The Big Drag Bingo

Updated April 8, 2026

Discover The Big Drag Bingo, the UK’s most outrageously fun bingo event. Find upcoming dates, venue details, ticket options, and everything you need to know before you go.

Bingo has had a serious glow-up, and The Big Drag Bingo is living proof.

Run by Kent’s very own drag duo Delilah Tickles and Anita Wee, this is a night that takes everything you thought you knew about bingo and cranks it up about ten notches. Think sequins, chaos, confetti cannons, and a disco that keeps going long after your bingo card is done.

The Big Drag Bingo packs in four full games of bingo, drag queen performances, outrageous prizes, and a camp disco to close out the night, making it a proper event rather than just a game. If you’re after something genuinely different for a night out, a birthday, or a hen do, this is the kind of thing people talk about for weeks.

Here’s all you need to know:

The Big Drag Bingo Overview

The Big Drag Bingo got its start in Canterbury back in 2022, launching at the Westgate Hall right in the heart of the city and pulling in over 200 people for its very first show. It’s been growing steadily ever since, which says a lot about how well this format lands with a crowd.

The show runs twice a year and has regularly sold out in just five days, so if you’re thinking about going, keeping an eye on ticket releases is genuinely worth your while.

What sets it apart from your average bingo night is the full entertainment package wrapped around the games. The Kent Drag Queens are known for bold performances, comedy, and audience interaction, and all of that feeds directly into The Big Drag Bingo experience. It’s bingo, but with a proper show built around it.

What to expect at the Big Drag Bingo

The doors open at 7pm and bingo kicks off at 7:30pm sharp so it’s worth arriving with a bit of time to get settled, grab a drink, and soak in the atmosphere before things get going.

The night features four full games of bingo played with an old school bingo ball blower, two drag queen hosts, guilty pleasure songs, and high energy entertainment throughout, finishing with a camp disco of 80s, 90s, and 00s tunes. It’s the kind of playlist that gets everyone on their feet.

The drag queens are the heartbeat of the whole thing. Delilah Tickles and Anita Wee have built a reputation as Kent’s funniest drag duo and their ability to keep a room laughing and engaged is what turns a bingo game into a full night out. Expect audience interaction, unexpected moments, and a lot of noise.

The Big Drag Bingo Tickets & Booking Information

There are two ticket options for The Big Drag Bingo:

General Admission is £16.50 plus booking fee per person and includes entry and all games of bingo. VIP Tickets are £22 plus booking fee per person and come with upfront reserved seating and a themed goodie bag.

Tickets can be purchased through TicketSource, and sales close at 6pm on the day of the event, with any remaining tickets also available on the door.

Given how quickly these events sell out, booking early is the smart move. The VIP option is worth considering for groups who want a guaranteed spot together at the front.

The Big Drag Bingo is also available for private hire. The team can bring the show to any venue across the UK and tailor it to suit different sizes and budgets. So if you’re planning a hen party, birthday, or corporate event, this is something you can bring to your own venue rather than waiting for a public date.

the Big Drag Bingo Upcoming Dates & Locations

The next Big Drag Bingo is taking place on Saturday 25th April 2026 at The Lounge Bar and Kitchen in Canterbury.

Canterbury is the home of the main show, and the event runs twice a year, so if you miss this one, there will be another date later in the year. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow The Kent Drag Queens on social media or check the TicketSource page regularly.

Games & Prizes At the Big Drag Bingo

Each ticket includes entry and all four games of bingo, played with an old school bingo ball blower for that proper retro feel. The format is familiar enough to be easy to follow, but the drag queen hosting keeps every call entertaining.

Prizes on the night include outrageous prizes alongside cash prizes, which gives the games a nice mix of silly fun and something genuinely worth winning. Expect the unexpected when it comes to what’s up for grabs.
