A Quick Look at X Factor Games

Taking as its theme the international smash hit TV franchise, the X Factor Games casino is a mobile-first site with an excellent selection of games which is accessible across all platforms. Operated by Gaming Realms (which also runs Spin Genie), there is also an active presence on social media and so gives players the chance to engage in a number of different ways.

Bonuses & Promotions

The Welcome Offer

  • 100% first deposit bonus up to £50
  • 50x wagering requirement

When you register, you also receive a 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to the value of £50), which doubles your initial bankroll. The minimum deposit required to claim the bonus is £10.

There is a 50x wagering requirement on slots and Slingo games attached to the signup bonus (no other games contribute), and you have 7 days to meet the playthrough (note that only wagers made with bonus funds count towards the clearing the bonus). If you withdraw from your real money account, or fail to meet the wagering requirement within 7 days, you forfeit any remaining bonus and bonus winnings.

The maximum conversion amount i.e., bonus funds that can be converted to real money once you meet the wagering requirement, is £50.

The 50x playthrough is pretty standard these days, while the maximum conversion amount of £50 is perhaps a little lower than you might expect, but if you make the minimum deposit, the deal still has value and is worth considering.

Ongoing Specials & VIP Program

The X Factor Games Facebook page is the place to go when you want to pick up rewards and bonuses, and there are plenty of exclusive deals on offer. For instance, there are big giveaways, with prizes like Smart TVs and X-Boxes, competitions with cash and bonus spins as prizes, and huge promotions that feature luxury holidays as the prize.

There is also a VIP programme with two levels of membership — VIP and Platinum VIP — with your status determined by the size of your weekly deposits and wagers. The rewards on offer include cash back deals, faster withdrawal times, and invitations to exclusive events.

Games & Software

The X Factor Games casino has around 650 games by twenty leading producers, meaning you have outstanding choice when it comes to gaming styles and themes. The slots collection is particularly good, with around 540 games by both the industry’s biggest developers and new emerging names; you can play slots by NetEnt, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, IGT, Slingo, Blueprint Gaming, Barcrest, WMS, Reflex Gaming, Realistic Games, Eyecon, Leander Games, Bally Technologies, Fantasma Games, Endorphina, Realtime Gaming, Foxium, Rabcat and Big Time Gaming. The live dealer games are by Evolution Gaming.

There are always new release slots coming online, but you can also play the best-known and most popular video slots and themed slots, like Spiñata Grande, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Thunderstruck (1 & 2), Terminator 2 and Jack Hammer (1 & 2). You can also play progressive jackpot slots from the IGT Mega Jackpots Series, like Golden Goddess and Siberian Storm, as well as the biggest progressive game of all, Mega Moolah by Microgaming.

You’ll also find around 25 Slingo games, the unique slot/bingo game hybrid, with the titles including Deal or No Deal, Dancing on Ice and, of course, X Factor.

The site also features a range of different table and card games, including table poker, and there is a large selection of scratch cards and instant win games as well.

In the live casino, you can play different versions of classic casino games by NetEnt and Evolution Gaming, including roulette, blackjack and baccarat, along with Dream Catcher big wheel game.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

Your account at X Factor Games UK can be managed in GBP, although there is a rather limited number of payment methods available. Credit and debit cards are accepted, or alternatively you can use Boku (Pay by Mobile). The minimum deposit amount is £10, and if you opt for Boku there is also a daily maximum deposit amount of £30 in place. Boku deposits come with a 15% fee, but there are no charges when you use a credit or debit card.

Cashing out

When you make a withdrawal request, funds will be transferred back to the credit or debit card used to make deposits; however, if you used Boku, you will get your money through bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is £10 and there are no charges, with most withdrawals being processed within 72 hours of receipt.

Some players will no doubt find the limited number of payment methods frustrating and we would agree. In particular, not having an e-wallet option seems to make little sense given how many people use these for online transactions of all kinds, not just running their casino accounts. The fees charged for using Boku also make this a less than appealing option.

The Community

There is always plenty going on over at the X Factor Games Facebook page (@xfactorgames), and we definitely recommend giving it a like and follow. This is because it’s a great source of information about everything going on at the casino, including promotions, competitions and prize draws. You can also find out about new release games, get recommendations for games that are worth checking out, as well as take in some useful tips on Responsible Gambling. Facebook Messenger is also a useful tool for connecting with the customer services team and for getting answers to any questions you may have.

There is also a Twitter page (@thexfactorgames) but at the time of writing this is yet to become active, so it’s not recommended that you use Twitter as a means of communication with the casino.

Take X Factor Games with You

If you play on an Android smartphone or tablet (4.1+), you can find the X Factor Games app in Google Play. Apple iPhone and iPad users (8.0+) can get the app for free from the App Store). You can also play X Factor Games mobile slots in the browser of any smartphone or tablet at the site.

There is little to choose between the and the desktop site when it comes to the number of games and the overall quality on offer. There are more than 520 mobile slots to choose from, including the most popular and best-known games from Microgaming, NetEnt and IGT, as well as a range of Slingo games. There are also progressive jackpot slots available, including Mega Moolah, Genie Jackpots, and a number of different games in the IGT Mega Jackpot series. You can also play scratch cards and instant win games, card and table games, as well as live dealer games from NetEnt and Evolution Gaming.

The mobile site is generally easy to navigate, and being able to sort games alphabetically makes it easier to find your favourite titles, although it would be a useful feature if you could sort slots according to producer as well.

Our take on X Factor Games

X Factor Games casino has got a lot going for it, even if it is a little plain in its design and doesn’t really develop the X Factor theme beyond the name. However, we know that most of you will be more interested in the games rather than how the site looks, and in this regard it doesn’t disappoint.

With twenty different producers’ games to select from, there is more than enough choice when it comes to playing styles, themes and bonus features, and the fact that all games are instant play means that you can play on any device with the same set of login details.

The app also provides an array of gaming options, and the visual and sound quality when playing on the smaller screens of mobile phones and tablets remains first class.

Our only real criticisms are the somewhat limited search and sort features, as well as the fact that the home page can appear cluttered at times. The fact that there aren’t many alternatives when it comes to payment methods is also a negative.

Overall, however, we enjoy playing here for the range and variety of the games, and our final verdict is 4 stars out of 5.

Absolutely rubbish. Support has no live chat option and not even any person to pick up phone. Extremely disappointed by their service.

Joined to try slingo. Its fun at first as novelty, but no way its best of both.
No chat as in bingo so no fun chatting or winning points if no luck winning line or two and in slots if you play 50p a spin (min stake in slingo ) you getting bigger wins then 5p and do not need to pay additional money to get 10 p win. Not for me . Prefer real bingo and real slots.

Hi all. I give this site X FACTOR Slots 10/10 for games an wins an very fast payments. There are loads of really good fun games. Site is easy to use. I didnt take offer of deposit bonus when joined but still had 2 lovely big wins in less than a few days and i played at 1 x an 2 x 1p or 2p – less is more some times to start of with as you have a chance to try the games an stay on longer for more fun.
I would 100% recommend this site to all my friends an family which i wouldnt with certain sites and with sister sites as they have gone really bad. All the best guys an only bet what you can afford …bearcats
