Rainbow Riches Bingo Review
Everyone has a chance to pluck rewards from their personal Wishing Well Jackpot while participating roomies get to enjoy a share of the Rainbow Road Jackpot whenever it’s triggered during a game.
If you enjoy playing speed bingo games due to their fast and furious nature, we definitely think you’ll love Rainbow Riches Bingo.
This exciting online bingo variant from Virtue Fusion (Playtech) only uses 40 balls which means that each game only lasts a short time – good for some, not for those that prefer a sedate pace. It’s also ideal for budget-conscious players as tickets are priced at 1p and upwards.
The game includes some great graphics and sound effects that are inspired by Barcrest’s Rainbow Riches slots, and rather than completing traditional lines on your tickets, you have to complete four-leaf clovers instead.
There are plenty of exciting prizes to play for, and often, there are 1TG prizes on offer as well.

Each ticket consists of two four-leaf clovers, each of which contains four numbers.
To win the 1 Clover prize, you’ll need to mark off all four numbers on one of the two clovers, and to win the full house, you must mark off numbers off both clovers.
The software automatically dabs your tickets and sorts them into order, so you can just sit back and relax while waiting to find out if you’ve won.
Jackpot
Rainbow Riches Bingo offers two different jackpots – The Rainbow Road Jackpot and the Wishing Well Jackpot.
Rainbow Road Jackpot
The Rainbow Road Jackpot is a community jackpot that can be awarded in any game.
However, it can only be triggered by the leprechaun landing on certain steps of the trail shown at the top of the screen.
The Rainbow Road Jackpot offers three different prizes – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – which correspond with certain points on the trail. The leprechaun takes a fixed number of steps depending on how many special “rainbow clovers” appear during the game, so it can take multiple games before he reaches one of the pots.
If the leprechaun lands on Bronze, players receive a share of £50, and if he lands on Silver or Gold, they share £150 or £300 respectively. However, if he passes one of the pots without standing directly on it, roomies get to split £25 (Bronze), £75 (Silver) or £150 (Gold).
Wishing Well Jackpot
Before each game begins, you get to pick a lucky number and if it’s announced during the game, you receive a gold coin. Once you collected 40 coins, you win a £5 bonus.
Graphics and Sounds
Rainbow Riches Bingo is just as entertaining as the Barcrest slots, if not more so.
When you open a game, you’re greeted by the friendly Irish leprechaun who is the central character in the slot series, and he also acts as the bingo caller.
Winner announcements are accompanied by a jolly Irish jig and the sound of the leprechaun chuckling.
A spinning Ferris Wheel at the top-left of the screen allows the bingo balls to drop one-by-one, and there are also some clever animations when the leprechaun starts to walk along the trail to the right of it.
The custom options include notifications of when players join and leave the room, dabber colour and shape, ticket style and size, and chat font size and colour.
Conclusion
Rainbow Riches Bingo is bags of fun to play, and if you love the Rainbow Riches slot as well, that definitely helps!
As a 40-ball game, it offers a faster playing experience than the norm, and the addition of two generous jackpots makes it even most exciting.
You can play Rainbow Riches Bingo at a variety of sites that use Playtech/Virtue Fusion software, and one of our personal favourites is Mecca Bingo which also hosts Deal or No Deal, Fluffy Favourites, Britain’s Got Talent, Age of the Gods, and X-Factor bingo games.
