        I have been a member here for a few years now and yes there is a new manager, but since he has joined it is a not much better as yes he did answer my emails at start, but I emailed in few times still no reply.
        There is a lot of bitching going on in room every other night and I told him this, but it still going on. Do not want to witness this but unfortunately we do. it's a disgrace really and the chat hosts ignore it and not fair on rest of us. I go in for the crack with my friends but have really gone off this site and have joined a brilliant one now.
        Also the advent calendar was a joke. Don't know why you bothered you took of all other bonuses when it was on, especially the VIP ones which I do believe we are entitled to. any other manager always left them on not very loyal to people who deposit every day.
        No chat hosts on during day, no good bonuses and as for the chat games it's always 1st to call. Giving this site till end December if it has not changed I am closing this and my other 2 on sister sites as I feel no one is listening to us anymore. So avoid anyone please.

        I'm sorry that you felt like I had missed your emails. During the Christmas/New Years break, I was out of the office and therefore had no access to my emails. Our friendly support team was available 24/7 on live chat and at support@goldenhatbingo.com. During the normal working week I aim to provide a prompt and useful response to all player emails.

        I am also sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy our advent calendar. This calendar gave our players an offer every day in December until Christmas day, so there was plenty to enjoy on Golden Hat Bingo throughout the month. Plus, our exclusive VIP Elite club also regularly runs exclusive offers for our VIP players in addition to the standard offers.

        Hi , I have been a long time member with Golden Hat Bingo and would say it used to be my top favourite site, but since tony left it has gone down hill with the new manager they appointed. They never answer your emails and now it's impossible to win a game of bingo and as for their slots it's a down right joke. I spent 30 quid on slots today and got nowt back - a joke. How can the same winners win all time and roomies are not happy. It;s got to the stage where I am bored now. there's no chat hosts on during day like their used to be ,so if you need help no point emailing cause they crap at answering back. Total rubbish site I would avoid.

        I have to say I would agree now with what is said. Golden Hat was my luckiest site up until last week as I am sick of sending in numerous emails to new manager Hayley who hardly bothers to answer half the time to you.
        Roomies always complaining about this, but nothing ever done. I used to spend quite a bit cash here weekly now don't bother I have gone elsewhere and just to say support are very good, but there's only so much they can do as I did email quite a few times to them, but they just send it onto manager Hayley who doesn't bother to answer. Very poor on her part.
        If your trying to lose your customers you are going the right way, I have to say when Sarah was manager we never had a problem. She answered every email that was sent. She even gave the roomies nice bonuses, but now you hardly get any now. Very disappointing so I say avoid.

        Joined Golden Hat Bingo a little over a week ago, got recommended by a friend. First impressions were good; good layout, less buggy than other bingo sites, live help replied quickly to my quesiton, but fobbed me off, was unable to answer my question properly. Emailed tony and sophie@ correct email addresses for my buddy bonus.
        Have currently sent 5 emails in relation to my buddybonus and havent heard a peep from nobody - shamefull customer service. Theres not even a telephone number to ring to investigate further as to why my bonus hasnt been added. Pathetic to be honest and i didnt expect or deserve to be treated in such an off hand way, well in no way to be precise.

No wonder u sent 5 emails with no reply, disgraceful! In my opinion avoid go with a more reputable bingo site
