        This site was great when it first started then oh boy the problems started. When i first joined there were regular bonuses, free spins and cash drops on the site, but after a few months this stopped. When questioned about this the site responded by telling me basically i dont deposit enough to warrent VIP bonuses even though all players are VIP no matter how much they deposit and play.

        Good points - withdrawls though they can vary on how long they take to process are paid out without problem, customer services is not the greatest and they are very quick to try and fob you off with quite poor reasons for issues and dealing with queries. Talking to people on the phone is not much better, depending on the mood of the person your dealing with! if they aint in a good mood then expect not much in the way of help. emailing them aint much better that can take anything from 3 to 15 days to get a reply if any at all.

        This site badly needs to think more about its players rather than how much they can make from you and give the site a dam good shake up

        Absolutely shocking - this site needs to be looked at.
        Something i often wonder .... i and i guess 1000's like me, are often members at a lot of sites including sister sites ( same network but different website name ) and more than likely, we all have our fave slots that we always play. we "know" when we have a good reel, we know we are chasing, we know that the chances of getting a bonus are better on some slots than on others.
        I don't think the actually owners of these sites realise this - we can tell when a slot is rigged as we play that slot all the time just on different websites we can tell!!!
        About time the actual owners woke up to this, then we may see that the velocity of the slots don't differ so greatly between sites.
        e.g cassava owned sites / same slot ( will not mention ) pays really good at Moon Bingo but really bad at Cupcake Bingo..... and every single time i play slots, i record every single spin.

        not for me. joined last week, but forgot my log in name (my fault) sent email to require it, no reply, took a further 4 emails and 3 days later, not a good sign , tried calling, and constantly engaged
        any way depod twice got bonus, but won nothing, on first depo had few small wins, but still needed to wager another £500, 2nd depo had one bonus 90p
        games constantly loose connection, or carry on spinning.
        im not going back, but try if you like, but for me waste of time money and effort.
