Great selection of games, but what is even better is the live chat facility. Always there within seconds of pressing chat and the customer support is second to none. No matter what I need help with they go above and beyond. Other places should get Leo Vegas staff to train them up!
I had the same experience started off with a few big wins then it took £1000 of me in minutes! So I took a break for a week and went back on it, then drained £600 from me with games paying poor bonus rounds. I did the right thing and excluded for 50 years after chatting to support who, by the way, do not try in any way to persuade you to stay.
I ended up winning about £400 overall, but I think after reading reviews it is the same pattern and I had a lucky escape! I knew it would not pay that is why I excluded before it drained me!
Well joined Leo Vegas over xmas and time started ok then thought ah this site looks good so carried on playing. omg went right down hill from there. Took all wins an about another £700 since. gob smacked how it can take so much back so quickly an lose more,,,also have a look if you have joined i noticed the clock always seemed a few seconds behind even up to a minute so set laptop to same time but kept failling to keep up. I don’t think this is right so please check that timing thing.
