If you think this could be the slot game for you, carry on reading our Thor Infinity Reels review for all the information you need to know about this game.
How to Play
Once you get started, Thor Infinity Reels is a simple slot game to play. You can set your bet of between 20p and £40 per spin, then hit the white and black spin button to send the reels tumbling.
When you load the game, you’ll be presented with three reels and four rows. The aim is to get matching symbols on the first, second and third reels and each time you do, those symbols will freeze in place and another reel will be added to the right hand side. This is the infinity reels side to the game and this process will only end when you spin and it doesn’t make your winning combo better.
The symbols on the reels of this game are:
- Pair of axes
With the increasing multipliers, players can win up to 6,055x their stake and the grand jackpot awards 1000x your total stake.
There are four special features in Thor Infinity Reels including a wild symbol, symbol multiplier feature, infinity bonus feature and the jackpot respins.
The wild symbol is Thor and he will replace other symbols on your reels to help form new winning combinations and award bigger cash prizes.
When you start playing Thor Infinity Reels, you’ll receive a 1x multiplier and each time another infinity reel is added, this will increase by 1x.
Players who are lucky enough to add 12 reels to their game will trigger the infinity bonus feature where you’ll be awarded 888x your total stake.
Watch out for Thor’s hammer appearing on your reels as landing 6 or more will trigger the jackpot respins feature. These hammer symbols will be locked in place and players are awarded three respins, however, during these respins the reels will be made up entirely of hammer symbols and empty spaces. Hammer symbols can award up to 100x your stake and there are four fixed jackpots up for grabs. When an entire reel is filled, another reel will be added to the right hand side. Once the respins are over, you’ll be awarded the prizes displayed on the hammer symbols and any jackpots that you landed. Jackpots up for grabs are:
- Grand – 1000x
- Major – 100x
- Minor – 25x
- Mini – 10x
Graphics and Sounds
Thor Infinity Reels is based on Norse mythology, which is not unique in the world of online slots, but this can be forgiven as the graphics are superb quality. Players will find themselves in the middle of a battlefield where the battle is already over. A dark forest looms in the background as well as a starry sky. On the reels, the low-value symbol are your standard playing card symbols, while the high-value symbols are all related to the Norse theme and include shields, axes, helmets, horns and Thor himself also makes an appearance. The soundtrack in this game is great and matches the epic theme.
Thor Infinity Reels is a brilliant addition to the Yggdrasil library and the Norse mythology theme features high-quality graphics and an awesome soundtrack that immerses players in the game. The infinity reels mechanism and the increasing multiplier is the highlight of this game, as the possibilities are endless to the number of reels you can potentially add to your game. There is also the chance to take home a mini, minor, major or grand jackpot, which is sure to appeal to many slot players.
