WhichBingo Valentines Getaway  – Terms & Conditions (UK-Only)

1. Introduction

1.1. By participating in this WhichBingo promotional campaign (the “Giveaway”), users agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2. The Giveaway is operated by GDC Media Limited (the “Promoter”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gambling.com Group Limited (“GAMB”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
• are resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland);
• are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry; and
• have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 This Giveaway is not open to employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies, or any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, nor to the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Giveaway opens at 12:00 GMT on 2 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 14 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:
• complete the official Giveaway entry form on the WhichBingo website; and
• submit a valid, accessible email address.

4.2 One (1) entry per person is permitted.
4.3 This is a free-to-enter Giveaway; No purchase is necessary to participate. 

4.4 The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, macros, or any other mechanical or programmatic means to submit entries is strictly prohibited. Bulk entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, entries made through third parties, or any entries deemed by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) to be manipulative, fraudulent, or in breach of the Giveaway will be declared invalid and disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available, up to a total prize value of £650, consisting of a 2 night bed and breakfast stay at Borrowdale Gates Hotel, Keswick, including breakfast for 2 people, 

 (the “Prize”). 

5.2 The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative, credit, substitution, or upgrade will be provided under any circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with an item of equal or greater value where it deems necessary or appropriate, including (but not limited to) circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

5.3 The hotel’s website and its affiliates are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and are not otherwise associated with this promotion. All related references are used solely for the purpose of accurately describing the Prize.

5.4 The costs of everything not specifically and expressly stated above as included in the Prize are the sole and absolute responsibility of the confirmed winner, including without limitation, the cost of any travel expenses  (for example, without limitation, transportation for the confirmed winner to and from the hotel n, travel or medical insurance costs, food expenses, incidental travel expenses, items of a personal nature and other fees (NOTE: the confirmed winner may be required to present valid photo-ID and/or a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental hotel expenses or damages).

6. Winner Selection and Verification

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on February 15th and contacted within three (3) working days of the Promotion Period ending. 

6.2 The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
6.3 The winner must respond within forty eight (48) hours of first contact.
6.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of:
• age (18+), and
• UK residency.
6.5 If:
• the Promoter is unable to contact the winner,
• the winner does not respond within the required timeframe,
• the winner cannot provide required verification, or
• the winner is found to be ineligible (with the determination of such to be at the sole discretion of the Promoter),
the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random draw method.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1 The winner must confirm which of the following dates they wish to redeem and use the Prize:

 • 27th February 2026 to 1st March 2026;
• 6th March 2026to 8th March 2026
• 13th March 2026 to 15th March 2026; or or
• [20th March 2026 to 22nd March 2026]. 

7.2 The booking confirmation from the hotel for the Prize will then be delivered digitally by way of email to the winner using the email address provided on entry.
7.3 The winners must respond within forty eight (48) hours of first contact.

7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mis-typed or incorrect contact details supplied by the participant, including inaccurate email addresses or postal addresses. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all contact information is complete, accurate, and up to date. The Promoter will not reissue or replace the Prize that is delivered to the details provided by the winner at the time of verification.

7.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccessible inboxes, spam/junk filtering, email server issues, or any technical problems affecting delivery to the winner’s email provider. If a technical failure occurs, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to have the hotel resend the Prize once the issue is resolved.

8. Publicity

8.1 In accordance with ASA and CAP Code requirements for prize promotions, the Promoter is obliged to publish or make available on request the surname and county of residence of the verified winner. This information may be disclosed to any individual who submits such a request within 90 days of the winner being selected, unless the Promoter, acting reasonably, considers that disclosure would be unlawful or would risk harm to the winner.

8.2 The winner has the right to object to, or request restriction of, the publication of their surname and county. Where the winner exercises this right, the Promoter will comply with the request to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide such details to the ASA or other competent regulatory bodies upon request for the purpose of demonstrating compliance.

8.3 Where the winner provides explicit, informed consent, the Promoter may use the winner’s first name, initial, username, and/or non-sensitive testimonial information for reasonable and limited promotional purposes across the Promoter’s websites, email communications, and social media channels. The winner may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The type of personal data will be specific to the Prize and the requirements of the Giveaway as set out in these Terms. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and the Promoter’s Global Privacy Policy.

9.2 Personal data will be used solely for the following purposes:
• administering and operating the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and arranging Prize delivery; and
• sending marketing communications only where the participant has actively opted in to receive them in accordance with UK data protection law.

9.3 Participants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time using the opt-out mechanism provided in those communications, or by contacting the Promoter directly. 

10. General Conditions

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, system outages, supplier issues, or events of force majeure, provided that doing so does not unfairly prejudice participants. Where practical, the Promoter will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Giveaway. This includes, without limitation, the creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, automated participation, or any conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

10.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and Prize allocation, is final and binding, except where unlawful or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

10.4 The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries submitted in breach of local laws.


10.5 This promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for:

• any loss, damage, defect, delay, or failure relating to the Prize, including digital vouchers, or services provided by third-party suppliers;
• the functionality, availability, performance, or redemption of any voucher, product, or service issued or fulfilled by a third party;
• any terms, conditions, restrictions, or expiry rules imposed by the hotel and any relevant third-party retailers, platforms, or service providers;
• any costs associated with ongoing use, maintenance, or operation of the Prize;
• any technical failure, system issue, postal delay, or courier error affecting delivery or redemption.

10.7 The Prize and third-party, including the hotel, services, confirmations and products are subject to the terms and conditions and terms of use imposed by the hotel and any relevant issuing retailer, platform, or service provider. The Promoter has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, such third-party terms. The winner is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable terms of use.
