This used to be a good site - lots of fun and a really good chance of winning - now it's all about getting as much money out of you as possible and making it as difficult as possible to win anything. They offer you games bonus that you have to wager 99 times to get any cash - it's a joke. Moving elsewhere. New rules have spoiled the whole experience.

I was a customer for quite a while ,VIP, however was playing slots at £1.25 per spin on Magical Forest and got bonus round. Then slot machine froze in middle of bonus round so didn't receive any money. Notified customer support. Thought they will sort this for me, so went on Tokyo Nights £1.25 a spin. Same thing got bonus, first round picked x58 then game froze so again no money. Waited for weeks for them to sort it then got a message saying games were no longer frozen so therefore no issue and that because they now worked I wasn't due any compensation. They told me to have a nice day. When I said I would leave the site they offered me 50 free spins on fluffy favourites. Haha is this also a slot and may freeze on bonus round. Very very unhappy

hi julie Magical Forest slot game is one i was playing at £2.50 stake when 3 x spider bonus got activated and same exact scenario - screen froze on me and customer services were absolutely useless and utterly unhelpful unreasonable and basically did nothing about it for me. after several tries i gave up. Very bad experience.

This used to be one of my favourite sites. However, this weekend I have had issues with bonus and wagering. Firstly the minimum 50% bonus - I got £4 off a £20 deposit... that's not 50%! Then the x1 wager.. I wagered and won and then again and it won't go to cash balance. I asked the host who after ignoring me the first time and tried to flood my comments out with lucky dust, and all they could say was go to support. A host should be able to answer the very simple question 'what is the wager req on bonus and has it changed'. Awful customer service. Basic information they should know. I have emailed including a screen shot of the terms of the bonus they claim but haven't met. 24 hours later no reply and no change to my balance.

Joined few days ago, thought at first wow good, won on slots, not mega but ok, but you use cash first, then to withdraw, you need to depo 3 times?? then cant withdraw anyway until ID been processed, still waiting, so in the mean time carried on playing got to bonus funds, and hey presto, it goes with no luck (what a surprise). I wont take a chance of depositing again, waited 3 days for Id process? that's done so you cant withdraw anyway? and need to depo at least £30, so chances of withdrawing at all is minus Good luck if you manage to win enough to withdraw, low chance.

Absolutley had me off! Won money on fluffy favorites slots and the money went in games bonus!! Won Â£25 on bingo and gave me Â£3.07 real cash! When i spoke on live chat about this was told that wagering requirements was 50x bonus? Meaning id have to play at least Â£1000 before being able to withdraw! Basically making it impossible to win a thing. Never come across this on a site before and im a member on a good few sites that actually pay out. will not be depositing again.

I joined Gossip Bingo and was doing well my account went up to £130 one afternoon. I then went out for a couple of hours and when I tried to log back in I was told my account was closed. I emailed them and was told I requested it, which was lies. It took me 8 months to get my money back from them and that was only because I told them I was going to take them to court. They have done the same to my wife and frozen her account for six months saying she was in financial difficulties. Utter rubbish.

This happened to me. Closed my account for no reason. Got email Cassava security saying i was closely linked to a player who for some reason has closed there accounts for security reasons. No more details, but they took my money and then closed it. I'm talking loads of deposits on different cassava sites - then they told me refrain from joining new sites. Load of old tosh. Stealing peoples money. They should not worry, I wont be on any of there sites again. Try Mainstage bingo, it's a good site.
