About Elf Bingo

Elf Bingo opened in December 2013 and is a lovely and bright site; it’s orange and has a lovely elf mascot on hand to welcome you.

The promotions available are good, but there are many sites using these same promotions and games, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve seen them before. However, Elf Bingo does feature some exclusive rooms and offers.

Low deposits, free bingo and the amount of promotions seem to make this site a hit with the bingo community, because there were hundreds of people online when I logged in – this helps to deliver some very nice game prizes.

Watch out for the wagering requirement – the £100 real cash requirement might catch out a lot of bingo players. Slots players will find it easier.

From October 2017 there are no bingo bonuses available at 15Network bingo sites – all bonuses will be credited as IG bonus and loyalty points converted will be to IG Bonus. The bingo rooms will only accept real cash to play.

Elf Bingo on mobile and tablet

Get all the Elf Bingo action on your mobile or tablet device. You don’t even have to download anything. All you need is an internet connection and you can get playing straight away.

Access the site via the mobile browser from your android or iOS mobile or tablet device and enjoy the full range of games.  The games are fully optimised for mobile play.

The site runs really well on mobile and load times were minimal. The layout of the mobile version of the site is simple and easy to understand.

To gain access to the different game sections such as slots, 90 ball, 75 ball and free bingo, simply swipe left or right on the slider on the homepage. However, presently there is a bug with the text for each section here, it doesn’t correctly display when you swipe from left to right.

To make a deposit or withdrawal, simply tap on your balance at the top of the screen or by going to ‘Banking’ in the menu. The menu also gives the option to make changes to your account details, gain access to support, teaches you how to play and many more.

Overall the site offers a good mobile bingo and slots experience and you will enjoy super fast load times, with no crashing. It’s simplistic, looks great and best of all easy to navigate.

Google Play – There is presently no app available from the Google Play.

After hearing about Elf Bingo being on the new layout platform, I joined the site and deposited a total of £30 across the new layout bingo sites, including Dove Bingo and Showreel Bingo.

I was a little disappointed about the welcome bonus not being a bingo bonus, however, I entered the bingo room in Lucky Stars and no games would play. Even when the minimum of 3 players was in the room, it stated enough bingo tickets weren’t sold. On one game, I purchased 40p worth of cards for a 25p house and there were 2 other players. When the game started, it said there weren’t enough tickets sold!!

I then had no choice but to spin on the slots and see if my luck was in. I managed to win a total of £60 on the slots, which paid for MAX cards in the Pay Day room for a guaranteed prize of £1,000.

I was lucky on the Pay Day game and won a total of £300 for the 2 lines. Now when I log into the account, it says that it has been suspended and blocked from the network. I received an email stating that the accounts were closed without reason, with all winnings null and void. I never even received my £30 back I deposited across the 15 Network / Jumpman Gaming.

So for this reason, I cannot recommend anybody to play on the network.

I would also like to add that the customer support is terrible. It takes up to a week for an email to be replied to, there is no live chat option, nor a contact number. By owning 98 gambling sites, surely there should be a support number to phone. There is no longer any CH’s in the room and every player seems to moan in the chat rooms in regards to games not playing and winnings not being paid.

I wish I could attach pics of my email and some of the chat room conversations but there is no option for that, I hope Which Bingo can install that facility one day! 🙂

Cheers for reading and I hope this write up helps you all 🙂

I joined Elf Bingo today, 18/10/2015 and made a deposit of £15. After I received my bonus and free spin of the wheel I had £45 to play with. Great I thought, but after 45 mins of trying to log into the site I gave up.
No live help. Tel no the costs the earth and email that are only available in office hours, so no help when needed. I have requested refund of deposit .. lets see ???

I think ive joined most of these sites on this 15network. 200% first deposit bonus and spin the wheel and i get 10 pounds from the wheel on every one of the sites – never had any more than that. Good selection of slot game.
Bingo pay outs are improving, but they are not great. Very nice ch on Elf Bingo and the site is very, very easy to get around andwell set out. Think they need to put some magic in to the slots. I dont think its there. Cassava sites have magic in there slots and some times you lucky enough to find it. I’ve seen nothing on Elf Bingo slots – poor pay out on free spins and bonus games – never seen25X or 100X only ever 2x, may be 5x pity tho, real nice site.
