Our Take on BJ’s Games

You can confidently explore the site knowing that you’re playing at a legitimate site that’s backed by a reputable operator. The range and quality of the games are impressive and your experience is enhanced by gamification features such as trophies and tournaments. The generous bonuses and numerous promotions will also help to boost your winnings, helping you stretch your bankrolls even more.

The convenience of instant-play and mobile gaming is also commendable and this has conclusively led us to give the site a 3.5-star rating. We would, however, have wished for round-the-clock customer service and more faster payout processing. Nevertheless, this doesn’t make gaming at the site any less exciting.

This site actively tries to stop you from withdrawing. You are only allowed 1 withdrawal and then wait till that's been processed before being able to withdraw again normally 24 hours. You lose free spins if you withdraw. You are charged to withdraw. And they will constantly ask you to verify your identity sometimes every week and stop any withdrawals until you do. Customer support is horrible. They give no advice at all and you are left for days waiting to hear back off them.

Keep away from this site all they do is take money. The whole time I've been on here I deposited maybe 2000 and only ever withdrew about 120 and that was a hassle. I had to give them Id documents after the other driving licence bank card proof of this proof of that still they didn't wanna accept, yet they will let you deposit no problem. I got my money in the end after all the Id I sent 3 days later my bank account was hacked from America. these are nothing to do with BJ's bingo that you see in areas in the UK stay clear

Do not ever play on this site. Please save your money and go on any other gambling site but this one. Bingo games never work. You never get good pay out on the features, if your lucky enough to get one. And there pending in account system and sending proof of who you are council tax Bill's, driving licence etc, etc is mad (it was only £50). Played on Paddy Power, got straight in on great bingo games and slot, scratch card, withdraw £30 winnings and it was in my account the next morning, no-hassle, no ridiculous extremes to get your winnings. Small tip BJs, few more payouts and features would be a good start.

Did any of you ever get your money? I’ve sent them my passport Drivers license Bank card Bank statement They said it was all accepted I won a big win and they started asking for it all again saying it wasn’t accepted. So I sent it all again and they said my bank statement was rejected. So I went to get a brand new one sent it then whilst in the bank. All clear details. An hour later they emailed asking for utility bill. Even though previously they said bank statement or utility bill. I’m a pay as you go phone holder and all my utilities are included within my rent. I am so confused to why they said it was all accepted and ok and then after I win they say it’s not ok. I phoned them the guy on the phone said it was fine and then the next day I get an email to say it’s not fine again. It’s been over a week now and it’s not been approved.
