Did you Know….?

● Showreel Bingo is named after the film spools that were used to project films onto cinema screens.
● Did you know that film spools are around 1,000 feet long?
● Today, the word showreel is used to refer to short videos that showcase people’s work in the movie industry, including directors, animators, actors, designers, and editors.

Community and Customer Service

The community mainly revolves around the brand’s Facebook page while the customer service team offers you two ways to get in touch.

  • Facebook

Despite our love of Pragmatic Play’s bingo suite, the way that it’s used at Showreel Bingo and its sister sites means that there are no chat hosts available. We feel that this is an area that needs to be improved as it would help bring players together and allow newbies to find their feet quicker.

If you’d like to get to know other players or keep up with the latest offers and news, you can follow Showreel Bingo on Facebook.

Customer Service

  • Email
  • Facebook Messenger

While it’s not ideal that there is neither live chat nor telephone support for customers, Showreel Bingo offers an additional way to get in touch other than email. If you have Facebook Messenger, you can use it to contact the support team on your desktop or mobile.

Showreel Bingo on Mobile

The design of the site makes it easy to play on smartphones and tablets without the need for a standalone Showreel Bingo app.

To access the Showreel Bingo mobile site, simply open your browser and navigate to Showreel Bingo then log in to play your favourite bingo games.

Should I Play at Showreel Bingo?

Personally, we feel that Showreel Bingo is one of the top bingo sites for its choice of bingo games. With Pragmatic Play’s Bingo Blast and three other variants to choose from, as well as progressive bingo jackpots, it’s got plenty to keep you entertained with.

It also has an excellent range of slots and casino games. And while it might need slight improvements around its wagering requirements, contact methods and withdrawal fees, it’s still a great site for players who are looking for variety.

Showreel Bingo FAQ

How many deposit and withdrawal methods can I use?

You can use as many different payment methods as you like (e.g. Paysafecard, Paypal and debit card). You can also add up to three debit cards to your account. Please note, however, that you will need to request any withdrawals to the last payment method that you used.

What restrictions and limits can I set on my account?

As an advocate of responsible gambling, Showreel Bingo lets you set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. You can also take a break from playing, set loss limits or self-exclude.

Why can’t I withdraw via Pay by Mobile?

Currently, it’s only possible to make deposits using the Pay by Mobile option due to the way that the network providers handle payments and accounts.

How do I contact Showreel Bingo by Facebook Messenger?

If you have Facebook installed on your desktop or mobile, you can access Facebook Messenger by clicking on the speech bubble at the top-right. You can also install the Messenger app for mobile devices.

Can I open more than one account with Showreel Bingo?

No. While you can open accounts at more than one 15 Network bingo site, you can only have one account at each site.

Decent bingo site in way I joined as could deposit using phone credit. was easy to join, was playing for a day and went to withdraw my winnings, then a problem occurs, I couldn't withdraw before my account had been reviewed, then had upload proof of payment ...and other bits. uploading a problem, seems like easy to sign up and deposit, but changes when wanting withdraw. Not great communication either tried finding contact number... impossible. message on Facebook, get automated reply 2 days later. emailed them 2-3 days later, get reply but then when reply to that hear nothing ...but apart from that prizes etc good.

Cash Balance: £0.02 IG Bonus Balance: £0 Total Balance: £5.02 Loyalty Points: 0 LPs Having sent 3 e-mails as well as their own chat host sending support a message, I am disappointed to find my bonus money is still unusable anywhere on the site. I have waited for a response from them, but still nothing. They are happy to take your money, but surprise surprise... when you are owed money or need help with bonus money they take their time..... I have spent a fortune on this site as well as sister sites for years so I am disgusted at the poor level of help when needed. I have noticed that the number of players here have become next to nothing, can't say i'm surprised tbh :( no bingo games play all day as there are no players hardly and no chat hosts all day either till the evening.... none at all on Sundays. Used to be a brilliant network, got too greedy methinks and loyal players gone elsewhere with good reason!!!

Terrible website, avoid at all costs. I wished I never joined, but they sent me an email with an offer, and stupidly deposited without reading the T&Cs first, plus terrible layout and graphics. The t&cs, must be one of the worst I ever seen, so be aware : 24. In order to make your first withdrawal, at least £100 must have been wagered in real funds. Wagers on Hi Lo games, Blackjack and Roulette (all versions, including 'live' products) do not count towards this requirement. Surely a Player should be able to withdraw own money without restrictions such as the above! While I can accept minimum withdrawal limits, I don't expect any website to state they must wager £100 in real funds before then can even make a withdrawal.

Hi rachhh. We agree with you. We highlighted this issue when the change was made by Jumpman Gaming and we do mention the high wagering in our overview and again in the Withdrawal and Wagering section to enable people to make an informed decision before they join.

The hype just does not live up to its claims being an Ex Black VIP the only thing you get if your lucky is your 75 percent deposit bonus. The promotions all networked so you got no chance of winning. They don't send out regular VIP gifts as promissed. They always give you speel it's gonna get better. Unfortunately it's like toothache it gets worse. Bad support bad experience stay clear.

The site is quite bad and boring. There is one CM who is always telling stories from her life, to be honest it is very depressing and makes the site very depressing. Generally there is only one or two rooms that are playing. These are from the whole 8 sites from the network, maybe 1 or 2 players from each. Same winners and dare you mention this. The CM will blow up and tell a story what happened to her in the past on a site. It was someone else who made a comment and I cringed and left some minutes later. Poor show!

Shocking to see same winners over and over again. tbh some these site need looking into because it seem to be the same group people winning on all the sites.

Not enough players and poor layout at Showreel Bingo. Bad lag. Really expensive rooms, your money might last half an hour if you're lucky!

I joined Showreel Bingo mainly for the free cinema tickets - but these were only available upon subscribing to love film! I couldn't see any mention of this in the offer! Loads of the same winners, poor choice of games & low prize pots. Not a site I would recommend.

Nicely laid out bingo site. I've won a few times, but tix dear so money didn't last long. Same winners as couldn't compete with big spenders. Would use Showreel Bingo more if tix were cheaper.
