Takes deposit no questions asked. When it's time to withdraw they will charge you £2.50 and request multiple forms of ID yo pay you back on to the same card you paid with. Just a scam to hold on to your money longer and charge you in the process.

Hi Ryan. All brands have to be sure of your identity when taking deposits and obviously do this as quickly as possible to get people playing. We always recommend doing the KYC (Know Your Customer) stuff as soon as possible after joining so brands have no excuse to delay paying out. We hate the withdrawal charges too!

I've won £300 and despite my documents being verified, 2 weeks later I've still not received it. I'm using a new card ( its been verified and the winning deposit was made using it)having lost my old one and they're asking for a bank statement with my old card details on! They just keep emailing the same thing.

Joined a few months back had some decent wins then all of a sudden my account got locked! Sent several emails to them, finally got one back saying Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Website or close it indefinitely. In such circumstances, your remaining real money balance will be repaid to you in full.”   Your account(s) held on our network and sister networks have been closed and banned in accordance with the above terms and conditions. This has been applied permanently. Absolute joke of a site!

I find this site really bad when trying to withdraw. If you have withdrawn that day you have to wait 72 hours to withdraw again. Ridiculous other sites not an issue their sister site Bingo Crazy the same...They dont answer emails even complaint ones, so does not matter if you use CS or complaints it is ignored. They want copy of my bank statement or p60 said no just refund my £100 winnings but no just ignored me for over a week. thought holding money which belonged to someone else was illegal.

Please avoid. Writing this in the hope of helping someone not make the same mistake as me . Love to take your money not so much with the withdrawal. There is a whole list of documents they require when you try to withdraw . Payment card proof , photo is, address proof and more . Plus a £2.50 fee for every withdrawal . To upload photo I d on there system is basically impossible, with the photo never being good enough they make it as hard as they possibly can to withdraw your money . Lots of decent gambling sites you can choose . Avoid this like the plague .

Avoid! I won £1000.00 (after depositing a few hundred) my account was fully verified, they had verified all my documents it was all good to go.. until I withdrew. They then froze my account for 3 weeks, never replied to a single email, then they emailed to say they had closed my account, 3 months later they still have my £1000.00 I’ve sent them hundreds of emails to every email address I can find and they never reply to them! They took my money and kept my winnings! Do not use.

I’ve used this site since April last year and have had to send documents to verify my ID twice. Never been on another site like it. I have £250 sitting in my account and this is one the 8th day that I’ve been waiting for them to finish check ID etc to allow me to withdraw. Then when I do get to the withdraw option you have to wait 72 hours BEFORE they authorise your withdrawal. So at the end of this (if I even am able to withdraw) it will have taken 2 weeks to withdraw £250. Ridiculous. I play 15+ sites a week and this is the worst one I’ve ever used.

Spent loads of money on this site I win back just 400 I give them all the untold documents now they still won’t process my money. Letting gambling commission know. Bad bad site got no one to ring and when u do get email back it’s days and with no explanation of why the documents ain’t good enough they just do not want to give u yr money.
