The 5p room was launched at the end of 2016 to make the games even more affordable. However, you can also play with up to 40p if you prefer.

While Cinco uses playing cards instead of bingo balls, it still has rules that are easy to learn.

The aim is to mark off all the cards on your purchased ‘hands’ to scoop the full house prize, and in certain games, if a Joker appears during the game, the full house amount is doubled. Players who complete a hand within 7 calls also receive a dazzling jackpot!

How to Play

Once you’ve clicked on the Cinco game link from within the games lobby, you’ll be offered a huge choice of rooms to play in:

  • 5p rooms: St Tropez (24/7), Marrakech (24/7), Tahiti (8 AM to 2 AM), Instanbul (8 AM to 2 AM), Rio (8 AM until midnight), St Lucia (4 PM until midnight), and Venice (8 PM until midnight).
  • 10p rooms: Capri (24/7), Cannes (6 AM to 2 AM), Cairo (midday until midnight), and Shanghai (8 PM until midnight).
  • 20p rooms: St Moritz (24/7), Manhattan (8 AM until midnight), Five A Side (24/7).
  • 40p rooms: Monte Carlo (24/7), Casablanca (24/7), Mandalay (8 AM to 2 AM).

You can buy up to 5 hands for each Cinco game.

The cards are revealed one-by-one at the top of the screen, and if they match a card in your hand, a chip is placed on top of your card.

You win the full house if you’re the first person to match all five cards in your hand with ones called.

Jackpot

Tombola Cinco games offer you the chance to win one of three fixed jackpots, and to make things fair for everyone, the amounts that be won are directly tied to the ticket prices.

The biggest jackpot is awarded to players who call a full house within 5 calls, while the other two jackpots are paid to roomies who get a full house in 6 or 7 calls.

It’s also good to know that if more than one winner claims the same jackpot, they all receive the full amount instead of having to share it!

  • In 5p games, the jackpots are worth £125 (7 calls), £250 (6 calls), and £2,500 (5 calls).
  • In 10p games, the jackpots are worth £250 (7 calls), £500 (6 calls), and £5,000 (5 calls).
  • In 20p games, the jackpots are worth £500 (7 calls), £1,000 (6 calls), and £10,000 (5 calls).
  • In 40p games, the jackpots are worth £1,000 (7 calls), £2,000 (6 calls), and £20,000 (5 calls).

Graphics and Sounds

The rooms all offer different backgrounds, but only the Five a Side room uses football shirts in place of playing card suits.

An automatic caller announces each playing card as it’s drawn from the shuffled pack, and you can see all of the cards that have been called throughout the game by looking at the table on the left-hand side.

Your hands are displayed in the centre of the screen, and any cards that have matched the called numbers are marked with a coloured chip.

The chat room window is located on the right-hand side, and you can use it to ask questions of the chat host or to talk to other players.

Conclusion

Bingo games that use playing cards instead of numbers are becoming increasingly popular among online bingo fans, and Tombola’s Cinco is up there with the best of them!

You can play Cinco games on your mobile or desktop at any hour of the day or night, and along with the regular prizes, there are jackpots of up to £20,000 on offer.

The fact that you can choose how much to pay for your tickets gives players added flexibility.
