About Costa Bingo

Costa Bingo is a long established and well known bingo brand, helped in the past by TV advertising featuring X-Factor judge and ex-Spice Girl MelB taking giant strides around London, highlighting the 'giant jackpots' on offer at the site.

In June 2016 Costa Bingo adopted the new style Dragonfish software and was back on TV. No MelB this time - instead mascot Sunny was given a voice. That voice is Johnny Vegas - which fits nicely with the new game that was introduced to the site at the same time - Vegas Bingo.

In December 2016 the brand became the first of Dragonfish based bingo sites to offer a choice of lobby to make it more user friendly for those using tablets or other mobile devices. Instead of being a carbon copy of the main site the alternative lobby and game pages appear to be more HTML5 led and everything is more simple somehow and less cluttered. Once you have made a decision as to which you prefer you can tick a box to make this your permanant platform.

Bingo games

The new style Dragonfish bingo software was adopted by Costa in June 2016.

Vegas Bingo is a card based game. Each hand comprises five cards and you can buy up to five hands. The first player to cover a hand wins. There are three Vegas Bingo rooms to choose from - most open in the evenings only.

There are usually six different tabs to choose from in the Bingo Lobby, sometimes more depending on the special giveaways being run by the site at any given time.

Choose from Fun and Free/ Costa Crazy/5p/10p/Jackpots/VIP. These give access to at least 16 different bingo rooms - 6 alone under the 'Free' section. The VIP section offers even more free bingo.

Costa Bingo on mobile and tablet

Access Costa Bingo via any mobile device on the relevant mobile browser. The games are fully optimised for mobile play.

The layout of the mobile version of the site is similar to the desktop versions style, it’s simple and easy to understand. The navigation bar is located at the bottom of the screen and splits up the content into five sections - ‘Games’, ‘Bingo’ , ‘Promos’, ‘VIP’ and ‘More’.

Slot games and instant win games are all under the ‘Games’ section, with a huge selection to choose from, such as Lucky Irish, Gonzo’s Quest and Imperial Destiny.

        I would agree with other users that Costa can be fair or unfair. Their wagering requirements are very confusing, so the bonuses might not be as good as they seem. Site and software is good, just do your research I guess!

        Hi played here from 2009 - did get lots of wins at times, but overall was happy enough. I only played costa until they closed my account. I am still upset by this as I no lots of peeps had double aliases but hey ho there lose. I also noticed names reeatedly on winners list and on one occasion congratulated the winner who was amazed and new nought about there supposed win. strange but overall good site great chat hosts great help service but I'm saving a packet so as I said there loss.
        Thought id miss costa forever after they closed my account but hey ho 3 weeks later I'm quids in. not all negative though in 7 years id great happy times but they do tell fibs e.g. join our sister sites wen u do they bann you for same thing.
        be careful on this site though from it was made over its very hard to win. chat hosts very gd chat games excellent bit of a mixed bag really.

        Just wanted to touch base and advise that, as per the Costa Bingo General Terms & Conditions, only one account is allowed per individual per website. This rule is in place to prevent abuse and make sure all players have equal chances of winning.

        We do perform full reviews from time to time and close down duplicate accounts which are active at the same time on the same website, but I can assure you that you can have one active account on each of Costa Bingo's Sister Sites - this would allow you to get multiple benefits in the Diamond Club and, we think, make the gaming experience more entertaining overall.

        We do appreciate any and all feedback you have to offer, as we know that taking our members' feedback on board is the only way that we can continue to evolve and create a better online gaming experience for our players.

        yes true granny...i named 1 in my review but they took names out...she has at least 4/5 costa accounts hosts know they are all same player. cos 1 host told me. but admitted they was all 2 scared to report her.....she uses a variation of the words put together.on all the usernamess...the names are to similar to be anyone other than same player..shes openly said on chat she as more than 1 costa account. i took a screenshot of her saying it and still have it on my lappy.. maybe costa you should be doing something about her.

        If thats the case Costa, then how come some players on your site have multiple accounts . Have been reported for it yet 5 months later are still playing. Even hosts know about them. Theres 1 whose name I have who openly said on chat she has about 5 costa accounts and I have seen her playing under variations of the same name. She causes a lot of trouble then she leaves room and comes back in with a different username everyone knows they are all her. I stopped going on Costa because of her and rest of the bullies and i know lots of other players have too.

        Avoid this site at all costs. Very hard to win and when you do its usually a small line that is shared. Also the "big winners" are dubious. I looked on theIr winners list on home page.. one winner was listed as having won over £52000 then over £1900 then over £1700 then over £1500 then over £1000 then again over £900.

        When i pointed out how dubious this seemed in chat, suddenly within 30 seconds nobody was able to access their "winners " page in the community section.

        I am not saying the site does not have genuine winners, but the fact that the winners list was taken down 30 seconds after i pointed out that one name was winning thousands several times.

        Just wanted to touch base and clear up a few things about the Winners Feed. This is still present on the Costa Bingo homepage, and shows the cumulative wins for each player for that day's activity on each game they play. So, should you see the same username three times in the list with three different amounts, those would be the cumulative win amounts for that player across three different games.

        This winners list does depend on an informational feed taken from one of our back office systems and therefore it may be affected by technical issues from time to time - this would explain why the winners list was temporarily taken down following your complaint, pending a technical investigation. I'm truly sorry if this wasn't explained to you fully at the time you spoke with the Support team via chat.

        Costa Bingo is the same as the sister websites and offers you this bonus on sign up, but says they can't give you the bonus because your bank details failed (although im registered with the other dragonfish websites). They says I have to deposit from my bank first. Isn't going to happen though. These websites need to stop saying or emailing with offers there not going to give. My bank details were correct I double checked. I don't no why I tried to register, there games are rip offs anyway, they take more than they pay out.

        Since the site has had its makeover I am having terrible problems when trying to do anything on site. I think that the techy people have just put too many things on each page and because it is flashing and things are just popping up my PC freezes all the time.
        In between freezing it takes forever to move around site. Surely I cant be the only person to be having these issues? I have sent in 2 complaints now and they just say they are not having any technical problems - Have they not read my email which has said that I am the one having technical problems caused by too much on each page?
        This has always been one of my favourite sites but I if it continues I will reluctantly have to leave it and find a new favourite.
        P.S Am I the only person who finds it irritating to have to be asked EVERY TIME I log in to watch 'how to play'? I suggested to them that they put a time limit on the number of times after joining that this pops up - Is this not reasonable?

        I can confirm that Costa Bingo works well on 99% of mobile devices, as long as the device in questions meets the minimum technical requirements for different website sections, like the Diamond Club.         I've been playing on here for years and without any warning they closed my account for playing in the free rooms. I deposit good few times a week and was at V I P gold level.
        Never won really big on here. I'm disgusted they can treat there loyal customers in this way. My advice is not to join this site or any of its sister sites as they closed all my accounts just for playing in the free rooms when I deposit regularly.

        Just wanted to touch base on a couple of issues you've raised. First, thank you for the feedback provided about the "How to play" Lobby pop-up, we are looking at limiting how often it displays, to stop it from being a nuisance to more experienced players such as yourself.

        I can confirm that Costa Bingo works well on 99% of mobile devices, as long as the device in questions meets the minimum technical requirements for different website sections, like the Diamond Club. Technical requirements are laid out in the FAQs section, but we're always glad to help when you're experiencing issues, by localizing the issue with your help and advising troubleshooting steps to have those issues resolved.

        Costa Bingo is the same as the sister websites and offers you this bonus on sign up, but says they can't give you the bonus because your bank details failed (although im registered with the other dragonfish websites). They says I have to deposit from my bank first. Isn't going to happen though. These websites need to stop saying or emailing with offers there not going to give. My bank details were correct I double checked. I don't no why I tried to register, there games are rip offs anyway, they take more than they pay out.
