If you think this could be the slot game for you, carry on reading our Empty the Bank review for all the information you need to know about this game.

How to Play

Empty the Bank is a very easy slot game to spin and players can get started by setting their bet using the + and – buttons underneath the reels. Hit the transparent arrow button to send the reels tumbling. Bets per spin in this game range from 20p to £100.

To create winning combos in this game, all players have to do is get three or more matching symbols on their reels starting from the left.

The symbols on the reels of this game are:

  • A
  • J
  • K
  • Q
  • Gold coins
  • Banknotes
  • Gold bars
  • Bag of gems
  • Gold crown
  • Burglar

Players can win up to 10,000x their total stake in the Empty the Bank slot game during the respins bonus feature. In the base game, the highest value symbol is the gold crown and players will be awarded 20x their stake for landing five on a payline.

Special Features

There are two special features in Empty the Bank including a wild symbol and a respin feature.

The wild symbol is the burglar and he will replace other symbols on your reels to help form new winning combinations and award big cash prizes. The only symbol he will not replace is the safe bonus scatter symbol.
The main feature in this game is the Empty the Bank respins. To trigger this feature, simply land the bonus safe symbol on your first, third and fifth reels. Players will then be transported to a bank vault and a 7×7 grid. At the beginning of the feature, the grid is only opened up to 5×4. Three respins are awarded with three money symbols in place of the three safe symbols. As you play, special symbols may land that can award the following prizes:

  • Computer – players are awarded a 1x multiplier plus the money symbol value is doubled
  • Walkie talkie – all money symbols receive a 1x or 2x value to the following respins
  • Money bag – this symbol has a cash value of 1x to 10x attached
  • Alarm – players receive a 1x multiplier prize plus an extra respin is awarded
  • Burglar – all money symbol cash values are collected and new symbols can land
  • Drill – players receive a 1x multiplier and the grid opens up to unlock a space on the first reel
  • Ladder – this symbol unlocks a position on the sixth reel and then it unlocks a position on the seventh reel when it lands again plus you will receive a 1x multiplier prize
  • Hammer – players receive a 1x multiplier and a position on reel 7 is unlocked
  • Safe door – players receive a 1x multiplier prize and if three of these symbols land the jackpot prize of 10,000x your stake is awarded

Each time one of these special symbols lands, the respins are reset back to three. Once the round ends, all the cash values are totalled to award a final payout.

Graphics and Sounds

Empty the Bank is a nicely designed slot game and although the theme is not the most original, the cartoon style graphics are high-quality and won’t disappoint players. A night time city scene is the background to the reels and the burglar can be seen to the right hand side of the reels. On the reels, the low value symbols are the standard playing card symbols J, K, Q, and A, while the high value symbol all relate to the theme and include objects such as gold coins, bags of gems, banknotes and gold bars. Jazz style music plays as you spin the reels and you will also hear a funny cockney accent narrating the game.

Empty the Bank is a cheeky slot game that does not take itself too seriously and players will enjoy the high-quality graphics and funny sound effects. While some players may prefer to see more bonus features, this game’s respin feature does provide lots of entertainment and the opportunity for lucrative cash wins up to 10,000x your stake. This will not be a slot game that appeals to everyone but if you are looking for a fun cartoon style slot game then this could be the right one for you.
