We can’t take you directly to this site at the moment, but discover many other recommended online bingo sites with great offers to play that we do recommend at our dedicated best bingo sites page.

A Quick Look at Palace Bingo

Despite the name, Palace Bingo is more of a slots site than a bingo site. Once you get past the bit of a misnomer, you’ll find a plethora of slots and instant games from exciting developers. There is also a cool trophies reward system that translates into lots of extra goodies. It’s on a colourful theme, all instant play and mobile ready. Our Palace Bingo review has all the details you need!

Games & Software

The bingo selection is relatively slim compared to other bingo sites, but you still have 5 rooms to choose from. There is a free bingo room, a jackpot room, etc. Most of the tickets are around 1p, and prizes tend to be modest, except for the Payday Jackpot game.
The schedule isn’t great though, some of the games are only on once a day, although the Lucky Stars room has a new game happening every 3 minutes or so. The instant games selection is much more prolific, with all sorts of great slots like Fluffy Favourites, Rainbow Riches and the Goonies. The styles are endless and whether you’re looking for a cute animal game, or a more exotic adventure, there is bound to be a slot here to suit your mood.

Slots & Casinos

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Minimum deposit at Palace Bingo UK is £10. You can use PayPal, Paysafe, debit cards and even Pay by Mobile.

Cashing out

Here is a 3 day wait before cash out requests are processed, although you should see your money on day 4 if you’re using PayPal. Debit cards could take a few more days.

Make yourself a cup of tea, because the withdrawal process is slow here, although sadly not too far off from average. As with all online gaming sites, you will have to go through a verification process with various ID to prove your ID. It’s a necessary step to prevent fraud. No minimum withdrawal amount, but all withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee.

The Community & Customer Service

In terms of social life, you won’t find much of it here. There aren’t a lot of bingo rooms and the schedule is rather sparse. We didn’t find a lot of players hanging out even during prime time. That’s because despite its name, Palace Bingo is more about slots, and slots isn’t really such a social game.

You also won’t find them on Facebook or Twitter, but you can stay up to date with all the latest promos and announcements via the newsletter they send to their registered players.

This is a site with a limited selection when it comes to customer contact. You can email them at [email protected] and they will respond within 48 hours.

Take Palace Bingo with You

Palace Bingo mobile is super easy with its HTML 5 site. No need to download anything, just visit their site from your phone or tablet. Since this is a site, it works in your web browser and across all devices and platforms. As long as you use a current browser like Chrome or Safari you’ll be fine. The same happy, colourful theme will greet you on landing on their mobile webpage. The games are the same as on desktop and they all move beautifully under your fingers.

There is no Palace Bingo app for now.

Our Take on Palace Bingo

Our team gives Palace Bingo 3 stars. The biggest issue is that we find it rather disappointing that this is less of a bingo site than a slot site, despite the name. There are only 5 bingo rooms, and only 1 room is really active at any given point. We also knocked off some points for the slightly slow cash out. It’s not so far from average, but it could be faster. Once you get over that though, there are lots of super instant games. This is still a fine place to enjoy spinning some great slots, so as long as you go in knowing all this, then a good time can be had. See for yourself!

Do not use this site. they still have 14.65 of my money I couldn't withdraw after closing my account because I could not play on any of the games. error messages on bingo, slots, bet not accepted contact customer support. So I did and the guy I was speaking to practically called me a liar and constantly repeated that nothing was wrong with my account. He said he couldn't refund my money and gave me an email address for someone called Patrick. yes you guessed it sent several emails, not one response and definitely no sign of my money. I had previously closed my account for more or less the same reason but I have a new device and thought the problem would have been fixed, it was for a few days until I played on one of the games, coin slot, then after I won I could play nothing. I've taken this to resolver..see if they can contact the elusive Patrick but I'm guessing my money has gone.

It’s very confusing as there are two sites the and palacebingo. I don’t know which is the correct site as I thought there was only one palace bingo.

Hi Yvonne. Yes, it can be like that with bingo sites sometimes. Palace Bingo is on Jumpman Gaming platform with all their associated slot games and The Palaces is with Palatial Leisure who also run some land-based bingo venues. However, they both do operate the Pragmatic Play bingo platform. Regards. Anita
