Won 800 pound, its my third day of trying to get hold of someone, they said i haven;t sent enough verification. Need help, but don,t know where to go, can anyone help please?

Hi nicks40. Yes, it seems Jumpman Gaming have removed some of their support options recently. Live help should be available 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and if you are not getting a response via email, you might try the FlogIt Facebook page - says will typically respond in a few hours.

Start up bonus is 20.00 at Flog It Bingo, which is about the same as other sites, nothing special there. You do have a free spin to gain extra bonus and I won 10.00 - the min you can win is 5.00.</p> <p>Lobby to bingo games easy to find and navigate. I like playing 2p bingo, but doesn't start till 1pm. also 5p bingo games are in the same room so I left room until the next 2p game was on.</p> <p>In other sites a copy of driver licence is acceptable but not this site they ask for copy of Statements or letters with address on also which is on my licence so that's a bad point for me.</p> <p>Newbies get a free bingo room for 7 days and I won 10.00+ which helped with my bonus, but I couldn't see this room on goggle chrome, only via my mobile or IE. Is hard to win any thing and you have to have deposited cash into your balance within 2 weeks or you are stopped from using this room.</p> <p>This site offers loyalty points which can be transfered into cash once you get a set amount these r hard to get tho. Chat host are friendly enough, but I won't be reloading any more cash as the 2nd deposit bonus for this site is just 80%. My 10.00 depo has lasted over 2 weeks which is longer than most sites I've joined.</p>

I played Flogit Bingo on my mobile and the games never loaded. I emailed to complain and was told to use chrome. I switched to chrome and deposited more money and the bingo games still did not load.I could only play the slot machine and wasted a lot of money trying to open bingo sessions.</p> <p>I complained and was told that as id spent money on the slot machine nothing could be refunded and that the bingo tickets had been paid for. The fact the bingo games didnt launch meant nothing. Or the fact i was advised to try chrome and waste more money.</p> <p>I cant begin to explain how bizarre the logic of this is and i think the support staff were clueless. Anyone using a mobile be a little bit aware.</p>

I absolutely love this site. The admin staff are amazing compared to other bingo sites. I have won quite a bit - also lost a bit too, but that's the name of the game. Any problem I have ever had with bingo sites on this network has been cleared up very quickly. I have played on many gaming sites and have to say for me this site is fab.

I'm not sure i understand whats going on with this site. I tried to join and it said this user isnt allowed to register?? I'm on other sites with this network and have never had a problem, i have email still waiting for a reply, does anyone know if its just a part of another site? I know there linked up but you can still join each of them but this one seems different.
