What’s Changed in Big Brother 2025?
While Big Brother’s core format remains the same (contestants living together in a plush house rigged with an estimated 40–60 cameras) there could be some new tweaks this big brother 2025 season. New challenges and surprises that may push housemates out of their comfort zones.
On Sunday night’s launch night (September 28th), there was already a shock when one of the three 12 new housemates – Emily, Sam, and Caroline – hadn’t even had a chance to unpack their suitcase before receiving the “evil eye”, and being forced into an immediate eviction! The result will be shown in the next episode to air.

Let’s hope the presenters are a bit friendlier. The familiar smiling faces of AJ Odudu and Will Best are back to drop bombshells, and guide us through the twists and turns of nominations, evictions, and weekly recaps. The tasks might be even more unpredictable (read: evil). Only time will tell.
How Long is Big Brother 2025 On For?
BB has a predicted seven-week run on ITV2 and ITVX.
What channel is big brother on? Big Brother made its big return to ITV in 2023, after originally airing on Channel 4 from 2000-2010 and later moving to Channel 5 from 2011-2018. The franchise has been thriving ever since, with Celebrity Big Brother 2025 proving especially popular earlier this year, wrapping up in April with worthy winner Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd taking home the crown.
That series also brought us runner-up Danny Beard and the pairing of JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes.
We can expect Big Brother: Late & Live and Big Brother: Live Stream to be key nightly fixtures too, letting you tune in for even more house action. Traditionally, Saturday nights are round-up nights, showing the week’s highlights. Friday nights are normally the biggest nights of the week for big brother with weekly evictions.
Housemates That Already Stand Out – Gamer Nancy
While we’ve only caught a glimpse of the housemates, certain personalities are already grabbing attention. From the Archers and lemonade drinking Somerset farmer Cameron, to the self-confessed “rule breaker” Jenny, to Bristolian Teja and Butler in the Buff Tate. Our interest has been piqued by the “fiery, irrational, and impulsive” pentalingual gamer Nancy who sits and plays on her “gaming computer for hours at night” with her lightup keyboard and gaming mouse.
What!? Could Nancy be the casino sites fan of our dreams?!
Born in Italy, Nancy grew up in Scotland. In addition to Italian and English, she speaks Polish, French, and Spanish! Watch this space.
Introducing Mr Vegas
This year’s sponsor, Mr Vegas, feels like a perfect match for Big Brother. With a strong WhichBingo rating of 4.4* thanks to its huge games library, payment options, slots tournament promo, and so much more. It’s a casino brand that’s already popular with players, and its fun, unpredictable vibe mirrors exactly what fans love about the BB show. In fact, Mr Vegas is also the official partner of both the Professional Darts Cooperation and West Bromwich Albion F.C.
Yes, casino partnerships come with extra responsibility, but that’s part of what makes this pairing interesting – Big Brother has always been about risk-taking and surprises, and Mr Vegas leans into that same playful spirit.
For newcomers, Mr Vegas even has a welcome treat: a 100% bonus up to £200 and 11 wager-free spins on the Pink Elephants 2 slot, giving players a little extra reason to join the fun.
