Absolutley appalling payouts, they do not commit to any timeframe, the only answers you get from support are that they will send an email when sorted! Never known anything like it, do they actually have the money to send payouts out is my question as why would any business want to delay and lose customers and generate bad reviews 🤔

Been stuck in the withdrawal loop of processing and denied afterwards. They finally gave a clue blaming my receiving bank for bouncing back the card withdrawal. I managed to push them to intimate a wire transfer as I was on chat with them, and they managed to make one saying “processing to processor” It’s been two weeks in total I am trying to get into £3000. I am getting to get really annoyed with them and if this last attempt fails I consider seeking legal help. In general they asked me to upload ID, Address verification and proof of payment at least two times each.

Having a big issue with the withdrawal process it's been like 19 days and they have not found a solution. Deposit instantly and requested for wire transfer back and placed the request 5 times started the 1st request on August 1st 2020 and till date 5 time left for processing and after 2 days wait period will get to know request is declined. Asked for a swift copy which they do not have which clearly indicated they did not transfer the funds. 19days up and still no update about my withdrawal.

Absolutely shocking when it comes to pay outs. I have on the 22nd of July requested a withdrawal through the site for £1850 and as of 8th of August still have not received my money. That's over two weeks! Save yourself the stress and time and avoid billioncasino at all costs. There are plenty of sites out there that process your withdrawal on the day. With these guys, I had to provide more documents that I did for a mortgage application and still no money. Every time you contact customer service they give no timescale and no updates. Avoid!

Hello there - I am also have a similar situation. Requested for wire transfer 1st requested on Aug 1st and after 3 days request declined again on 4th requested again declined after 2 days of processing wait and declined again . Again raised the request on 7th and I am having no luck with them . 5 times raised the request and still waiting and it’s over 18 days they are making me clueless. Have you guys got any update on the withdrawal?

Don't sign up for deposit bonus. I didn't recieve it and when i emailed them they responded with you've had it. So either support is clueless or liars. Stick to the big casinos.
