A Quick Look at Bingo.com
Bingo.com offers one of the most comprehensive and enjoyable online bingo experiences of all of the bingo sites uk that we feature here. With ten bingo rooms offering a variety of 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games, set and progressive jackpot prize pools, and an excellent array of specials and promotions (not to mention more than 600 online slots and casino games), Bingo.com has it all.
Games & Software
Bingo.com gives you a choice of 10 different online bingo rooms, offering 90 ball and 75 ball bingo with tickets at a range of prices. Most games are played on the Relax Gaming network and are open to all, although there are also some exclusive rooms (such as All Stars) where it is invitees only, as well as rooms like The Pinnacle and the Club Room that are only open to Bingo.com UK players.
Most of the rooms are open 24/7, although some (like Beginner’s Luck) are only open for a limited time each day, so it pays to check the bingo schedule page regularly. You can play for both set jackpot and progressive jackpot prizes, and you can buy tickets in advance for scheduled games.
Slots & Casinos
If you like to mix up your bingo play with slots action, you won’t find anywhere better. The range of more than 600 Bingo.com slots includes games by a range of producers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, Barcrest, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO. Play the best-known video slots like Starburst, Game of Thrones and Planet of the Apes, as well as big money progressive jackpot slots like Mega Moolah and Arabia Nights.
There is also an excellent selection of Bingo.com casino games, including high quality live dealer games by Evolution Gaming and NetEnt.
How to Deposit & Cash Out
Depositing
The range of payment methods Bingo.com UK players can use includes PayPal, Earthport, Skrill and PaySafe Card, as well as debit cards and bank transfers. Deposits using any of these methods are credited to your account instantly and the minimum deposit amount is £10.
Cashing out
With card withdrawals, only Visa debit cards can be used. If you deposited using Visa Electron, Maestro, withdrawals need to make via bank transfer, Neteller or Skrill. All withdrawal requests are subject to a 48-hour processing period before funds are released, and the minimum withdrawal amount is £15, or £10 for Neteller and Skrill.
The range of banking methods here compares reasonably well to many other sites, although the limited range of debit card withdrawals will certainly be inconvenient for some players.
Community & Customer Service
The Community
For a site that does so much so well, it is surprising that Bingo.com is not a better performer in the social media space. There are no Twitter or Facebook pages that you can engage with, and so this does limit the ways in which you can connect.
However, there are other areas where the site does excel. The list of recent winners and jackpot payouts on the home page is a good feature, while the range of mini games (or side games, as they’re more often known) is one of the best around.
The quality of the chat rooms and the fun atmosphere created by the hosts also enhances the playing experience here and helps to create an enjoyable feeling of engagement and community.
Customer Service
This is a bingo site with a limited selection when it comes to customer contact. They’re committed to helping you as quickly as they can and recommend to use their help centre to answer your questions. They always try to offer you native support.
For general help and frequently asked questions about all aspects of the site call by phone: 0207 257 8703, live chat or e-mail. Their customer support team is ready to help you 24/7.
Take Bingo.com with You
There are a variety of ways in which you can enjoy Bingo.com mobile games. If you play on an Apple iPhone or iPad (iOS 9.0+), you can download the free app from the App Store. If you have an Android smartphone or tablet (or any other phone that can connect to the internet), then you can play bingo, slots and casino games directly in the browser of your device.
The Bingo.com app gives you access to all of the site’s rooms, as well as the full range of slots, progressive jackpots and live dealer games, so the playing experience stacks up very well when compared to playing on your laptop or desktop. The home screen is designed to make it simple to get to the games you want to play quickly, while the overall UI is clean and uncluttered, so it’s always easy and enjoyable to play on a smaller screen and when you’re out and about.
Our take on Bingo.com
In our view, Bingo.com manages to get most things right. From the software, to the ticket prices, to the jackpots and the range of games, most bingo players will be able to find a room and a game to suit. The site looks good and is easy to navigate too, while the selection of slots is as good as at many casino sites.
The banking methods (in particular, the withdrawals) could, however, include some more options, while we would also like to see more social media action engagement.
Nevertheless, these small issues aside, we rank this amongst the best sites we feature here, and our overall Bingo.com review rating is 4½ stars out of 5.
Have your say!
