A Quick Look at mFortune Bingo

Initially a mobile-only bingo room, mFortune Bingo is now a fully-developed desktop site too. Their mobile offering is still hugely popular though, as are their bingo games, bingo quizzes and bingo prize draws. Also look out for the site’s loyalty scheme, where you can swap points for gifts and more!

Bonuses & Promotions

The Welcome Offer

  • £5 free welcome bonus
  • No wagering requirements

When you sign up with mFortune Bingo, you are entitled to a very plain and simple deal in that you get £5 free added to your bonus bingo account. There are no wagering requirements associated with this bonus, but you can only spend it on bingo tickets. It is not transferable to other aspects, for example any slots.

If you win any money with your bonus, then you can withdraw this cash at any time. Unlike many other bonus deals, any remaining bonus money is not forfeited once you make a withdrawal.

As well as this ‘free fiver’ bonus deal, your first deposit at the mFortune bingo room is subject to a 100 percent welcome matched bonus offer.

To gain matched bonus cash, you simply need to make a deposit of at least £3. No matter how much cash you deposit, the maximum amount of bonus cash you will be awarded is £100.

Again, you can only spend this money on bingo tickets, and you cannot withdraw it. On this occasion if you do ask for a withdrawal of your winnings before your bonus has been used up, then any remaining bonus cash will be removed from your account.

Both of these deals are well worth considering, and the lack of any wagering requirements is always a plus. Be careful not to withdraw any winnings from your matched deposit bonus cash before it is spent though, else any remaining bonus money you may have will quickly vamoosh.

Ongoing Specials & VIP Program

Throughout your time at mFortune you will be accruing loyalty points for every penny that you spend. Naturally, the more money that you spend here, the more loyalty points you earn.

These loyalty points can then be ‘cashed in’ at the mFortune ‘Loyalty Points Shop’. You can exchange loyalty points for bonus credit at any time, and you can also spend them on gifts, real-world experiences and the latest tech gadgets and gizmos.

You can also refer friends here for an extra cash bonus.

Games & Software

  • Software providers: 2.
  • No of Bingo Games: 1.
  • No of Bingo Rooms: 11.

In rather a bold move mFortune Bingo uses its own bespoke bingo software, and only offers a single version of bingo, namely 90-ball bingo. If you are new to the world of bingo, then 90-ball bingo is the one typically played in the UK. Tickets have fifteen numbers from one to 90 arranged in three rows of five. Other versions include 75-ball and 80-ball bingo, but neither are available to play here.

There are eleven bingo rooms in total at mFortune Bingo. Not all are open all day long, but whenever you hop over to the site, you will certainly find that a game is about to start.

All games cost £0.10 per ticket aside from in the Diamond Room where tickets cost £0.25. You pay per ticket or you can buy a strip of six. If you go for the strip option then you will find that your combined tickets contain all possible numbers from one to 90, featuring once each.

Slots & Casinos

  • Video slots, table games.
  • 5-reel slots, texas hold’em, roulette, blackjack.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Depositing

You can deposit by using a valid credit or debit card, or PayPal, Paysafecard or Skrill. You can also top up your account using your mobile phone bill. The minimum accepted deposit is £3 (phone) or £5 (all other methods).

Cashing out

You can cash out to a credit/debit card, Skrill or PayPal, or directly to your bank. You can cash out any amount although withdrawals under £10 are subject to a £3 fee. This bingo site says that it will attempt to process all withdrawals within four working days.

While it is nice that mFortune Bingo accepts withdrawals of any amount, that £3 free for withdrawals under £10 is something we’re not in favour of. One advantage though is the ability to make deposits using your mobile phone bill.

The Community

Chatting is all the rage at mFortune Bingo, and each bingo room comes with a dedicated chat window where you can easily natter away with your fellow bingo players, even on mobile. Each room has a chat admin who oversees the banter and is on hand to answer any queries.

Keeping it friendly is very important for the bingo bigwigs at mFortune, and the admins here are quick to stamp out any unfriendly behaviour in the chat rooms. People who misbehave in the chat arena receive temporary bans, and frequent offenders run the risk of being banned for life.

As well as the chat rooms, you get a real sense of community at mFortune Bingo via the entertaining quizzes and prize draws that are held. There’s a quiz every day, and the topic can either be serious (geography) or frivolous (TV soaps and celebrities). Quiz winners receive bonus loyalty points, while prize draw winners can take home anything from vouchers to brand new TVs.

Take mFortune Bingo with You

As mFortune Bingo U.K was originally designed to be a mobile-only casino, you’d be surprised if it turned out that their bingo software doesn’t function on tablets or mobiles. You can breathe a sigh of relief then as this bingo site functions brilliantly on all mobile devices.

The bingo screen on mFortune Bingo mobile is very easy to use. Your bingo cards are on the left of the screen, while the bingo balls being drawn appear on the right, just above the chat window. If you want to natter while on mobile, then click the big ‘chat’ button at the bottom of the screen. A keyboard will pop up allow you to compose your message.

To get the mFortune Bingo app you need to enter your mobile phone number on the desktop site. You will then be sent a link that will enable you to download the app. If you are using a tablet, simply visit the mFortune site on your device.

Our take on mFortune Bingo

It’s a surprise that even though the site has been around for a number of years now, they still haven’t updated their software to include other forms of bingo. Most bingo players do prefer the ‘tradition’ of 90-ball bingo, but there’s no harm in mixing it up with 75 and 80-ball bingo, plus some other unique bingo games, perhaps.

The bingo room is a true marvel and works like a charm on smartphones. This could be one of the few bingo sites that works better on mobile than it does on desktop.

We are therefore going to award mFortune Bingo four stars out of five. The only reason we are lobbing a whole star off this award is the lack of bingo games other then 90-ball bingo. If the 90-ball game is your bingo preference, then you really ought to pay a visit to mFortune Bingo right now.

Have your say!

We’ve told your fortune when you go and visit mFortune Bingo, but how accurate are we in what we say? Does it marry with your experience? Why not let us know by adding your own comments or review below.

I have ben playing here for about 4 months now and haven’t had any issues. I enjoy playing and usually get my money within a week. It does say three days but the three forms of proof of ID takes about another four. As long as you do that its a really nice site to play at with cool games. I will continue playing here for sure.

Over time I’ve deposited and played loads. I only went to make my 1st ever withdrawal on 5/10/18. It’s now 16/10/18 and I’m still allowed to reverse the withdrawl. To me that’s encouraging irresponsible gambling.
The amount of proof required is just ridiculous when they snap your deposits in an instant without no proof whatsoever.
I’ve not had these issues elsewhere and I’m that cured I let them keep there £30 threw my tools in. Terrible trying to get your rightful winnings and that’s the main reason why we bother.
Shame because it wouldn’t be bad if it coughed up.

Beware mFortune casino!! Do not use! My wife won £2000 fare and square. They refused to pay out. Surprising how easy it was to put money into their account, but when you try to take what you won out you have to prove who you are – when you paid your last bill, screen shot your bank account, what shoe size you are, etc., and after you have done all that they still refuse to pay out. Looks like the house always wins with this one.

Won on Tuesday and withdrew money via bank transfer which a message said will take 3 days! Continued playing even deposited money from my bank card to play. Get a text today, Friday, saying need more info to process my winnings. Rang up and am told they need 3 forms of ID. A photo of my birth certificate, a photo of the 1st part of my card number and the last four digits of my card number, also a photo of a letter with my address on. Once this is sent over it takes another 7 days to process that info and another 3 days to send the payment? This is all for a bank transfer to my account which you already have my account details for! Not amused – you can keep my winnings! As if I’m going to send you all my ID for a bank transfer that does not need ID! App deleted!

The only thing they dont ask for is the colour of your knickers. No stars as they are shocking. Put in hundreds won 65 and trying to get MY winnings is like mission impossible. Not slow taking your money but its like tring to get blood out of a stone getting your winnings, this lot must sit in their offices with Dick Turpin masks. Avoid at all cost spend your money elsewhere, dont give this lot a penny.

Yes funny how a jackpot is won after complaints about how long its taken for anyone to win one jackpot 9 months? so now its been conveniently won after bad feedback and it will probably be another year before another is won..

Awful site, the bingo experience is pretty poor to be fair, admin (chathosts) complain when you count down in chat cause you are flooding, you may be only person in chat at time so cant help flooding, got asked to change chatname from secretshopper, cause it may cause offence??? does people not shop in secret?..anyway changed name.
Was shocked to hear from admin that last jackpot on site was won July last year!!! so all those jackpot chasers need not apply cause you wont win a jackpot for sure, all those bingo rooms they have and no jackpots won since last july. When you question it in chat, the admin try shut you up..saying its random.
You win a bit as a new player, but as months go on you put more in and no return, so beware, not a good experience.

Don’t play at this site as in the case of a cash out you need tons of ID’s to send to them. A copy of your Bank Statements and Drivers Licence will not be enough. I did send them lots of copies none of them was good enough to get my win paid out to my Pay Pal Account. What a lot of hassle for the players.

I dont usualy play online bingo or casinos, but got a promo msg so thot why not? so played with free £3 and actualy ‘won’ or at least i thot i had £106 in total. so put in bank details to withdraw n waited 3 days like it said after 3 days i contacted them and was told id need to provide foto ID which i dont have, but could provide other ID later on tht day. so when i called to do so i was then told they would not be paying out as theres another account with similar details to mine. I know for a fact ive never registered or played here b4, so this other account has certainly nothing to do with me, but they wernt interested but suggested i should n could deposit now on MY account and IF i win i would recieve thoze pay outs. i was fuming as they had no proof this ‘other account was or has anything to do with me. Nor could they tell me how to prove myself either.
Totaly unprofessional and disapointing experience on this site and customer services suck as well. no intentions of helping or investigating my issues any further than the response i got.
Would never recommend. If anyone has any suggestions as to how i take this further id be most greatful Thanks.

My fiance played the £5 bonus and won £110. He submitted for withdrawal and that’s when the chaos started. They asked him for ID documentation piece by piece.
First his ID – they received it and said it would take 3 working days; when these finished, they “remembered” they needed bank documents, then he was told to wait 7 working days. At the end of these 7 working days they came up with a new requirement – phone bill.
They asked for each piece of id one at a time hoping to exceed the time frame stipulated in their T&C’s so that they avoid paying him.
It’s a very well thought strategy and they do anything they can to avoid paying, especially if there was no deposit made. They paid him in the end, but with a delay of over 1 month. My advise is play the bonus, but don’t deposit anything. I have met people who deposited £100 and won £7000 and never got their earnings because mfortune claims they never receive the id… Use caution and don’t get too attached of your winnings, because you might never see it..

This site fobbed me off several times stating that they never received my ID when I sent it several times. They make it impossible to withdraw your winnings. This is the only site that asks for any bit of identification you have and when you give it to them its not enough. Avoid like the plague! I closed my account. What worries me now is that they have all my ID. Ive had to change my mobile number as well through fear and what ive read about them taking money.

Awful site! Won over 100 after years of playing only to be told after i put my ID in i couldn’t withdraw all because had expired! Also be aware your money pends for 3 days before they go to send it (or don’t) this is so they find a loophole out of paying you.
I have played on many sites and this has never happened to me before. Support don’t help at all and are rude should all be sacked! After 4 years of playing I wont be back.

I signed up to mFortune Bingo recently – I was attracted by the simplicity of depositing – no requirement for card details, you can deposit via phone bill, PayPal, Paysafe etc. Great, I thought. Add to that a £5 bonus on joining and a !00% deposit match bonus on your first deposit – it looked good.
However – why is there so often a ‘however’ for these sites? – having given it a go with a few deposits I’m not so impressed.
Here are my reasons. Firstly, the slots – some require a minimum wager of £1.50 per spin, so if you’re looking for 1p games, this isn’t for you. Payouts appear to be modest, when they happen at all.
Secondly, the bingo. I have succeeded in joining a bingo room once, on my first visit to the site. Subsequently, I seem unable to buy tickets – any attempt to join a room results in a message telling me that I haven’t bought any tickets, yet any attempt to click on the ‘buy’ button does nothing whatsoever – whether this is due to site malfunction I don’t know, but in any case, life is too short and there are too many other, functioning bingo sites out there to waste time on one which doesn’t work.
Basically, I simply don’t see the appeal of playing at mFortune – what’s in it for the player?
