How to play
Slingo Hot Roll is played on a single 5×5 grid, and a Slingo is awarded by dabbing 5 consecutive symbols horizontally, vertically or diagonally (making 12 paylines in total). The numbers to be matched appear on a separate single row reel at the bottom of the grid.
Each Slingo moves you up one place on the Payladder towards the bonus features, with at least five Slingos required to activate the bonuses.
There are 10 spins in every game, and at the conclusion of each game there is the opportunity to buy additional spins in order to progress up the Payladder. The cost of each spin is determined by the wager size and how far up the Payladder you are positioned.

Graphics and Sounds
This is a game where it is the gameplay that keeps you engaged, rather than the visuals or sound effects. There is nothing especially spectacular about the design of the bingo card or reels, although they are very clear and easy to play on any size of device. When the Dice Roll and Hot Roll bonus features are activated, you are taken to a separate screen and a virtual craps game, with lots of sound effects and crowd noise to boost the atmosphere.
Overall, this is a relatively straightforward game visually, but the fast-paced gameplay more than makes up for this.
Conclusion
Like all Slingo games, Slingo Hot Roll is fast-paced, highly engaging and offers a range of bonus features and payouts. You also play a more active role than in other types of slot games, as you have to make decisions at the conclusion of each 10-spin game as to whether you buy additional spins in order to climb the Payladder. It is important to be on the ball in this regard, and to know what the potential rewards are during the bonus rounds, as otherwise it can be easy to risk too much for too little reward. See the graphic above for what started as a £1 stake – to build up the places on the ladder it was necessary to bet more for additional spins. In this instance it paid off a little, but sometimes it may not.
Slingo games are not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you are a fan this is an exciting new release that will keep you involved on every spin. Check out Slingo Hot Roll for yourself at WhichBingo’s recommended casino sites.
