About mFortune

mFortune first launched in 2007 to provide high-quality casino games for mobile and tablet devices, among the first to specialise in the mobile product over desktop. Since then it has evolved and offers high quality game play on both formats.

The site has grown is scale and offers a good range of casino games, unique slot games and a unique bingo format, all developed in-house.

This is the flagship brand of InTouch Games and although it started out with just Roulette, Fruit Machines, Black Jack and Hi-Lo Poker, there are now more than 30 casino games to choose from and the plan is to release a brand new game each month.

We love that mFortune runs a UK based Call Centre that is open 24 hours a day, all year round.

Bingo games

There are 11 different bingo rooms to choose from at mFortune both on desktop and on mobile. It is always worth remembering that mFortune was always meant as a mobile bingo and slots site, but the desktop version has improved greatly.

All the bingo rooms are named around precious stones and include Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire and Crystal. Many are open 24 hours with a handful having more restricted opening times that start early evening – these include those that are a higher cost per ticket at 25p – most rooms cost 10p a ticket to play.

Each room features its own progressive jackpot.

There are currently 8 slot games that sit alongside the bingo games as side games out of the 29 total slot games on the site. These include Sherlock, Buck a Reels, Gold MacDonald and Robins Reels.

Slots and casino games

mFortune boasts totally exclusive slots games that are developed in house and the only other place you will find some of them would be PocketWin that is run by the same company – you won’t find them anywhere else. Many of the games have their own progressive jackpots and amongst the best games are Vegas Vegas, Cat and Mouse, Buster Safe and Sherlock.

There are 4 casino games to play – HiLo Poker, Texas Hold ’em Poker, European Roulette and Blackjack.

Withdrawal and wagering

  • Minimum withdrawal: £10 (£30 if no deposit made)
  • Processing time: 72 hours
  • Wagering requirement: Deposit and bonus must be played through once.

Very few online gaming websites have such transparent and straightforward wagering. You play, you win, you withdraw.

Age verification will take place when a player makes a deposit and photo id, proof of address and copy of card may be requested.

Social media

Facebook: There was a dedicated mFortune Bingo page on Facebook, but in March 2017 this was amalgamated with the Casino page. There are regular quizzes, often based around current events and these provide ways to get hold of extra bonus money, plus they always announce the release of new games here first. You can also message the site through the Facebook page should you need anything.

Twitter: mFortune Bingo has a Twitter feed and this is usually used around special days of the year for some bonus giveaways and game launches. This hasn’t been updated since St Patrick’s Day 2017, so we checked the casino account to see if activity had transferred to here like with the Facebook page, but his hasn’t been updated since November 2016.

mFortune on Twitter

mFortune on mobile and tablet

Access mFortune Bingo via any mobile device on the relevant mobile browser. The layout of mFortune’s homepage is very simplistic. However there is no menu located on the mobile site and this does cause a couple of issues to find particular sections content.

All the game types are located at the top of the screen in the navigation bar and once selected, the games show in a list form under the navigation.

Promotions are located below the list of games under the tab ‘Most Popular’.

Overall, mFortune works fine on mobile. The lacking of a menu does cause issues in understanding where particular content is on the site.

iOS App Store – There is presently no app available from Apple’s iOS store.

Google Play – There is presently no app available from the Google Play.

Android – There is app available in the iOS store for mFortune under the name “Bingo by mFortune”.

Yes funny how a jackpot is won after complaints about how long its taken for anyone to win one jackpot 9 months? so now its been conveniently won after bad feedback and it will probably be another year before another is won..

Awful site, the bingo experience is pretty poor to be fair, admin (chathosts) complain when you count down in chat cause you are flooding, you may be only person in chat at time so cant help flooding, got asked to change chatname from secretshopper, cause it may cause offence??? does people not shop in secret?..anyway changed name.
Was shocked to hear from admin that last jackpot on site was won July last year!!! so all those jackpot chasers need not apply cause you wont win a jackpot for sure, all those bingo rooms they have and no jackpots won since last july. When you question it in chat, the admin try shut you up..saying its random.
You win a bit as a new player, but as months go on you put more in and no return, so beware, not a good experience.

Don’t play at this site as in the case of a cash out you need tons of ID’s to send to them. A copy of your Bank Statements and Drivers Licence will not be enough. I did send them lots of copies none of them was good enough to get my win paid out to my Pay Pal Account. What a lot of hassle for the players.

I dont usualy play online bingo or casinos, but got a promo msg so thot why not? so played with free £3 and actualy ‘won’ or at least i thot i had £106 in total. so put in bank details to withdraw n waited 3 days like it said after 3 days i contacted them and was told id need to provide foto ID which i dont have, but could provide other ID later on tht day. so when i called to do so i was then told they would not be paying out as theres another account with similar details to mine. I know for a fact ive never registered or played here b4, so this other account has certainly nothing to do with me, but they wernt interested but suggested i should n could deposit now on MY account and IF i win i would recieve thoze pay outs. i was fuming as they had no proof this ‘other account was or has anything to do with me. Nor could they tell me how to prove myself either.
Totaly unprofessional and disapointing experience on this site and customer services suck as well. no intentions of helping or investigating my issues any further than the response i got.
Would never recommend. If anyone has any suggestions as to how i take this further id be most greatful Thanks.

My fiance played the £5 bonus and won £110. He submitted for withdrawal and that’s when the chaos started. They asked him for ID documentation piece by piece.
First his ID – they received it and said it would take 3 working days; when these finished, they “remembered” they needed bank documents, then he was told to wait 7 working days. At the end of these 7 working days they came up with a new requirement – phone bill.
They asked for each piece of id one at a time hoping to exceed the time frame stipulated in their T&C’s so that they avoid paying him.
It’s a very well thought strategy and they do anything they can to avoid paying, especially if there was no deposit made. They paid him in the end, but with a delay of over 1 month. My advise is play the bonus, but don’t deposit anything. I have met people who deposited £100 and won £7000 and never got their earnings because mfortune claims they never receive the id… Use caution and don’t get too attached of your winnings, because you might never see it..

MFortune I would not recommend. I have deposited a fair amount in the site and not one win… to top it all off, all the people who “win” are very rarely even active players.

This site fobbed me off several times stating that they never received my ID when I sent it several times. They make it impossible to withdraw your winnings. This is the only site that asks for any bit of identification you have and when you give it to them its not enough. Avoid like the plague! I closed my account. What worries me now is that they have all my ID. Ive had to change my mobile number as well through fear and what ive read about them taking money.

Awful site! Won over 100 after years of playing only to be told after i put my ID in i couldn’t withdraw all because had expired! Also be aware your money pends for 3 days before they go to send it (or don’t) this is so they find a loophole out of paying you.
I have played on many sites and this has never happened to me before. Support don’t help at all and are rude should all be sacked! After 4 years of playing I wont be back.

I signed up to mFortune Bingo recently – I was attracted by the simplicity of depositing – no requirement for card details, you can deposit via phone bill, PayPal, Paysafe etc. Great, I thought. Add to that a £5 bonus on joining and a !00% deposit match bonus on your first deposit – it looked good.
However – why is there so often a ‘however’ for these sites? – having given it a go with a few deposits I’m not so impressed.
Here are my reasons. Firstly, the slots – some require a minimum wager of £1.50 per spin, so if you’re looking for 1p games, this isn’t for you. Payouts appear to be modest, when they happen at all.
Secondly, the bingo. I have succeeded in joining a bingo room once, on my first visit to the site. Subsequently, I seem unable to buy tickets – any attempt to join a room results in a message telling me that I haven’t bought any tickets, yet any attempt to click on the ‘buy’ button does nothing whatsoever – whether this is due to site malfunction I don’t know, but in any case, life is too short and there are too many other, functioning bingo sites out there to waste time on one which doesn’t work.
Basically, I simply don’t see the appeal of playing at mFortune – what’s in it for the player?
