a card. This is where the fun ends, the games vary in prizes, but are very rarely over £10. This is not bad you may say, but when the minimum amount for withdrawal is £30 you hardly ever get the chance to take out any winnings. The first time I withdrew my winnings the money never arrived into my account and I then had to get letters from my bank stating that the cash had not gone in as city, bingo said that it had. When I gave them the evidence they came back to me saying it was put back onto an out of date card that had not been used for 8 months, so the money had been returned to them. This whole process took 7 weeks all for £30 quid. The chat hosts are ok and fun and will play games to win free bingo bucks to use on bingo. My main gripe about them is that when you are playing the games they can be a bit offensive. I played a chat game called "City's The Best" where you have to pick a number and if it is drawn you say the words city's the best with your number at the end, my number came out and I typed the words and missed out the comma on the city's so the chat host said it was not valid even though a player said she had let them off earlier. This may all sound petty, but really if there is no flexibility with these games and a chat host cannot use their discretion they are no fun to play and they can make you feel stupid just because of bad pronunciation which is never good. Summing up CityBingo is an ok game of bingo, but the prizes are low and there are rules on how much you need before you can withdraw, also the chat games have rules so if you make mistakes then you will not win.
