A Quick Look at Big Ben Slots

Time is of the essence at Big Ben Slots UK. This brand-new slot site and online casino from industry giant Jumpman Gaming boasts all the exciting features you’d expect from a world-class gambling platform plus more. Just like its namesake, Big Ben Slots is a beautifully designed, homegrown casino that is sure to stand the test of time. There are downsides too, so check out our full Big Ben Slots review to find out more.

Games & Software

  • Software providers: 13+
  • No of Slot Games: 500+
  • Type of games: Slots, Casino, Live Casino, Bingo

You can enjoy hundreds of slots at Big Ben Slots, from classic games like Starburst all the way through to hit video slots like Avalon, Gonzo’s Quest and the movie-themed Planet of the Apes. There are over 500 different titles to choose from and the range is extremely diverse thanks to a varied range of software providers that include Microgaming, NetEnt and smaller developers like Rabcat and Lightning Box.
In spite of the name, there’s more than just slots on offer here. There’s a decent selection of casino games including Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat and you’ll find live as well as virtual versions of all your favourites. If that’s not enough, you can check out the bingo rooms which are open until late every night with a new bingo platform from industry giant Pragmatic Play.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

Deposit options are not huge at Big Ben Slots. You’ve got the usual debit cards, PayPal, Pay by Mobile and Paysafecard. The minimum deposit is just £10, although if you’re looking to bag a bonus spin on the Mega Reel you’ll need to deposit at least £20. Deposits are free except for Pay By Mobile where there’s a £2.50 charge.

Cashing out

The best thing about cashing out here is there is no minimum withdrawal amount. On the downside, you’ll be stung with a £2.50 fee each time you make a withdrawal, which can take a decent bite out of your winnings. Withdrawals are pretty average, with a 72-hour pending period followed by a one to three day wait for your winnings to arrive.

Community & Customer Service

Big Ben Slots has made a decent attempt to create a community feel with the biggest winners scrolling down the right-hand side of the homepage and regular competitions between players listed on their promotions page. You can also take advantage of the bingo rooms for some extra chat.

When it comes to customer support, there’s definitely room for improvement. Currently, they don’t have any phone or live chat support so you’re restricted to email or checking out their FAQ page.

Take Big Ben Slots with You

Unlike its namesake, Big Ben Slots can be picked up and put in your pocket so you can take it with you wherever you go. Big Ben slots mobile platform is browser-based so there’s no need to go looking for a Big Ben slots app. Just load it up and log in on your device and enjoy convenient, round the clock access wherever you happen to be.

Our take on Big Ben Slots

With its good range of games, constantly changing promotions and well-designed user interface, Big Ben Slots is well worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for a slot site that offers more than just slots. As fast and convenient on mobile as it is on desktop, Big Ben Slots is a solid all-rounder that will suit most players. As ever, it is the platform requirements that let the site down in the shape of withdrawal charges, lack of customer service options and excessive withdrawal restrictions.

what a scam they keep asking for more and more documents so I can make a small withdrawal. They keep sending them back, saying they’re not correct. It’s ridiculous.

Absolutely atrocious site. Have no problem taking your money without verifying who you are but as soon as you want to withdraw then it’s obstacle after obstacle. Now they are telling me I have to fork out more money to get photographic identification. Which, by the way no other slots site needs. They have asked for pictures of my bank card which no other site does. They have no live chat or telephone number so you are basically waiting days on end for single reply. Terrible customer service. graphics of the site are also terrible and majority of games start at 20p bet when these same games start at 10p bet on every other site. Do not waste your money or time on this site is my best advice. I will be complaining officially about this website.

This site is so bad I would encourage anyone not to use it, they take your money to play quick enough but to withdraw is impossible. They want you to send all your private details to withdraw if you win. I've sent dozens of emails, and still they are saying what I've sent that it's not acceptable. They now have all my personal information which I'm concerned about, so anyone considering gambling on here I wouldn't, I wish I had read the reviews first.

I have joined Bigben Slots for last 2 years and betting on it since then, I would recommend this site as it has nice collection of latest Slot games. Did not ever face any issue of withdrawal or anything. It does take few time some times but customer support responded on time and issue was sorted.

So have submitted all my documents to be verified but still rejecting some of it so cannot withdraw my winnings this has been going on for 3 days already. Surly if they wanted you to submit documents they should do that before you can deposit like other sites.

Having exactly the same problem trying to withdraw. Every day an email saying I need to resubmit the screenshot or photo of what seems like a hundred different things you need to send as proof. Absolute joke! Mega frustrating! It’s almost like they don’t want to pay out. Even got ‘you cannot withdraw as you haven’t got a card registered’ (I originally deposited with Apple Pay), and when tried to register a card it said ‘you cannot make a deposit as you have too much real money in your account’. I mean, come on! These guys are obviously not wanting to pay out, or just completely inept. I’m hoping it’s just inept as at least at some point I’ll get the money they owe me. Searching (to no avail so far) for a number to ring to vent my anger and frustration at such a ridiculously convoluted process you have to go through. Quite how they are getting this so wrong I do not know as the vast majority of decent betting apps do not make it so difficult. It’s not that hard to get it nice and easy to deposit/withdraw for the customer. They must be constantly answering emails from customers.
