Anita Heffernan – Managing Editor
Anita is well-known and respected within the online bingo industry, she loves all things bingo and slots and has been involved with online bingo and gambling sites since the late 1990’s. She has been the full-time writer and Editor of WhichBingo for much of that time and is respected by operators and players alike for her no-nonsense judgments and opinions. Anita has seen the highs and lows of the industry she loves, has seen it grow and develop and contract again into what it is today. She has worked with the biggest names in the industry and has a reputation for being fair and to the point in her writing. She oversees all the content on the site to ensure the highest quality and relevant information reaches our readers.
Jennifer McFadyen
Jennifer is a writer with over five years of experience in the online casino industry. She has a First Class Honours in Media and Journalism and specializes in writing online casino reviews, slot reviews and gambling news content. Public relations are also other areas of interest for Jennifer and she has worked across these industries before setting up her own content company.
Esther Barnett Rubin
With a career spanning TV production to writing taglines for pet food, Esther now finds time to write about online bingo and mobile gaming between school runs, crime documentaries, and spotting clever copy in ad campaigns. She works hard to ensure the bingo community is a fair and safe space that supports happy bingo experiences.
Mark Angus
Mark Angus is a professional writer and editor currently based in Adelaide and London. Mark writes on a variety of sports betting and gaming topics, most notably football and cricket (he has been a season ticket holder at Fulham for far too many years), as well as horse racing, in particular jumps racing. In addition, Mark produces website content, blogs and articles for a variety of publications, organisations and businesses, and has extensive experience in writing for all forms of online, print and broadcast media.
Sam Jarvis
Sam is passionate about all things bingo and has more than 10 years’ experience of writing about the game in its online and land-based forms, as well as casino, sports betting and gaming. When he’s not testing and reviewing the latest online bingo sites, Sam stays abreast of developments in the industry through his extensive network of contacts around the world.
Matthew Newman
Matt has been writing for the gambling industry for a decade but has been involved in betting for much longer. He has a degree in film and tv and has worked for a number of well-known names within the industry including the Racing Post. He has recently set up his own company which supplies content to the gambling industry in the UK as well as Australia and Canada.
Dale Shelabargar
Dale is a freelance contributing author to WhichBingo with a particular interest in online slots, especially the development side of things. He also writes reviews of online casinos and bingo sites on a regular basis for WhichBingo and many other influential gambling websites. Away from work, he enjoys rugby, playing the piano and digital marketing.
Laura Kilby
Laura has been writing for over 10 years, and when she’s not busy crafting articles about bingo, casino, slots, and other exciting topics, she loves to travel, do crosswords, and pub quizzes (just don’t try and beat her at music trivia!) In her previous roles, Laura has managed an IT helpdesk, worked as an IT project co-ordinator, and ran a local events website. Laura lives in Wales with her partner.
