Competition Terms and Conditions
WhichBingo Big Christmas Rewards Drop – Terms & Conditions (UK-Only)
1. Introduction
1.1. By participating in this WhichBingo promotional campaign (the “Giveaway”), users agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2. The Giveaway is operated by GDC Media Limited (the “Promoter”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gambling.com Group Limited (“GAMB”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
• are resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland);
• are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry; and
• have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 This Giveaway is not open to employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies, or any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, nor to the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Giveaway opens at 12:00 GMT on 12 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 29 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
• complete the official Giveaway entry form on the WhichBingo website; and
• submit a valid, accessible email address.
4.2 One (1) entry per person is permitted.
4.3 This is a free-to-enter Giveaway; No purchase is necessary to participate.
4.4 The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, macros, or any other mechanical or programmatic means to submit entries is strictly prohibited. Bulk entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, entries made through third parties, or any entries deemed by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) to be manipulative, fraudulent, or in breach of the Giveaway will be declared invalid and disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1 There are four (4) prizes available, up to a total combined prize value of £2000, consisting of digital gift vouchers or products (the “Prize”). The specific Prize allocation and value for each individual Giveaway will be disclosed clearly at the time that individual Giveaway is announced.
5.2 The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative, credit, substitution, or upgrade will be provided under any circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with an item of equal or greater value where it deems necessary or appropriate, including (but not limited to) circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5.3 The retailer’s website and its affiliates are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and are not otherwise associated with this promotion. All related references are used solely for the purpose of accurately describing the Prize.
5.4 For further information and applicable terms of use of the Gift Voucher ( or any alternative prize as stated in clause 5.2 above), please refer to the retailer’s website.
6. Winner Selection and Verification
6.1 Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on December 30th and contacted within three (3) working days of the Promotion Period ending.
6.2 The selected winners will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
6.3 The winners must respond within forty eight (48) hours of first contact.
6.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of:
• age (18+), and
• UK residency.
6.5 If:
• the Promoter is unable to contact the winner,
• the winner does not respond within the required timeframe,
• the winner cannot provide required verification, or
• the winner is found to be ineligible (with the determination of such to be at the sole discretion of the Promoter),
the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random draw method.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The method of Prize delivery will depend on the specific Prize awarded in each Giveaway. Prizes may be delivered either digitally or as physical items, and the applicable delivery method will be confirmed with the winner during the verification process.
Digital Prizes will normally be delivered to the verified winner’s email address within forty-eight (48) hours of successful verification. Physical Prizes will be dispatched to the verified postal address provided by the winner within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account courier availability, delivery location, and any external factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mis-typed or incorrect contact details supplied by the participant, including inaccurate email addresses or postal addresses. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all contact information is complete, accurate, and up to date. The Promoter will not reissue or replace Prizes that are delivered to the details provided by the winner at the time of verification.
7.3 For digital Prizes, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccessible inboxes, spam/junk filtering, email server issues, or any technical problems affecting delivery to the winner’s email provider. If a technical failure occurs, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to resend the Prize once the issue is resolved.
7.4 For physical Prizes, delivery times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Once a physical Prize has been dispatched, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, or non-delivery caused by the courier. Where possible, tracking information will be provided.
8. Publicity
8.1 In accordance with ASA and CAP Code requirements for prize promotions, the Promoter is obliged to publish or make available on request the surname and county of residence of the verified winner. This information may be disclosed to any individual who submits such a request within 90 days of the winner being selected, unless the Promoter, acting reasonably, considers that disclosure would be unlawful or would risk harm to the winner.
8.2 The winner has the right to object to, or request restriction of, the publication of their surname and county. Where the winner exercises this right, the Promoter will comply with the request to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide such details to the Advertising Standards Authority or other competent regulatory bodies upon request for the purpose of demonstrating compliance.
8.3 Where the winner provides explicit, informed consent, the Promoter may use the winner’s first name, initial, username, and/or non-sensitive testimonial information for reasonable and limited promotional purposes across the Promoter’s websites, email communications, and social media channels. The winner may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The type of personal data processed will depend on the specific Prize and the requirements of each individual Giveaway. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and the Promoter’s Global Privacy Policy.
9.2 Personal data will be used solely for the following purposes:
• administering and operating the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and arranging Prize delivery; and
• sending marketing communications only where the participant has actively opted in to receive them in accordance with UK data protection law.
9.3 Participants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time using the opt-out mechanism provided in those communications, or by contacting the Promoter directly.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, system outages, supplier issues, or events of force majeure, provided that doing so does not unfairly prejudice participants. Where practical, the Promoter will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Giveaway. This includes, without limitation, the creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, automated participation, or any conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
10.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and Prize allocation, is final and binding, except where unlawful or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
10.4 The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries submitted in breach of local laws.
10.5 This promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for:
• any loss, damage, defect, delay, or failure relating to any Prize, including digital vouchers, physical products, or services provided by third-party suppliers;
• the functionality, availability, performance, or redemption of any voucher, product, or service issued or fulfilled by a third party;
• any terms, conditions, restrictions, or expiry rules imposed by third-party retailers, platforms, or service providers;
• any costs associated with ongoing use, maintenance, or operation of a Prize;
• any technical failure, system issue, postal delay, or courier error affecting delivery or redemption.
10.7 All Prizes, vouchers, and third-party products are subject to the terms and conditions and terms of use imposed by the issuing retailer, platform, or service provider. The Promoter has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, such third-party terms. Winners are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable terms of use.
