A Quick Look at Mint Bingo

Mint Bingo is a Dragonfish powered online bingo site operated by the bingo experts at TAU Gaming. The site launched in 2020, but players can look forward to a sleek and modern bingo site with a nice and simple welcome offer of bingo bonus funds and free spins. At this site, you can expect three bingo variants, lots of big bingo rooms and hundreds of slot games from a variety of world-class software providers. The site also has no withdrawal fees, an array of payment methods including PayPal and plenty of customer support options including live chat and telephone.

‘Mint’ of course is slang for something that is good and there are lots of other similar words around the site like ‘pukka’ and ‘lush’, so you get the idea that the operator is very fond of their product and we are sure you will be too.

This site earns a WhichBingo 4* Rating – here’s how:

  • Offers/Promotions/Wagering: The welcome offer at Mint Bingo is simple and basic and players will like that they get bonus funds and free spins. There is a cap on bonus win from free spins.
  • Fast Payment/Withdrawals: There is a great range of payment options available on this site including PayPal. It is also great to see that there are no fees but the site does have long withdrawal processing times of up to 48 hours.
  • Good Game Selection & Navigation: At Mint Bingo, players can look forward to playing three bingo variants and hundreds of slot games from top software providers
  • Quality of Mobile Bingo: No mobile bingo app to download, but the site is mobile-friendly and its games can be accessed on the move from mobile and tablet devices
  • Customer Service: We cannot fault the customer service available at this site as it offers a range of telephone, live chat and email support so you can easily get in touch with the team

  • Date Opened: 2020
  • UK Licence Holder Name: Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited

Games & Software

If you like to mix playing bingo with slots, you’ll love the colourful combination of games that the Dragonfish software platform has to offer.

Designed by the leading casino operator 888, Dragonfish is a well-known name in the online bingo industry and it delivers a hassle-free playing experience that is rarely spoilt by unexpected error messages and downtime.

The platform comes with several online bingo variants including the standard 90-ball offerings, as well as less common types like 52-card and 5-line. The operator also has several agreements in place with leading software developers, so you have a diverse range of slots to choose from.

The main drawback of the software is its lack of video poker, roulette and blackjack.

What Mint Bingo lacks in casino games, it makes up for in slots! At the time of writing, there are over 500 of them, but with new titles being added all the time, the list is sure to keep on growing!

You’ll spot many famous titles in the slots lobby as well as some fresh faces. Popular choices include Cleopatra, Bonanza, Aussie Adventure, Wolf Queen, Pyramid: The Quest for Immortality, Starburst, Twin Spin, and Gonzo Quest Megaways.

What Jackpots are available at Mint Bingo?

You might be surprised to discover that you don’t always have to pay to play jackpot games at Mint Bingo. In fact, the Freemium room frequently allows funded players to take a shot at £150.

Other jackpot opportunities present themselves in the form of the Mystery Jackpots room, The Big £10k (which you receive free tickets for as part of the welcome offer), Late Night Show (£100), and £500 Wacky Wednesday.

How do I upload my ID to Mint Bingo?

The operator’s automated verification system attempts to cross-reference the details that you provide when signing up in order to validate your age and address. Most of the time, the system succeeds but sometimes it’s necessary for you to be asked to confirm your details with official documents.

Examples of the types of ID that are accepted for verification purposes are:

  • Driving licence
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement
  • Passport, identity card or birth certificate

You can submit these to the support team using the Document Uploader.

Did you Know….?

The word “mint” has two distinct meanings – to describe something that’s as new (i.e. in mint condition), or as a slang term for something that is brilliant or fantastic.
● Mint is one of the most common flavours in the UK. It appears in toothpaste, sweets, chocolates, condiments (e.g. mint sauce), ice cream and, of course, Kendal Mint Cake!
●Mint Bingo is owned by a company called Tau Gaming which is also responsible for the likes of Hunky Bingo and Bingo Besties.

Community and Customer Service

The site’s chat rooms give you ongoing opportunities to mingle with like-minded people and the chat hosts are around to ensure that everyone has bags of fun.

There are also three easy ways to get help when you need it.

Community

  • Bingo chat rooms with hosts
  • Facebook

For guaranteed giggles and a few chat games added for good measure, ensure that the chat window is maximised while you’re playing in the bingo rooms. You don’t need to type anything if you don’t want to, but following the funny conversations is always a laugh.

Customer Service

If you need help with anything, you can reach out to the support team via the Live Help room, telephone or email (using the contact form provided on the Help page).

  • Live Chat
  • Telephone
  • Online Contact Form

Mint Bingo on Mobile

These days, the majority of online bingo operators are using HTML5 software so that players can enjoy a seamless experience no matter what type of device they choose to play on. This means that a Mint Bingo app isn’t necessary as the bingo rooms are designed to work perfectly on smartphones and tablets.

You can also enjoy a fantastic selection of slots via the Mint Bingo mobile site.

Should I Play at Mint Bingo?

It’s hard to achieve perfection, and so there are understandably a few things that we’d love to see improved such as quicker withdrawals, the introduction of a loyalty scheme, and more casino games.

However, the benefits by far outweigh the negatives at Mint Bingo as you have a particularly generous three-part welcome package to take advantage of, heaps of free and cheap bingo, hundreds of great slots, and plenty of sweet-tasting jackpots on offer.

Why not take the opportunity to freshen up your playing experience by joining Mint Bingo now?

We want your Mint Bingo review!

If you’ve got previous experience of playing at the site, we’ll love to know whether you’d recommend it? Whether you think it deserves a big thumbs-up or feel that it’s left a bad taste in your mouth, you can tell us all by leaving a few comments below!

Mint Bingo FAQs

How do I qualify for extra spins and free bingo tickets after I’ve claimed the welcome offer?

Look out for promotions running at Mint Bingo as they often invite you to claim reload bonuses and free spins when making deposits to your account.

How do I view my previous deposits and withdrawals?

If you click on the My History link in the Cashier, you’ll be able to look at your transaction history.

What should I do if I find that I’m spending too much money at the site?

For starters, you can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You can also seek assistance from GamCare and request a time-out or self-exclusion through the site’s Responsible Gaming page.

How do I know that the games are fair and not rigged?

Mint Bingo uses software called a Random Number Generator to ensure that every bingo ball and spin of a slot game is 100% random and fair. If you see the same names winning bingo games, it’s probably because these players spend more time online and buy max tickets.

I played at Mint today. See my review for the problems I had with a game not recognising me as a winner. I had to wait for chat to come on duty but when I contacted customer service, they were not the slightest bit interested in the fact there might be a glitch. All she said was according to the records I had not won in my last game played. When I told her I would not deposit further funds, she closed my account with my money still in it(real money, not bonuses). So don't trust them.

Doesn't recognise when you have won...I've just played a game, I had a line..the game continued and 2 numbers later paid someone else out. Then, same game I got the full house when number 8 came up, and despite my card lit up as a winner it continued playing and about 5 numbers later someone else Won...totally broken faulty system. Plus another illegal feature...in bingo you have to have a number on each vertical section..on their cards you might have no numbers on first column...
