When 4 matching adjacent symbols appear in a 2×2 format, they form a Giantoonz symbol where they double any wins they are part of.
The last feature is the fluctuation feature. A random low value symbol is chosen as the fluctuation symbol and if it forms part of a winning combination, 2 wild symbols are placed on the grid.
