NewzBitez – Playtech to Extend Long-Standing Partnership with Betfred

This month Playtech announced the extension of its ongoing partnership with one of Britain’s biggest bookmakers. Betfred, which owns retail betting shops across the UK, as well as an online sportsbook, casino, and bingo site (which runs on Playtech’s Virtue Fusion bingo platform), has been working with Playtech for the past 12 years. The recent deal will see the pair continue working closely together, enabling Betfred to install more of Playtech’s popular Self-Service Betting Terminals in its shops.

Betfred hopes that the addition of the SSBTs will help to attract more customers in the run-up to this year’s Rugby World Cup and to meet the rising demand for in-shop cricket betting.
