A Quick Look at Pinball Slots

Pinball Slots launched in July 2019 and is operated by Jumpman Gaming so if it feels familiar it’s because that platform is so popular with so many slot sites operators. There’s the standard bonus offer to be had as a new player, and a whole plethora of online and mobile slots available to choose from trusted software developers. These include, but are not limited to, the likes of NetEnt, Microgaming, and Yggdrasil.

Does anything make it different from other Jumpman Gaming sites? Sadly it’s only the design that has changed.

Games & Software

Game Software providers:15+
Number of Slot games:Over 600
Type of games:Slots, Jackpots Slots, Live Casino, Casino Games, Table Games, Bingo, Online Slots, Scratchcards,
Video Poker, Roulette, Blackjack

The game selection available at this casino site isn’t quite as extensive as you may have found at other online gambling brands but less does not necessarily mean inferior. Some of the big-name developers have set their stall out at Pinball Casino.

Slots are the most prevalent game type on offer but there’s a combination of different styles. You’ll find Megaways, video slots, classic and fruit slots to choose from. You’ll also find some of the big money titles on offer. These are all complemented by a few table games and a splattering of casino games like Blackjack, Baccarat, and Casino Poker; some of these are Live Casino games.

Bingo can also be found amongst the games on offer but don’t expect the same online bingo experience as you might be used to at the likes of Mecca or Gala Bingo. Bingo at this site seems to be more focused on the jackpot games rather than your standard bingo. There are also a few free games to be had in this section of the site.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

There’s a reasonable selection of payment options available at Pinball Slots but the choice is not quite as extensive as you might be used to from other online casinos. There’s no Neteller or Skrill available but you do have the option of PayPal alongside debit cards, Paysafecard and Pay by Mobile.

Cashing out

There is no minimum withdrawal amount set at Pinball Slots, but all withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. All withdrawals are subject to a 72 hour pending period (providing your account has already been verified with the provision of ID documents) and then any funds withdrawn should be in your account between one and three working days after the pending period.

Community & Customer Service

Pinball Slots doesn’t have that much of a social media presence and whilst they do have a Facebook page, there doesn’t appear to be any interaction between the brand and the players at the moment.

There’s a lot of posts promoting special offers, and some sharing the big news of big winners but nothing to grab the player’s attention and create the community feel that some slot players love.

Customer Service

This is a site with a limited selection when it comes to customer contact. However you can contact the team via email at [email protected].

Take Pinball Slots with You

There’s no app available if you want to play Pinball Slots mobile; you have to access the site through your browser. The website is pretty responsive and intuitive enough so it’s only really that you don’t have the opportunity for one-touch gaming from your mobile device that might be a slight issue for some.

Play on your mobile differs very little to play on your desktop. Games adapt to your device’s screen size so the gaming experience pretty much mirrors the desktop experience.

Our Take on Pinball Slots

Pinball Slots is only going to get a 3.5-star rating from us and the reasons are simple; whilst Jumpman Gaming has a solid history in the world of online gaming, this casino is the same as many others before it just wearing a different virtual coat.

This, plus what appears to be substantially higher than standard wagering requirements and limited customer service options, leaves little to be impressed about. Additionally, there’s very little by way of a range of bonuses, everything bonus related revolves around the Mega Wheel this incurring 65x wagering on each reward.

Looking for the positives about Pinball Slots and we have to give credit where credit is due; they have quite the portfolio of slot titles to offer players. The ‘Trophies’ that can be earned whilst you play increase the interest for the brand a little too.

Have Your Say!

Have you played at Pinball Slots yet? We’d love to hear if your opinion of the brand matches ours if you have found more plus points about the product than we did. Why not share your experience with us by leaving your review. This will be useful to others who may be considering registering and depositing with this site.

I joined about 3 days ago and am still waiting for my account to be reviewed. I have only deposited £10 and it won't let me deposit more plus won't let me withdraw any cash that I have.
