A Quick Look at Unibet Bingo

Looking for Unibet Casino? Here’s our review >>>

Unibet is more than just a top bingo site. The brand also offers sports betting, poker, casino, and live casino products to players from across Europe, and when you join Unibet Bingo UK, you’ll have access to all of them.

For our Unibet Bingo review, we’ll be concentrating on the bingo side of things at the site as we think it is quite an important section and very enjoyable to play. So, if you want to find out more about the offers and promotions that are available on Unibet’s other portals, simply click through our link to take a look.

The brand’s bingo product is both interesting and exciting as it uses Relax Gaming software, which is only used at two other UK sites. It features both 90-ball and 75-ball games, plus the unique 30-ball Hexabingo and offers multiple progressive room jackpots, as well as daily mini-game tournaments and a rewards system.

We give Unibet Bingo a 4.5* rating – and here’s why:

  • Bonus Offer/Promotions/Wagering:  The site has good targeted promotions and tournaments, but no welcome offer as such right now.
  • Fast Payments/Withdrawals:  Deposits are instant on all methods and withdrawals can be with you in minutes once your ID is sorted.
  • Good Game Selection/Navigation: – There is a unique selection of bingo games, as well as a good range of slot games and unique side games. The could be a bit easier to navigate.
  • Quality of Mobile Bingo: – Unibet is fully optimised for mobile devices, and the mobile bingo experience is very good – the same games and features as available on desktop.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service, with 24/7 live chat and core hours telephone line. Excellent Help section can answer many queries. Email if needed

  • Date Opened: 2002
  • UK License Holder Name: Platinum Gaming Limited
  • UK License Number: 45322
pros
  • Variety of games: They are a bit different to normal UK bingo rooms.
  • Lots of other types of games like slots and some great casino games.
  • Mobile Bingo experience is excellent. Easy to play anywhere.
cons
  • Limited geographic availability, but fine for UK players.
  • Navigating the site can take a little getting used to.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ongoing Offers and Promotions

Despite not offering a welcome bonus for bingo players (although there ones available for both sports and casino customers), there’s still a good range of offers and promotions to take advantage of.

Each month, the operator picks a slot and gives you to the chance 25 free spins to use on it each Thursday, and the best news of all is that any wins have zero wagering requirements.

You can also enter mini-game cash tournaments every single week, and on Wednesdays, you can win up to 50 free spins by playing the game of the week.

There’s also a loyalty rewards system called the Bingo Wheel which lets you earn progress points every time that you play bingo or bingo mini-games. Once you’ve accumulated enough points to take a spin on the Bingo Wheel, you get the chance to win cash, mini-game spins, or free tickets for HexaBingo.

Games & Software at Unibet Bingo

Unibet Bingo runs on Relax Gaming software which gives you exclusive access to an exciting online bingo variant called HexaBingo. Plus, there are lots of fun mini-games that you can play while you’re in the bingo rooms, and using your existing login credentials, you can even take a trip to Unibet’s casino, live casino, poker, and sports betting sites.

Bingo Games

Unibet Bingo – Bingo Games

Unibet offers you an exciting selection of bingo rooms which all have sports-themed names. For example, there’s the 75-ball Arena, The Pitch, and All Stars rooms and 90-ball Grand Prix, Fairway, and The Podium rooms.

Most of the games that take place in the rooms come with extra features such as roll-on, escalator jackpots, added money, even stevens, and 1TG and 2TG.

In late 2023 the Relax Gaming brands including Unibet improved further its bingo product quality core gameplay, features and boasted of a ‘flawless UX’ with a totally modern feel. Part of this was introducing a different way of revealing the balls called. They call it the dynamic ball speed feature. This means that the game speeds up at times nobody is close to winning. The call rate then slows down as the game progresses to build the level of anticipation when people get close to winning. The speed fluctuations add excitement and fun and makes the game more exciting with less of the dull moments often associated with bingo.

The HexaBingo game variant is exclusive to the Relax Gaming platform. Each round is between you and two other players and each ticket has 9 numbers. Every round comes with a buy-in multiplier of 2x to 1,000x which means that there are some extra-big prizes on offer.

Slots & Casino Games

Game Software providers: Microgaming, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Play’n GO, NYX Interactive, Big Time Gaming, IGT, Gaming Realms
Type of casino games: table games, live dealer, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker
Number of Slot games: 1,233
Type of slot games: classic slots, Vegas slots, jackpot slots, action slots, animal slots, fantasy slots, film and TV slots, music slots

As we mentioned earlier, there are all sorts of mini-games to enjoy at Unibet. Mini-games can be played at the same time as you’re playing bingo, although you can also play them as standalone games if you prefer.

The choices are presented within a range of different categories such as Unibet Picks and New Games. Just a few of the titles that you’re able to choose from are Temple Tumble Megaways, Jack’s Jackpot, XOXO, London Nights, Wild Wonder, Epic Joker Bingo, and Wild One.

There are also many Slingo games available including Slingo Rainbow Riches, Monopoly Slingo, Slingo Berserk, and Slingo Centurion.

If you’d like to be able to access even more slots, the Casino (which you visit via the main menu) has hundreds more slot games including Jungle Mega Moolah and Wheel of Wishes, plus exclusive titles like Wings of Hermes, Amped, and Napoleon & Josephine.

What Jackpots are available at Unibet Bingo?

Unibet Bingo has progressive, fixed, and escalator jackpots.

The progressive room jackpots can be won in participating 75 and 90-ball rooms such as All Stars, Grand Prix, and the Podium.

Fixed and escalator jackpots are also on offer in the majority of bingo rooms. For example, you can win the £1,000 escalator jackpot in The Arena by calling a full house in 52 calls or less, and a percentage of the jackpot is given to the remaining players who’ve bought tickets for the winning game.

How to Deposit & Cash Out

Unibet Bingo offers a more varied choice of payment methods than most online bingo sites, which is great, and it never charges any fees for making deposits and withdrawals either!

Withdrawal processing is pretty speedy too, particularly if you choose to use an e-wallet.

Depositing

The minimum deposit amount varies between 99p and £10 depending on your chosen payment method, and whichever method you choose, your money will be instantly credited to your account once the transaction goes through.

There are three e-wallets on offer – Skrill, Neteller, and Paypal – plus if you don’t have a bank account or bank card, you can use Paysafecard.

How do I upload my ID to Unibet Bingo?

As we mentioned earlier, customers are required to have their identity, age, and address verified before they can play and make withdrawals. You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method.

You’ll find the verification page within your account page, and the easiest way to complete the process is to upload a copy of your driving license as it proves both your identity and address.

Documents can be uploaded via the verification page instead of emailed, and this makes the process very simple and quick.

The following documents can be submitted for account verification purposes:

  • Proof of Identity – driving license (photo page) or passport (full double page)
  • Proof of Address – bank statement, utility bill or residence certificate dated within the last 3 months
  • Proof of Payment Method – front and back of debit card with numbers blanked out as explained in the Help database, copy of the bank transaction, or a scan of your Paysafecard voucher or receipt, a screenshot of your e-wallet profile page

Did you know…?

  • Only two other sites run on Relax Gaming bingo software which makes Unibet Bingo pretty unique.
  • Although Unibet launched its sports betting website in 1997, it wasn’t until 2002 that it created an online bingo product.
  • Unibet runs mini-game tournaments every week, which makes playing side games even more exciting!

Community and Customer Service

The player community and support at Unibet Bingo are both excellent, and there’s even a bingo forum that you can use to interact with other players and post questions or feedback.

Plus, the customer services department can be contacted 24/7 and the site’s Help pages and bingo guides are great additional tools that you can make use of.

Community

  • Bingo chat rooms with hosts
  • Blog
  • Facebook
  • Twitter

Hosted chat rooms make the playing experience even more enjoyable, and thanks to regular chat games, you have the chance to win extra prizes (albeit modest ones). It’s also nice to see so many European players gathering in the bingo rooms.

Unibet has both Facebook and Twitter accounts, but they aren’t bingo-specific.

There is, however, a bingo forum plus a blog where you can read all the latest news.

Customer Service

  • Live chat 24/7
  • Telephone 7am to 11pm UK time
  • Email

Customer service is top-notch, and most impressively the live chat service is 24/7 and the telephone support service is manned in the core hours. You can also get in touch via email if you prefer.

Unibet has created several “How to Play Bingo” guides that are great resources for newbies. They help you to understand the basics of bingo as well as the different variants that are offered at the site.

Unibet Bingo on Mobile

Although there are apps for live sports betting, casino, and poker, there is no Android or iOS Unibet Bingo app.

However, if you use your device’s internet browser to visit Unibet Bingo mobile, you can access all the bingo rooms and mini-games just as you would on a desktop.

The dropdown menu on the left-hand side lets you explore other areas such as the Blog, Special Offers, and Community pages, and under the Bingo tab, you can view the games schedule and tournaments information.

Should I Play at Unibet Bingo?

The only things that we can think of that could improve the playing experience at Unibet Bingo are more free bingo games and a welcome bonus.

Apart from these, there’s not much stopping you from enjoying your time at the site, and we heartily recommend that you try a game of Hexabingo.

You can play for cash rewards by taking part in the daily mini-game tournaments. And, when you’re ready to cash-out, you won’t be kept waiting as withdrawals are processed particularly quickly.

I joined unibet in early 2015 but I quick gave up. I didnt close the account, but I did click on self exclusion for 6 months. That time the site was on Virtue Fusion with some rooms linked with other sites. A few months ago I had to go back on this site because its the only one allowed in my country to play bingo. If I was in a different country I would surely not go online on this unibet but I have no options unfortunatly :( Because they changed to Relax gaming , when i went back on it they did let me try the beginners room, with a few free games in those 7 days. There are free bingo games every day at certain times, but always hundreds of people. What I dont like about this site : - too many players ( I bealive they have a big success with people like me with no other options for other bingo sites) . - only 4 rooms (never seen any site like this ) - the most expensive tickets ever, theres just one room with cheaper tickets, but people max all the time so imagine hundreds maxing like that...almost no chance. Recently I won 200 euro and that only happened because i started to buy lots of tickets and I did stop quick otherwise those cash would have been gone quick. - there are no bonuses, the only good thing is that loyalty spin wheel but its a mistery how it works. Theres one good thing about unibet , the withdrawal was so fast , they sent my cash in less than 24 hours.
