Was a member of this site for a few years. But stopped playing as the prize money was terrible. Thought I would join up again. As it’s a different company and hoped it would be better. Bad idea! It’s only slots now and no bingo. So no thanks! I won’t be returning.

I was surprised to join the new and"improved" Jackpot Cafe to find it is now a slots site only. Last night before the old site closed, CM assured customers of brand new games, fun and excitement, and new chat games. £20 went very quickly as I tried slots while looking for bingo in the menus. I ended up contacting the freephone number to ask where the bingo was to be informed that Jackpot Cafe is no longer a bingo site, and perhaps I would enjoy one of 888's bingo sites instead. I am very disappointed.

Jackpot Cafe used to be a very good site - but has become very greedy.

I personally wouldn't rate the site. Yesterday I contacted live help to tell me what my username was as I have not been on it for a long time so he told me. So I deposited £20. I played and logged out, but when I tried to log back in they blocked my account with my account still in credit. So I contacted live help again asking why they blocked it. A lass said "the reason why they blocked it is because it was agreed between me and them to close it along with the security team". I said " well if the accounts been closed then why did it let me log in and help got my username?" The lass asked me " can I email you with the concern raised and i'll email you as soon as possible",, I said yes. So i am waiting for over 3 hours for a response but nothing. So i contacted live help again there supervisor said " the reason to why they blocked it is because i entered the wrong D.O.B and there system detected it late but my address was correct and name. So now I am annoyed after making the deposits. I mentioned my account is still in credit and demanded my money back but they said the moneys been wagered. I said "this is daylight robbbery and theft as the credits are paid for. When you mention youll foward a complaint to the gambling commision they soon jump out of their chairs. No more gambling now, ive learnt my lesson. This is my first and deffo the last. I am putting in a claim with my bank to get money back as i never recieved a service on what i paid for.

Used to play all the time, then they changed it "said they were making more exiting changes" they forgot to mention the meant for them. I came off as they turned bb into only being able to get cash back playing bingo...no use for playing slots. i even noticed how drastically the winning went down...i am talking big time here, the only people making money on this site is Jackpot themselves. please don't join this site as it will swallow your money big time...use to really enjoy this site as well as their other sister sites, would not go near it now. stay away

Beware of wagering requirements, the free £20 bonus stated that cash won from BBs can be withdrawn, wrong, you even have to wager your own money on slots and they do not give the option of forfeiting any bonus to take your own cash back out. The wagering means you will be exceptionally lucky to leave with anything, and, if you play the bingo, you can only play one room at a time, the odds are stacked firmly against you. £10 down, not for me at all.

I have played the site for some time now and can honestly say it's a good site to play on. Personally i have found the customer service element brilliant and have spoken to them a number of times by telephone also and always found it a positive outcome. You stake your money, you take your chance,, just like any other online gambling site.

Beware! Do not play with this site or deposit any money, they make it very difficult for you to withdraw winnings, when you look at their terms you need to wager £500 on slots and or £150 on Bingo before you can withdraw money, I could not even withdraw money I had won playing with cash! I do not know how they get away with it. also if you play bingo on here the full house payouts on the normal games are are less than it costs to pay for maximum tickets ie £6.00. Do not be taken in by this site, I will be reporting them to the regulation authorites.

Do not use this site. i played with the free £20 and won £160 on the slots. I kept getting a message to deposit to withdraw my winnings. I also checked if i had fulfilled my bonus wagers as was told i had. So i deposited £10 only to find that all my winnings disappeared. When i messaged them i got told i had spun to many times on the slots before i deposited.

It's a bit complicated, but this is what it says at the site: Signup Bonuses Upon opening an account, customers will receive £20 (the sign-up bonus) which may be used for bingo games and certain slot games. Prior to the customer's first deposit, slot games are limited to 20 spins per game. Once a customer has made an initial deposit, the sign-up bonus will be removed from the account. Winnings over and above the sign-up bonus, up to an amount of £30 will be retained, and transferred to the Bingo Bucks account. Customers that have not made an initial deposit will have any balance in their free bingo bonus account reversed one month after registering that account.

This site is innovative, I like the access via icon that makes it easy to log on and play. The site is easy to negotiate and slot games are fun, although quite basic compared to other sites. Depositing is easy, perhaps too much so! Withdrawal is harder and I was caught out more than once by wagering requirements. Suggest when you deposit that you don't accept the bonus and you will be able to withdraw asap as others have mentioned. Overall a nice site to play on - can only re-iterate that you set limits it is addictive!

I have been a member of Jackpot Cafe for around eight years now and until recently I was a happy camper - but no longer. Since the site changed ownership to DAUB Alderney, sacked all its UK based chat hosts, by email, without warning, it has got worse and worse. I'm not talking about not winning on slots or bingo all the time, I accept that gambling is like that, but to be consistently excluded from all promotional offers without reason, then to be told it must be my fault is getting pretty irritating. Customer service is non-existent, live help are rude and ignorant and complaint emails are replied to rather flippantly and dismissively. I think the time has come for me and Jackpot Cafe to part ways.

Customer Services has always been great when i have contacted them online and by telephone. They have dedicated account managers for players depending on your achieved level.

This site so far is my absolute favorite, it has wicked promotions and is the only one iv won on regularly. Chat games a fun all though you can not join in unless you are a funded player, and the hosts are friendly. I've personally won more on the spin games than i have on bingo but have also won regularly won a little on bingo. It has free daily bingo for funded players and you can save up your bb's and play for free which keeps you playing longer.

Got to admit I do love the 3D avatars at Jackpot Cafe, and its fun walking around and chatting to people, but it is very difficult to win on there. I have deposited loads of time and have won twice. The pots are very low despite how many people are playing and the tickets can be very pricey, even at 2am in the morning. The CM's ignore you for the regular players and in general people are not too friendly or chatty and tend to ignore you. Its a really cool way to play and all, but I won't be visiting or depositing there on a regular basis.

I like bingo cafe, only trouble is when you have less than 3bb you have nothing to spend it on as most times it is a minimum of 3 cards. I have had some good wins but I don't seem to hit jackpots on slots. Bingocafe do send you some good promotions and a little something every month for your loyalty. I enjoy it probably a bit too much. An advantage you get on this bingo is you see how many numbers to go everyone else who is playing has as well as your own so you can see if you are in the lead to win.

I spent loads of money on this site when i eventually stopped spending. Deposits were being made into my account and played down. Withdrawals being reversed and played down. And i was blamed for not keeping my username and password safe. And to top it all i was told the same computer id was used to make these deposits what a joke. My laptop stopped working due to some virus. When those deposits were made. Don't waste your money you hardly ever win. Better to use a site like Gala Bingo where your money will be safe with the safe and secure visa verified option.

Same as Bingo Liner and King Jackpot. 8 bingo rooms but you can only enter the Newbies Lounge and cannot partake in any games, etc whilst using introductory BB's. Chat is poor. Games are 10p a piece. You are not allowed to participate in chat games if you haven't deposited in 7 days and wagering is high.

Bingo Cafe gives you £20 to start you off and can play most games and a few bingo games. Casino slots and bingo from as low as 1p and daily and weekly jackpots. To unlock the rest of the games need to deposit £10, but get £30 bonus and another £5 for updating your profile. Overall good fun, easy to download, login and play.

Although I had £20:00 free to play on Bingo Cafe I found it very boring, firstly I was only allowed in that 1 room, which does happen in some bingo sites, but on this site it felt very closed in. In a small part was your bingo tickets another part your mini games, when you opened these up they went over your bingo tickets so could not watch your bingo tickets and play side games at the same time. But I could not get it to go full screen anyway. Every game a pop up came up asking you to top up , I found this annoying, chat host and roomies where friendly, I would not use this bingo site again.

But wagering requirements before you can withdraw aren't unusual. I haven't played on a site that didn't have them. If you deposit again then say no to the bonus, then you won't have any wagering requirements and you can withdraw winnings straight away.

I really like this site. The bonus $20 is great, just wish it lasted a bit longer. The slot games were also very fun. I was quite surprised to see what was being won from them at Bingo Cafe, as I've found slot games usually aren't very successful when part of a bingo site. Though not the case for this site.

At first I found Bingo Cafe very difficult to get to grips with, but once I started playing I got the gist. I love how I am able to access the site almost instantly as it is just a click away on my computer screen, plus the £20 no deposit bonus was a good incentive for me.

I'm finding to be same winners over n over again at Bingo Cafe right now. I spent 500 bucks n not 1 win. Some player who are older players on site have started to delete the site say the site no longer has fair gaming even though they say they do.

Another one claiming 'same winners' - when it cannot be so in a game of chance. If I were a site operator and I saw someone say that about my site, I'd have 'em in court for libel. Add in a bit of hearsay to back up the reviewers claim that it's a bad site and we're supposed to believe it's a fair review - sorry Bingo Queen, but if you're going to make spurious claims, be prepared to back them up as anyone with an ounce of sense would know that the sites are all regulated and you just don't make sense in what you say. You didn't win, so you say it's a bad site - I've feeling that if you had won big you would not have bothered to give a review about that. I do get annoyed when I see these wild claims about 'same winners' - yet there's no proof of any sort. I win some, I lose some. I probably lose more than I win, but that's the nature of the game. If you're not happy losing your money then don't play, because the odds ARE against you - it's entertainment, not a way to guarantee an income.

One of the very few sites where I've downloaded their software to be able to play. That gets you an icon on your desktop, which you click to start logging in, rather than via a web page. The plus for them is the occasional freebie, where they send out some 'free money' to remind players about the site and give you the chance to play a while - on them. There's a good choice of slots that are launched from their 'rooms' system, which takes a bit of getting used to. Bingo isn't that sparkling for me, limited rooms, not many players. I have played many games, but when the cash freebies come I tend to jump on the slots first then use bonus for bingo. Not that i have much chance of withdrawing a big win - because I've played the freebies so much, my wagering requirements are sky high. I would have to deposit loads, and play for hours, to bring that down now. A fun site in many ways, but unless you're a serious player, you can get trapped in the system and it does not encourage me to deposit - I have done in the past, until I realised I was on a slippy slope, heading downhill.
