Mecca Bingo Makes Substantial Changes to Website

Mecca Bingo Makes Substantial Changes to Website

Last week, members of Mecca Bingo were left feeling frustrated when they were unable to access their accounts or play any games. At the time, the brand’s social media team took to Facebook and Twitter to advise players that they had “hit some technical issues on site” and were “working hard to restore full service”. They have since attempted to explain what caused the unexpected outages.

What’s caused the issues?

It turns out that the unplanned downtime was due to the operator making a series of substantial updates to the site that it hopes will ultimately enhance the playing experience and enhance its position as a leading UK online bingo site and provider of the best online slots UK.

What changes have been made?

Although there haven’t been any cosmetic changes to the website’s appearance, there have been several behind-the-scenes developments, including an all-new cashier. Players can now take advantage of a faster and more user-friendly banking system that offers easy access to balances and transaction histories.

There has also been some improvement to Mecca’s safer gambling tools. They now include net deposit limits, as well as a real-time win-loss record that appear on the screen while you’re playing.

What to do if you have any issues

Although it looks as though the Mecca Bingo website is now operating normally, the customer service team says that anyone who has problems logging into their account should contact them via online chat, telephone (0800 083 1988), or email ([email protected]).

Compensation

To make up for what for many players was “a frustrating few days”, Mecca hosted free-to-enter ÂŁ500 games every half an hour in its Main Event, Two Little Ducks, Lucky for Some, Rollercoaster and Penny Lane rooms between 1 PM and 10 PM on Sunday, 16th January 2022.

Funded members of the site were also encouraged to take advantage of free bingo games in the Cheaper Than Chips room at one of Mecca’s sister sites, Lucky Pants Bingo, while waiting for the technical issues to be resolved.

The team says that they hoped the promotions went “some way to saying how sorry we are”.

More goodies

Now that things are back to normal, it’s a great time to check out this month’s promotions at Mecca Bingo. As well as catering to online bingo fans, the brand’s land-based bingo halls are also running special offers. For example, up until 27th January 2022, customers can enjoy 2 for 1 on all main meals and light bites all day from Sunday to Thursday and on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Plus, on Friday and Saturday nights, visitors have the chance to buy a ÂŁ15 bingo bundle that includes a meal and a drink.

Hi I’ve had constant issues for over 8 months now these updates haven’t done anything to fix these issues and although I’ve complained 27 times via email each time they blamed me, my phone and my Wi-Fi. I’ve sent pictures to them showing the slots crashing saying “internal server error” which means it’s internally broken not externally which would be me, but still they blame the customer and sweep it under the carpet. It’s truly the worst and most unfair experience I’ve ever had on slots. It’s a joke and should never be allowed to operate until they fix this issue, peoples deposits went missing for day at a time, wins not being paid etc… I don’t know what they are telling people that don’t know but the customers have never been so angry and discusted with them.
