Special Features
There are 6 bonus features in the Gold Blitz Extreme slot game including a wild symbol, collect feature, respin feature, rising rewards jackpot feature, rising rewards bonus multiplier feature and bonus choice feature.
The wild symbol can replace other symbols on the reels to help form new winning combinations and potentially award more cash prizes. In the base game, it can appear on reels 2 to 6, while during the free spins round it can appear on the centre 3 reels.
Special collect and cash symbols can land on the reels and when they land simultaneously, this triggers the collect feature. The collect symbol can only appear on reel 1 and reel 6, while cash symbols can appear across all the reels. The collect symbols will collect the cash symbols to award the prize.
When no cash symbols are on the reels but the collect symbols land on reels 1 and 6, the respin feature is triggered. Players are awarded a single respin with reels 1 and 6 locked. On reels 2 to 5, cash symbols can land and at least 1 cash symbol is guaranteed.
Each time the cash and collect symbols land together, a minimum of 1 jackpot will be increased by up to 1x by collecting tokens. This is known as the rising rewards jackpot feature.
- 1 token – 1 jackpot increases on each spin
- 2 – 5 tokens – 1 to 2 jackpots increase on each spin
- 6 to 15 tokens – 2 to 3 jackpots increase on each spin
- 16 to 24 tokens – 3 to 4 jackpots increase on each spin
The more tokens you get, the higher the chance of the rising rewards jackpot feature being triggered. During the feature, a jackpot can potentially be won:
- Mega jackpot – 1,000x to 2,500x
- Major jackpot – 100x to 250x
- Minor jackpot – 10x to 50x
- Mini jackpot – 5x to 25x
At the top of the screen, players will spot the bonus multiplier meter and as part of the rising rewards bonus multiplier feature, the multiplier can be applied to every win in the free spins and Gold Blitz features. When 2 bonus scatter symbols land, the bonus multiplier increases by 0.5x. After a free spins or Gold Blitz feature, it resets to 1x. 5x is the maximum the bonus multiplier can reach.
We then have the bonus choice feature which triggers when 3 or more bonus scatter symbols land on the reels. Players can either trigger the free spins bonus round or the Gold Blitz feature. The more scatter symbols you land, the more free spins or Gold Blitz spins you will be awarded plus an instant payout:
- 3 bonus scatters – 8 free spins or 2 Gold Blitz spins plus 1x your bet
- 4 bonus scatters – 12 free spins or 3 Gold Blitz spins plus 2x your bet
- 5 bonus scatters – 20 free spins or 5 Gold Blitz spins plus 3x your bet
- 5 bonus scatters – 30 free spins or 7 Gold Blitz spins plus 7x your bet
During the free spins round, wild multipliers of 2x, 3x or 5x can randomly appear and be applied to wins. In the Gold Blitz feature, collect retrigger and retrigger symbols can land on the last reel. The collect retrigger symbol will collect all landed cash symbols and award them plus provide an additional Gold Blitz spin. The retrigger symbol awards an additional Gold Blitz spin.
During the Gold Blitz feature, it is guaranteed that the collect symbol will land on reel 1. Furthermore, the only symbols to appear on the reels during this feature are the collect, cash symbols, retrigger and collect retrigger symbols. Cash symbols in this feature can have a value of up to 100x. Bonus multipliers can also be applied to wins during this round.
Graphics and Sounds
As the name suggests, gold is the theme of the Gold Blitz Extreme slot game and this design takes it to the extreme! This is a bright and colourful slot game with lots of disco lights behind the reels as you spin. On the reels, the low value symbols are the standard playing card symbols 9, 10, J, Q, K and A in a variety of neon colours. The high value symbols match the theme and include golden bells, golden horseshoes, gold bars, gold coins and gold dollar signs. As you spin the reels, lively rock music plays which adds a lot of great atmosphere to the game as you spin.
