Nevada launched in June 2021, and like another tombola game called Cinco, it uses playing cards instead of numbered bingo balls.

It uses a fun Las Vegas theme and glitzy graphics that look impressive on mobiles as well as desktops and laptops.

You can play Nevada in a range of themed rooms for as little as 10p, and if you’re unsure of the rules, WhichBingo can help you to prepare for your first game in our Nevada review.

As well as the full house prize, there are rewards for being the first person to mark off one line, two lines and three lines. Plus, there is a fantastic fixed jackpot that can be won by calling the full house within a fixed number of calls.

How to play

To get started, look for the Nevada game link on the left-hand side of the tombola website. Once you click on it, you are presented with a single room to play in (it was five at at launch in case anyone noticed). Plus, you can also see how many players are in the room. Changes were made quite quickly after launch to react to player demands for more ways to win and more frequent jackpot wins.

The room offers you a choice of stake sizes: 10p, 25p, 50p, ÂŁ1 and ÂŁ2.

Simply select your preferred stake then watch the timer count down until the game is ready to begin.

You get a single ticket that uses 4 columns and 4 rows which contain 16 different playing cards. Each time that a card is called, your tickets are checked to see if there’s a match.

To get a full house, you must mark off all 16 cards on your ticket. However, if you manage to be the first to create one, two or three horizontal lines, you get the one-line or two-line prize respectively. More chances to win is always an attractive option in any game.

Jackpot

As a fair operator, tombola designs its games so that any jackpots are in proportion to your stake size.

Nevada is one of many tombola games that gives you the chance to win a juicy jackpot on top of the usual prizes.

There is now just one jackpot that can be won by getting a full house within 33 calls or less. The prize is ÂŁ50 on a 10p stake, rising to ÂŁ1,000 on a ÂŁ2 stake.

The jackpots are always paid solely to the winner (i.e. they are not community jackpots).

Graphics and Sounds

The graphics are engaging and modern and feature a silhouette of Las Vegas across a purple background, and while you play, you can watch the giant strobe lights wander across the night sky.

Upbeat electronic music captures the excitement of the most famous gambling capital in the world.

On the right-hand side of the screen, there’s the chat window which you can either minimise or maximise. You can type messages to other players as well as the chat host if you wish to say hello or offer your congratulations to the winners.

Your ticket is displayed on the left-hand side of the game screen, and when a card that’s called matches a card on your ticket, it’s automatically marked off by turning the card over

Conclusion

Tombola was one of the pioneers of bingo games that use playing cards rather than numbers, so, it’s great to see this popular bingo operator serve up yet any trump (pardon the pun!) with Nevada.

Not only is Nevada a unique and exciting game to play, but it also offers generous cash prizes including jackpots worth up to ÂŁ1,000 that pay out more frequently than maybe a bigger prize might on a lower ball count!

The game is compatible with all device types, so you can play it in the comfort of your own home or try it on the bus or while you’re relaxing on holiday.

There is a good range of stake sizes available to suit players with different budgets too.

If you’d like to hit the Vegas Strip, head over to tombola to play it today.
