I enjoy Sugar Bingo mainly for its slots. I do play bingo but mostly come for the slots. Played Bloodsuckers the other day and the bonus round was ace. It was so much fun. Definitely going back for more!

Hi I joined this site today Sep 2016. first of all don't take notice of the bonus that is not true. I found this bingo site very strange I tried to log in when I logged out and it would not let me log back in. having rang the customers service and asked them for a new pass word which took me 5 atemps to sort it I did get back on the site so I played what I deposited and I got a 35 pounds bonus. wow didn't that go very quick let's say. I never wan a full house and the most I wan was 63 pence. wow a lot of money to me it also seemed that the same people were winning. found that strange too. I would say don't bother at all spend ur money else where. take note other people have said about the logging in they are Defo right.

It was all going well with Sugar, and won a lot on slots. Problem now is that i cannot access the site as it says the browser I am using is not up to date. I have the up-to-date Firefox and IE and Chrome and neither work. Just checking my bank over the next few days to see if they have paid up.

Ii tried Sugar Bingo for one day....that's all it took to put me off. Yes you get bonus on any deposit, but it spends cash every time b4 your bonus, effectively meaning that your chances of cashing out are zero. But main reason one day was enough - while in a room someone won the progressive jackpot, as displayed, on 39 balls.........had to fight for site to acknowledge the win.....they still wouldn't tell her how much she was going to get and hours later had still not given her her winnings. Disgraceful! Anywhere else this would be done automatically! Back to Mecca Bingo for me.

I can't recommend this site. I was sent a promotional email offer to join this site. I am a member of quite a few gaming sites. I joined & made a deposit and I was very lucky on the slots and had a nice little win of which I decided to withdraw. The site stated that I would lose the bonus money if I withdrew my 200.00, I think there was about 17.00 bonus to play through and I decided I wanted to withdraw and lose the deposit bonus money as I was happy to have won the 200.00! After a few days I received an email stating that my account had been suspended and my winnings taken off me as I had another account with them. Now I had no idea this was the case and had no intention of doing anything wrong if I had I would not of uploaded all my documents or used the same debit card. I am so very upset about this as apparently this was the discretion of the site to do this, if they had looked at the other account they say I had they would have seen it had not been used. As I am a member of a lot of sites sometimes this error could easily occur and now I am very frightened to continue on playing on any gaming site ever again. Some sites I play on when you register will tell you if your card is already registered to another account so why didn't Sugar Bingo do this???...its so disheartening! ;-( I have told them I want all accounts relating to Cassava Enterprises closing of which I know is quite a few of which I spend a very large amount of money with over a months period! I am damn right sure I am going to tell every blog site out there about this & also Facebook & Twitter to make people aware of what they can and will do, I could understand if I meant anything by this, but I didn't as it was a genuine error!!

I just joined Sugar Bingo and so far really liking the site. It looks really cute and fresh and the lobby is really easy to navigate. My favourite room so far is lucky charm. The chat host is lovely and there's not many roomies so gives me more chance to win:)

Sugar Bingo definitely lives up to all of the hype. They have a really nice deposit bonus, very friendly chat hosts, a lovely theme and a really nice selection of games. Besides the bingo I was really pleased to find Fluffy Favourites and Sugar Train Slots, my two favourite slot games!

I want to say wow this is a great site with fresh new games, but I would be wrong. Sugar Bingo uses the same software as other bingo sites like Robin Hood Bingo and has nothing new to add to the ever growing online bingo network. After playing on this site and a number of times of depositing i have found the games to be very hard to win on. On one occasion I spent £45 and did not even get a 1tg. I know it is luck but feel it is very thin on the ground here with the same winners names popping up all the time. The game play feels very boring and monotonous and u soon wish u had not deposited in the first place. The CMs are friendly, but what can they do when u just lose game after game after game? Not much i'm afraid. The slot games are the same as on the other sites so its no different playing these on Sugar Bingo than on any other that uses this awful software to run the games. I was hopping for better, but alas I will never be playing on here again so its a 1 out of 10 rating from me.

Sugar Bingo did give a very nice deposit bonus and has nice ch. Seemed like a nice site, but the thing is i could not get near on the bingo maxing tickets and still having 3tg. Played all the generous bonus that Sugar gave me and didnt even get a share. Maybe i was just very unlucky on the day i joined. The slots gave me nothing. I know it's all game of chance, but i did have free spins on the slots and bonus games which paid less than i had put in. Not sweet to me. Dont think Sugar could tempt me back. One and only time ill play at Sugar Bingo.
