Cities like Sheffield and Birmingham also performed well, offering a solid blend of affordability and rich cultural opportunities, making them ideal for a winter getaway. 

In contrast, larger cities like London and Edinburgh, while rich in cultural experiences, ranked lower due to their higher costs for both accommodations and tourist attractions.
