Club 3000 has announced that its new purpose-built £5 million venue in Blackpool is set to finally open its doors on the 1st July after years of delay due to COVID 19.
Blackpool Club 3000 Venue Finally Gets Opening Date
Many bingo players in Blackpool will be very excited to hear that the Club3000 venue which has been in the works for many years is finally set to open on July 1st 2023.
This purpose-built club is located at the Festival Leisure Park on Rigby Road and is just the latest Club3000 venue to open in the past couple of years. It will be situated where the Swift Hound Pub was formerly located after it was demolished back in February 2020.
There have been a few setbacks to opening the club such as the retail park it is opening in having an ownership change. However, the biggest delay was due to COVID 19, otherwise, we may have seen the club open years previously.
What Can We Expect from the New Blackpool Club3000 Venue?
The brand has stated that they spent £5 million making this venue the absolute best that it can be with the aim of creating a luxurious environment and installing the most modern fittings.
At its opening on the 1st of July, the venue will be showing off its fabulous décor and provide players with ‘value for money bingo with Big Prize Money.’ What’s more, the club will offer the National Bingo Game every afternoon and evening, with a huge £50,000 jackpot prize up for grabs.
Club 3000 has also highlighted the boost that the venue will provide to the local community as it will help to raise the profile of the Festival Leisure Park destination. Some of the other exciting openings that locals can look forward to at this park include the conversion of an old Odeon cinema building to a golf course, bowling alley or trampoline park as well as a new drive-thru coffee shop.
Club3000 UK Expansion
It has been a big couple of years for Club3000 with a lot of expansion across cities in the UK. It was just announced last month that the brand has signed a new lease agreement to open an exciting new bingo hall at the Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh as part of a £250 million project.
What’s more, there has been a new £3.5 million Club 3000 opened in Kilmarnock last year and the brand has become the largest independent bingo operator in the UK.
