How to Play
Spinning the reels of Anderthals is incredibly easy. All you have to do is set your bet per spin to get started. Bets per spin start from as little as 10p and rise to £100 for those high rolling players who want to bet big. To the right hand side of the reels, you will see a chip button. Press this and use the arrows to set the bet. Then, hit the black arrow button to send the reels spinning. If you want to quicken your gameplay, you can use the autoplay feature which allows you to set the number of spins you want and your bet per spin, then let the reels spin automatically.
The symbols on the reels of this game are:
- Anderthals Game Logo
The wild symbol is the Dinosaur and the feature/scatter symbol is the torch.
The Anderthals logo symbol is the highest paying symbol on the reels during the base game and landing 5 on your reels will award you 32x your stake. The wild symbol will also pay out this amount too. The biggest wins can be made in the free spins round where you can get up to 2,219x your stake.
Anderthals has a wild symbol, free symbol, expanding wilds, extra wilds and wild multipliers.
The wild symbol in Anderthals is the dinosaur and it will replace other symbols on your reels to form new winning combinations and award big cash prizes. The only symbol it will not replace is the feature symbol. This symbol can appear up to four positions high.
The feature symbol acts like a scatter as it will trigger the main features in the game. This symbol is the torch. Above the reels you will see different features present and landing 2 or more torch symbols can trigger these features depending on what reel they land on. There is 4 bonus feature that can be triggered.
The first bonus feature is the free spins bonus round. You will be awarded 8 free spins and there is more up for grabs if you land additional symbols.
The second bonus feature is the expanding wilds. These wild symbols will expand to create whole wild reels.
The third bonus feature is the extra wilds. You can look forward to additional wilds being added to your reels.
The fourth bonus feature is the wild multipliers feature. This will transform wild symbols on the reels into 2x or 3x multipliers.
Graphics and Sounds
Anderthals is a nicely designed slot game and exactly what you would expect from the team at Microgaming. This slot game takes you back in time to when dinosaurs and cavemen were on the planet and although it is not a unique theme in the online slot world, history buffs are sure to enjoy it. Behind your reels is a cave and a volcano and on the reels, all the symbols harp back to this time period. You will find a dinosaur, caveman and cavewoman as well as the standard playing card symbols which are the lower value symbols on your reels. The music that plays in the background as you spin the reels is very tribal and lively which fits the overall theme and atmosphere of this game perfectly.
Anderthals is a high-quality slot game from Microgaming with great graphics and a plethora of special features. You will enjoy the range of opportunities to win with free spins, wild multipliers, expanding wilds and more. Although this is not the most original slot game on the market, it is still a great offering that most will enjoy spinning.
