Dream Bingo – Home to Top Microgaming Games

Game Selection at Dream Bingo

Dream Bingo has quite a varied collection of games, with everything from slots and table games to live dealer games and scratchcards available to play. However, the overall number of games is on the smaller side, with fewer than 400 in total listed. The number of providers the games come from is also not that large.

Slots & Casino Games

Game Software Providers:Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play
Number of Slot Games:300+
Type of Slot Games: Video slots, classic slots, Megaways, progressive jackpots, Slingo
Type of Casino Games: Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, live dealer games

Even though it’s called Dream Bingo, the site doesn’t actually have any proper, multiplayer bingo rooms. It does, however, have some single-player bingo games such as Thunderstruck II Video Bingo and Wizard Bingo.

Most of the games here are slots, with some of the most popular ones including Fluffy Favourites, Starburst, Gates of Olympus and Mega Moolah.

Should I Play at Dream Bingo?

Remember that the name Dream Bingo is misleading. While it used to offer proper bingo rooms, it now doesn’t and is more of a regular online casino than a bingo site. Having said that, it’s a good enough choice for anyone after a safe, reliable place to gamble online. There’s a decent collection of games by top providers, though some players might prefer having more options. I’m happy to recommend Dream Bingo as it ticks the right boxes; just be aware that it hasn’t got the biggest collection of games.

Dream Bingo Experience

Registration Process

Becoming a member of Dream Bingo is very easy. All you have to do is complete the registration form, which takes very little time. You don’t have to supply any documents to be able to play for real money.

ID required for signing up or withdrawals

Below is a quick step-by-step guide to signing up to Dream Bingo

  1. Head to Dream Bingo
  2. Click the ‘Register’ button
  3. Fill out the registration form
  4. Click to agree to the terms and conditions
  5. Your Dream Bingo account will be set up

When you access your account, you can start playing games for real money right away. As part of the Know Your Customer process, Dream Bingo may ask some players for copies of certain documents to help confirm their identity before making their first withdrawal. The required documents can include your passport, driver’s licence or a household bill.

Customer Service at Dream Bingo

The customer service options at Dream Bingo are as follows:

Overall, the customer service at Dream Bingo is very good. The fact that live chat is available 24/7 is a plus. When using live chat, it doesn’t take long at all to get replies and the staff are helpful and informative. There are some improvements that can be made: more questions in the FAQ section and the addition of a phone line. However, the customer service is still convenient.

Dream Bingo on Social Media

  • Facebook
  • X

Dream Bingo has pages on both Facebook and X. However, neither of these has been updated since late 2016.

Trust, Security and Fairness at Dream Bingo

Dream Bingo has a licence from the UKGC (UK Gambling Commission, number 39372). The fact that the site is licensed by this regulatory authority shows that it’s reliable and can be trusted. It wouldn’t have qualified for the licence if it was untoward in any way.

To keep players’ data protected at all times, Dream Bingo uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. This is what most other gambling sites use and what it does is it converts data into codes to prevent it from being hacked.

The site is certified by eCOGRA, which means that the random number generator it uses works properly. The random number generator makes all games’ outcomes fair and unbiased so that everyone has the same chance of winning and no one has an advantage.

Dream Bingo is fully committed to making sure its members gamble responsibly. Its page on responsible gambling offers plenty of useful information and advice for those affected by gambling problems. This includes information on Safe Play tools and links to gambling addiction charities such as GamCare, BeGambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline.

Safeplay Tools Available at Dream Bingo

  • Deposit Limit – Restrict how much money you can deposit into your Dream Bingo account.
  • Session Reminder – This reminds you how long you’ve been playing for.
  • Take a Break – Pause your account for between 24 hours and six weeks.
  • Self-exclusion – This lets you pause your account for longer (six months, a year or five years)
  • Account Closure – The option to close your account permanently

If you gamble online, it’s worth using some kind of Safe Play tool, even if you don’t have a gambling problem. Putting limits in place can help prevent problems from starting. We recommend using the deposit limit and session reminder when playing at Dream Bingo.

Dream Bingo is easy enough to use and players shouldn’t have any issues with it. The lobby dedicates a lot of space to advertising the promotions (the welcome bonus and Drops & Wins tournaments), though the games are still prominent enough.

The lobby arranges the games into a dozen categories such as New, Jackpots, Recently Played and Live Casino. As you scroll down, you’ll see each of these categories one row at a time, with a handful of games for each one on display. Overall, the site is well organised and easy to navigate. In terms of aesthetics, it looks appealing enough thanks to its turquoise, white and yellow colour scheme.

Mobile users can play at Dream Bingo on their phones by visiting the browser-based site. It’s a well-designed site that’s fully responsive on mobiles and lets you play Dream Bingo’s games on the go without difficulties.

Which Safe Play tools are available?

The Safe Play tools you can use at Dream Bingo include deposit limits, session reminders, take a break, account closure and self-exclusion. The range of options is pretty good and should be helpful for most players.

Is there mobile play?

Awful, they closed my account for no reason, live chat is useless and kept saying they were not privy to the information and would not give me any contact details for a manager or supervisor...aviod

Stay away from this site, it lures you in with winnings with the bonuses they give you, but they are not withdrawable. After using my first deposit bonuses I played a few times with cash but very quickly found out on the bingo the same few people were winning everything. Example - I played 10 games in a row, the same person won the full house 6 times, 2 lines 3 times and a line once, This can't be right or that person needs to play the lottery more often. This can't just be luck as I also played more games where the same people won every time, obviously I didn’t because I wasn’t using a bonus. Some might say I’m a sore loser but go ahead try for yourself as this is just my personal experience with dream bingo.

I have played the slot game Immortal romance on this site for many years and opened all the achievements apart from the top 2. Dream Bingo changed the software for immortal romance and lost all my achievements on that game so you have to start over again. As you can imagine I am devastated this has happened after playing this game for 6 years and spending thousands opening up the achievements they lost them all. I have made a complaint and they have not offered any compensation or tried to recover my achievements, I have just received a half hearted apology.

I like Dream Bingo. Have many free spin offers, and bonus matches. Only thing I don't like is the new slots are never available on my iPad. And many of the slots won't load. Have told them several times, but nothing is ever fixed. Or they blame my internet. It's defo the slots, as a message comes up to say it's technical fault. Had a few nice wins, but it can take too long for the money to get to my bank, sometimes. Customer services are great. Always very helpful.

Never again. Wagering requirements are ludicrous and this is the second site that has cost me legitimate winnings. And they are not to help the player to ''come out on top'', it is designed to protect the site from having to pay out, wagering requirements are unnecessary and I am sure most would happily sacrifice monopoly money than real money just to meet the ridiculous.

Joined to play Wheel of Wealth multi-player slot and at min stake just 25p its fun and money last for hour or so. After trying few more slots never played them again as payouts lowest I seen ever. So keep playing wheel multi-players every time and few times won to withdraw small amounts with no problems. But after few times as usually depo and try load wheel of wealth multi-player ...no luck it wont load and message An error has occured. For assistance, please contact Casino Help Desk and quote Error:1. I did and send screen snapshot. Only one thing they good at : asking questions that nothing to do with error and tech problems on site. Its over 6 weeks now and same error keep coming again and again on just this one slot so I cannot play slot I want, but can all which I do not. Funny that or just sites way to make you play slots that you do not want. Anyway again send screen snapshot if problem persist just close account.

I would not recommend dream bingo to anyone. WHY? first up I had a problem with my funds and trying to talk to the staff is like talking to monkeys. after hours of phone calls messing round finally get my funds. after play for a day or two I wanted to withdraw and I had no end of trouble again. Staff have told me I cannot have all my winning anyway and stated you should be happy with your play. is this a respectable site I question after turning my computer on wanting a bit bingo play I found my account had all been closed. so more phone calls and stress as I have no account what am I to do? I am going to leave my win in as it was not massive and I have no chance with the monkeys. join a professional site stop well clear of dream. sorry dream but its your service - pull your socks up !!!!

Seems there are too many of these sites online now. ludicrous wagering and same winners who pop up each day. Sounds similar to cozy game network who should also be shut down as they have same attitude and all the ch's are based in india, but it has a uk licence. Some are nice but some very arrogant and the chat very childish. Cant say anything that has *ass* as it classed as offensive lol. Hope you got your winnings but ty for the review I was just about to sign up
