A recent post on the Jackpotjoy blog reminded us about the brand’s addition of live shows to its exciting mix of promotions and special events. While live shows were first introduced to Gamesys’ flagship online bingo brand in 2015, they’ve improved and evolved considerably in the years since.

As well as holding live shows every week, Jackpotjoy also hosts special events. For instance, when the bingo brand recently celebrated its 20th birthday, it held a bevvy of competitions and promotions to mark the occasion, including the December Cash Call. The December Cash Call saw Jackpotjoy employees ring up hundreds of players, and if the player answered their phone with the phrase “20 years of joy”, they were awarded £20 cash.
How do the live shows work?
As the brand itself states, “every live show is different”. So, for example, one week a show might have a musical theme while the next week’s theme could be Hollywood blockbusters. The games also differ from week to week to keep things fresh for everyone that takes part.
Some of the special events that have previously been incorporated into Jackpotjoy’s weekly live shows include Blank It to Win It and The Name Game.
This past week, Jackpotjoy held its first Winning Link live show on Facebook, and it now plans to run it every Tuesday at 4.30 PM. It’s free to take part provided you’re a member of Jackpotjoy, and there are cash prizes of £2 and £5 up for grabs in every show. The aim is to work out what links all the answers together, so get your quiz hat on and join in the fun!
