The prize must be claimed by the entrant within 48 hours of being notified. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, WhichBingo reserves the right to offer the prize to the next selected entrant. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize.

General Terms
1. Introduction
1.1. By participating in this WhichBingo promotional campaign (the “Giveaway”), users agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2. The Promotion is operated by GDC Media Limited (the “Promoter”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gambling.com Group Limited (“GAMB”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
• are resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales);
• are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry; and
• have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 This Giveaway is not open to employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies, or any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, nor to the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Giveaway opens at 00:00 GMT on 21 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 27 November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
• complete the official Giveaway entry form on the WhichBingo website;
• submit a valid, accessible email address.
4.2 One (1) entry per person is permitted.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this Giveaway.
4.4 The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, macros, or any other mechanical or programmatic means to submit entries is strictly prohibited. Bulk entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, entries made through third parties, or any entries deemed by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) to be manipulative, fraudulent, or in breach of the Giveaway will be declared invalid and disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available: a £1,000 Gift Voucher for a prominent retailer website (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative, credit, substitution, or upgrade will be provided under any circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with an item of equal or greater value where it deems necessary or appropriate, including (but not limited to) circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5.3 The retailer’s website and its affiliates are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and are not otherwise associated with this promotion. All related references are used solely for the purpose of accurately describing the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Verification
6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within two (2) working days of the Promotion Period ending.
6.2 The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
6.3 The winner must respond within forty eight (48) hours of first contact.
6.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of:
• age (18+), and
• UK residency.
6.5 If:
• the Promoter is unable to contact the winner,
• the winner does not respond within the required timeframe,
• the winner cannot provide required verification, or
• the winner is found to be ineligible (with the determination of such to be at the sole discretion of the Promoter),
the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random draw method.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The Prize will be delivered digitally to the verified winner’s email address within seventy two [72] hours of successful verification.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mis-typed email addresses, inaccessible inboxes, or emails filtered to spam/junk folders.
8. Publicity
8.1 In accordance with ASA and CAP Code requirements for prize promotions, the Promoter is obliged to publish or make available on request the surname and county of residence of the verified winner. This information may be disclosed to any individual who submits such a request within 90 days of the winner being selected, unless the Promoter, acting reasonably, considers that disclosure would be unlawful or would risk harm to the winner.
8.2 The winner has the right to object to, or request restriction of, the publication of their surname and county. Where the winner exercises this right, the Promoter will comply with the request to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide such details to the Advertising Standards Authority or other competent regulatory bodies upon request for the purpose of demonstrating compliance.
8.3 Where the winner provides explicit, informed consent, the Promoter may use the winner’s first name, initial, username, and/or non-sensitive testimonial information for reasonable and limited promotional purposes across the Promoter’s websites, email communications, and social media channels. The winner may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and the Promoter’s Global Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data will be used solely for:
• administering the Giveaway; and
• sending marketing communications where the participant has opted in to receive them.
9.3 Participants may withdraw their consent at any time.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that doing so does not prejudice participants.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the promotion.
10.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Giveaway is final and binding.
10.4 The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
10.5 This promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
