As is the case at all Jumpman Gaming bingo sites, the only way to reach customer support is through email (or the online contact form). This is frustrating as it can take up to two days to receive a response, plus there’s no way of submitting attachments with your initial enquiry if you use the online contact form due to the way that it’s designed.

Umbingo on Mobile

Somewhat unusually for a Jumpman Gaming site, the brand offers players an Umbingo app that lets you access almost every Umbingo mobile game on-the-go. It says it’s by Jupiter Gaming, but you will be in the right place.

You can download it from the PlayStore or iTunes free-of-charge and it doesn’t take up much space on your device. But if you’d prefer not to have to install yet another app, you can play using the website via your mobile browser.

Should I Play at Umbingo?

Since the addition of Pragmatic Play bingo to the Jumpman Gaming network, Umbingo has come on leaps and bounds as there are now more bingo variants and jackpots than ever.
