Hi there. The support team won't be able to 'assist' me like I stated in my honest review. I would be happy to change the review once I get access back to the site, but I have had my account closed without reason. Until then, I am advising people not to join.

I signed up for my first ever bingo site owned by Daub, which was Bingo Extra. I deposited money and played on the bingo site, I was then asked for ID to continue spending my deposit & welcome bonus. My ID was accepted by the support within a few hours, which I was happy about. I then had my account opened for a further 10 minutes, then it said my account was locked. This meant I contacted support back and I was advised I was banned from their entire networks without providing me with a reason. I have real cash and bonus funds remain in my account. I only managed to play 4 successful games. I would stay away from this site.

Joined this site a few days ago and was quite enjoying the experience when all of a sudden 10 quid vanished from my bonus balance. When I contacted support they told me this was never intended to be converted to real money? So what's the point? Absolutely shocking. My advice, don't bother with this one, set light to your money!

While we do have a page dedicated to stipulating all terms associated with bonuses and bonus usage, we would like to inform you that all bonuses made available to players, in the form of deposit bonuses, free bonuses or bonus spins, come with specific terms attached; a playthrough, a maximum convertible amount, an expiry date to name a few. Depending on the offer in question, most of the time once the playthrough is cleared, winnings are converted to real withdrawable cash up to a preset maximum amount, after excess winnings and the initial bonus amount is zeroed.

After 13 months of being loyal to this site iv decided enough was enough. It really does not have a lot to offer and I totally agree that almost at any given time the rooms are empty. Being a vip member there is nothing that really entices a player bearing in mind a change is certainly better than a rest. May have good customer support, but this site needs a total revamp. Sorry Bingo extra but time to pull the plug!

I have played some seriously poor sites, but this one take the biscuit. Joined 5pm and by 5.08pm nothing left. took the slots bonus, played 2 slots had couple 30p wins, really really poor, wont go back.

I joined Bingo Extra and had £25.00 on my account. Won £100 and withdraw. sent my I.D for my account and was all clear with the withdraw the same day. the only thing that was very slow was the amount going back in my account. this taken 7 days in total. I do feel this need to be a bit faster we are in 2016. Withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours, but this was longer in my case deposit with paypal. sorry i will not be back here due to the slow withdraw. review 7/10

It starts with a pending period, which time frame depends on the player level and when it ends, the withdrawal funds are allocated to the next processing batch. Now the withdrawal pending period is valid from Monday to Friday only. You mentioned using a PayPal and for this deposit method the funds go to the account instantly after release. For a first withdrawal, the process may take slightly longer if all checks have not been satisfied. There must be an explanation if your withdrawal has taken longer and we are convinced that the Customer Service Team can answer your questions in this regards. You say my first withdrawal, the process may take slightly longer the reason for this is becasue you think that the player/players will reverse there pending amount (Withdrawals are processed within 72 business hours of the customer making the request). my request was made on monday 31st of may in my bank on the 7th june. chat with live chat but told to wait. i have now closed my account with bingo extra as i like to see withdraw a bit fast not 7 days waiting. in 2016 withdrawals need to improve not china slow.

I recently joined Bingo Extra and have had a great time playing there. I'm not really one for bingo, I prefer slots and I must say, that apart from a problem they seem to have with loading a different slot to the one I click on, when I finally get hold of the slot I want, I have actually won. I know that it's gambling and I can't actually expect to win, but I've played a lot of Cassava and Dragonfish sites and have come away from them very annoyed. It doesn't seem to matter how much I play with, I just never seem to come away on top. However, with Bingo Extra, I have actually won and come away with more than I started with! The live help was great. They actually helped immediately. Didn't try to make me phone or email or push me onto anyone else, they actually did what I asked, without any problem. What more can I ask for? I'm happy. Fingers crossed, my winning streak will continue! Thank you Bingo Extra. I actually enjoy playing here. You've restored my faith in the slot playing fraternity!

Hi all - I have played on Bingo Extra for a few month now and wanted to add a more up-to-date review. The bingo games are decent, however, the Extra Room offers free cards and BOGOF cards only. It is being advertised as 'free spins' too, but you don't win free spins. Due to the 'extra cards' each game, that differs the CG's. No CG's are played on Bingo Extra - Which is very rare for a bingo site!</p> <p>Loyalty - Well, what can I say. I have wagered over 41k on the site since March 1st, and I have contacted live help several times. They always say that there's no freebies at the moment for your account. I've wagered 41k - When will I ever get a gesture goodwill/loyalty bonus. Even if I just got 10.00 bonus, that would make me happy.</p> <p>VIP - As stated above, I have wagered 41k on bingo and slots, combined.
