Multi-Talented Amy Webber is Dabbers Social Bingo Top Bingo Caller 2023

It’s been a long process, but Dabbers Social Bingo has found it’s Top Bingo Caller for 2023. Last year’s winner was Crudi Dench, but semi-finalist Viggo Venn went on to win Britain’s Got Talent. This year’s winner Amy Webber has even more talents to her name, being a singer/songwriter musician and comedian, so even more likely to make it to the ‘big time’.

Springboard to Fame

The Dabber’s Next Top Bingo Caller event is becoming a source of talent discovery and Amy seems to have what it takes to go further and is using the prize money towards being able to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe in August. Having beaten seriously good competition, Amy walked away with £1,000 courtesy of event sponsor Malibu, a luxurious hotel stay – plus a 12-month contract with Dabbers Social Bingo, where she will be able to reinvent, transform and revamp the image and enhance the status of Bingo Caller.

Amy commented,

“I am absolutely elated to have won!! I’m flattered that the audience voted me as the winner. All the finalists were unique and amazing performers, and I still can’t believe it was me that won! I will be putting the money towards performing at Edinburgh Fringe this August. It’s my first time going up and taking my own show so I’m pretty nervous about it – having this financial help is so amazing as it’s all very expensive!!”

About the Next Top Bingo Caller Event

The event at Dabber Social Bingo Houndsditch on 2nd July was a sell-out and Amy used her unique musical-comedy act and pure comedy genius to bring new meaning to the term bingo caller. Her show had excitement, charm and comedic-opera singing!

The event host was Sikisa Bostwick, with other judges being Kate Daughton, Ex Head of Comedy at the BBC and Co-Founder of Boffola Pictures; Miles Baron, Chief Executive of Bingo Association, and comedian, Hannah Byczkowski, from The Traitors.
