Kitty Bingo is the result of years of experience from a team that have been involved in online bingo since its infancy and this experience shows. Everything about this site is slick and professional and inviting.

Although this team were involved in the development of the famous Dragonfish software, this is not a Dragonfish bingo site. Instead what you will find is a totally unique bingo software that is incredibly user friendly. In many ways it will feel very familiar, but tweaked just enough to add all that you think is missing from your existing favourite site.

Huge Welcome Package

Kitty Bingo sees new players being offered the chance to enjoy up to £150 free bingo bonus and 100 free slot spins - take advantage now!

The welcome bonus is 300% on first deposits from £10 to £50 - plus if that 1st deposit is made within 10 minutes of registration you will receive 20 free slot spins every day for 5 days.

The free spins can be used on the following slots:

The Lost Slot of Riches, Cute & Cuddly, Jazz Cat Slot, Kitty Bingo, Santa's Stash, Easter Coop, Cash Coop and Grease, Cash Scoop, Bubble Time, New Grease, Win-bledon, Wired Birds, Lady Luck Deluxe, Groovy Revolution and Grease Danny & Sandy.

Each set of 20 Free Spins can generate up to £3 in extra bingo bonus with a 4x wagering requirement. As ever, at WhichBingo we recommend checking all terms and conditions when joining to avoid any pitfalls. All bonuses can be rejected if required.

There is an option when depositing to either accept or reject the deposit bonuses or to input any other bonus codes that may have been supplied.

  1. MAW25 says:
Well there are a lot of negative reviews here about KittyBingo, that should tell you not to waste your time and money! They offer big bonuses, but you will never reach the wagering requirements as it is impossible to win! Bingo is very poor payouts, no ball count for how many numbers have been drawn, same winners no matter what time of day you play! I contacted their live help to set my deposit limit to 20.00 a month which they did then stated that I could deposit a further 20.00 this month! (Unbelievable!) Well as I had deposited over 100.00 to date and had a go on their slots with 50.00 at 25p spins, so 200 spins and not seen one bonus round, I thought enough is enough and set my deposit limit! I think Kitty Bingo will do all they can to discourage you from setting deposit limits, so be very careful if you venture there!
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello MAW25, We are sorry to hear that your experience at Kitty Bingo was not to your satisfaction. With regards to bonuses, please note that you can choose to play without them and hence no wagering requirements apply and you can withdraw at your convenience. Also, compared to many other sites, the wagering requirements attached to our bonuses are quite low. Regarding deposit limits, Kitty Bingo is quite stringent and adheres to Responsible Gaming policies. Any request for limits are attended to right away and limits are applied as per the instructions provided by players. We hope this clarifies the matter but feel free to contact our support team should you have any further questions.
      • MAW25 says:
LOL Kitty! You post the same old stuff on every review! You are not quite stringent and adhere to Responsible Gaming policies as stated, as live help told me I could deposit a further 20.00 this month, after me stating to set it at 20.00 a month! There is nothing low about your wagering requirements, I suggest you give it a go yourself and see how you get on as you will never meet it! Please don't insult us with your comical reviews!
        • KittyBingo says:
Hello MAW25, Thank you for your comment. Regarding the setting of your limits, please note that the Customer Support team is here to provide assistance as per players' instructions. Generally when players request for limits to be set to their accounts, it is exclusive of any amount deposited so far. Should you not have been agreeable to the agent's offer of another £20 for the month, you could have declined and the limits would have been locked until the next month. Regarding the wagering requirements that you consider high, please note that at Kitty Bingo this amounts only to 4 times and wagers placed on bingo count for 150% of the requirement which further facilitates meeting them. Of course, bonuses are not compulsory and should you not claim any bonus, no wagering requirement applies. Once again we are sorry that you were not happy with your gaming at Kitty Bingo but wish you all the best.
  2. LoveBingo7 says:
After joining a very good Bingo site recently, I thought I would give another one a try and I decided to join Kitty Bingo. It was a mistake.. because it seems to be a very unprofessional site. I have had some of the same issues as others that have reviewed Kitty Bingo. They really do not like you winning any money. You get a 'free' bonus when you deposit 10.00 but it plays with your own money first. I won a few games to start with and got to 45.00 so I withdrew it as I started to lose a couple of games and it was going back down...though I did leave 10.00 of my real money still in there to play with... as soon as I withdrew the money i'd won the bonus disappeared so you don't get to use it anyway. They want you to keep what you have won in there and keep playing until you lose it all again...as after this I continued to play with the 10.00 I had left and won a few again up to 45.00 but I carried on without withdrawing it and lo and behold I lost every game from then on despite only being 12-15 players in each game so I just withdrew what was left and quit using the site.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello LoveBingo7, we are sorry to hear that your experience on the site hasn't been the one you were expecting. We wish to assure you however that Kitty Bingo makes big winners every day which can be viewed on the Winners page on the site. The bonus system is there to offer players additional chances of winning once their real funds run out. Most of the bonuses we offer are cashable upon completion of wagering requirement at which time both the bonus itself and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. On the other hand, as is explained in the Terms & Conditions; requesting for a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement results in the bonus being taken off the account as was most probably the case for you. We are sorry to lose you as a player and wish you all the very best.
      • LoveBingo7 says:
Regardless of whether it's all covered in your terms and conditions, the way that the site works and the pointless free bonus system is a waste of time. I couldn't withdraw right away. I played many games until it said I could withdraw which led me to believe the wagering requirements had been met, however I must have been wrong in thinking I could withdraw money won with my own real money. I perhaps should have continued until I lost all my winnings just so I could get to the free bonus and lose that also until I had nothing left ..with only the option to deposit more money.
        • KittyBingo says:
Hello LoveBingo7, Thank you for getting back to us. We understand your obvious disappointment in his matter and wish you could have been luckier on the site. As explained, bonuses are here to provide players a chance to keep on playing and win once they run out of real funds. At the same time, just like on any other site, the bonus comes with a wagering requirement. This is why bonuses are not automatically added to players' accounts. We would never think of imposing a bonus and its attached wagering requirement on players. We leave it to players to decide whether or not they wish to try their luck with a bonus. Once again, if no bonus is taken, no requirements apply and funds can be withdrawn at any time. We hope this clarifies the matter and remain at your disposal should you require any further information.
  3. natjayk says:
Awful site! Suppose some may be lucky, but huge bonus and i maxed won a tenner in all and sometimes only 15 ppl n still can't win. Waging requirements ridiculous. I deposited 20 pound and got 60 pound bonus - wagering requirements something like 320 pound which you can check on your account how much you have left to go. all id say is try it out you may be lucky but i thought site is terrible!
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello natjayk, we are sorry to hear that your experience on the site hasn't been the one you were looking for. The bonuses we offer are not compulsory. We simply give them out for players to have more chances of winning. With a bonus in hand, in the event that the funds you deposited are over, you still have something to play with and eventually win back your deposit and some. Of course, if you don't wish to be subjected to wagering requirements, you can simply not take a bonus and be free to withdraw any time you wish. In addition we wish to point out that the wagering requirement of 4x applied at Kitty Bingo is very competitive as compared to other sites where it can go to 10x or more. In addition, to make the wagering requirement easier to meet, every £1 wagered on bingo counts as £2 which essentially cuts it in half. We hope this clarifies your concerns but feel free to contact our customer support team if you have any further questions.
  4. doofus says:
Kitty bingo customer services seem to be based in Mauritius. i thought they were based in the channel islands as recommended by a site promoting UK based betting sites. It turns out they are based in Mauritius and licenced through one of the channel islands. The staff have been helpful ..however having to submit passport details before any withdrawal can be made (a photo of your passport page) to a customer service centre in Maurituis does not fill me with trust.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello doofus, Thank you for your comment. Indeed the customer service team is based in Mauritius and we are glad to learn that you found them helpful. While we understand that you might somehow feel wary of sending over your details, allow us to reassure you that the Kitty Bingo security team follows International PCI protocols and that all information is subject to the highest level of security.
  5. jpk12345 says:
I have been on Kitty Bingo with a free 5 pound that they gave me. Half way through playing the bonus disappeared which I though was a bit iffy and the warning bells started. But the thing that really puts me off and I will not be depositing which I originally intended to do is the fact that your money goes to pending. I really don't see why they should keep my money for up to 36 hours and I refuse to deposit on any site that uses this practice.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello jpk12345, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were put off by the bonus and withdrawal pending period. Allow us to explain in general terms. The bonuses we offer carry a wagering requirement which is a number of times the bonus needs to be played before the winnings become cashable. While deposit bonuses are cashable as well, free bonuses are not and are taken off the account once the wagering requirement has been completed. This is most probably what happened in your case. Did you try to check with support regarding this? As regards the withdrawal pending period, this was brought in to enable players to reverse their funds and play in case they wanted to and had no means to deposit. We hope the above goes some way to clarify the matter.
  6. lahlahxxx says:
Reading these reviews about Kitty Bingo worried me as I had problems verifying my account, but I found security very helpful and within a very short time everything was sorted out by Robbie. Enjoying playing at moment and hope to keep playing in the future, funds permiting, so my experience has been a positive one.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello lahlahxxx, Thank you for the nice comment. We are pleased that your account verification was readily sorted. We hope you will continue to have a nice time on Kitty Bingo and big wins as well. If there is anything at all you require assistance with, do contact our support team.
  7. MELONLOLLY says:
I googled kitty bingo complaints and I end up here. Today I am going to put in a complaint to the gaming commission as well as the responsible gaming board. I feel that kitty bingo's responsible gaming policy is non exsistant, as you can deposit and deposit over and over by clicking a mouse button twice. There is no limits set by the site, there are no warnings, nothing on the homepage regarding responsible gambling unless you scroll to the bottom where you find a pretty generic blurb about gambling. The bonus system means its very difficult to bank normally. If you deposit without accepting the bonus you just do not win!! I should know, i deposited over 300 last night chasing a win that was never going to come because if I did win I could have banked it. This may sound paranoid but indeed I came no where near a win either in bingo or on the slots, when previously I have won bigger amounts but been unable to bank because of wagering requirements. I complained in first instance to CS - although very polite as always they said they would look into their responsible gambling and thanked me for my feedback. I take responsibility for my gaming habits, but I have never been more encouraged or enabled to spend spend spend!!! On any other site there would be a max of say 5 deposits in 24 hours or a cash limit or an easy accessable deposit limit such as with Tombola. I have always been able to manage my gambling compulsions as I have always previous played on more responsible sites. They seem to have a complete lack of duty of care for their more vulnerable players. Hopefully this will make them see this is a serious issue with the site that needs addressing.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello MELONLOLLY. Thank you for your comment. We are terribly sorry about the lack of wins you experienced. Kitty Bingo does take responsible gaming very seriously and we do have guidelines in place to ensure players deposit within their means, amongst which the setting of deposit limits to players' accounts. At the same time, like you have been informed, your feedback is most welcome and has been passed on to the Management Team for them to look into. Similarly, we will provide full information and cooperation to any gambling body which contacts us as regards this matter or any other matter.
  8. ausrockchick says:
this is the worst site i have ever played at. I am an australian and i joined about 1 month ago, i deposited 3 or 4 times, about $150 aud. I withdrew 3 times no problems around $1500 although it took over a week to get back to me each time. Then i was playing last week and i won $1100 so i withdrew the money and it was pending. I left $47 in my account to play with, the next day i was playing and i won another $400 and all of a sudden i was booted. When i tried to log back in a message came up saying my account was locked pending a security check, so i contacted support and told it was routine and my pending withdrawal would not be affected. I had several conversations with the cs staff and got a different answer everytime, that they cannot tell me whats going on only security can. When i asked to speak to them i was told i couldnt and they would get in touch with me. 7 days later i got an email saying my account was closed and my money would be refunded. i got it 5 days later. i had around $100 in prebuys on that i wasnt refunded.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello All, With reference to the complaint from ausrockchick, our ethics prevent us from divulging any information regarding the account and the circumstances which led to the account being closed. Indeed, this player's account as well as others were closed and their balances refunded. This occurred further to the security team having identified these accounts and made thorough verifications which led to a decision being taken not to accept wagers from these players.
      • ausrockchick says:
what a crock ! i didnt do anything wrong all i did was win! and my friend also had her account closed cause she won! kitty bingo only want depositors not winners. and can you tell me why others that won way more than me are still there??? bogus site! don't touch it with a stick!
      • xxdave666xx says:
Why cant you give a general reason why you closed players accounts, as it seems whatever the reason was all the players were banned for the same reason and as such your not naming names, the pattern ausrockchick has given seems like very high winning levels without much deposits, im not saying cheating just odd.
        • KittyBingo says:
Hello xxdave666xx and everyone, Thanks for your input. As you will agree, closing players' accounts because they win would be ludicrous. Kitty Bingo makes big winners every day and we would be out of business should we close all these players' accounts. ausrockchick mentioned " tell me why others that won way more than me are still there???". I trust you will agree that this is totally contradictory with what the player is claiming, i.e. that we closed her account and her friend's account because they won. Once again, these accounts were not closed on a whim but after thorough investigations were made by the security team and the findings showed that these players were not complying to our Terms and Conditions.
          • ausrockchick says:
Kitty bingo, that is a downright lie! i did nothing wrong.I didnt "overuse" the bonus system, i deposited with a bonus, and won so i withdrew, then i redeposited with a bonus and won and withdrew again, then i deposited with a bonus again and won i withdrew some and left some in my account and played with it. i won again, and then i got booted from the site without explaination. The EXACT same thing happened to my Canadian friend when she won. The chat hosts are not very good - 1 of them commented when a player said she was suffering from cancer.. how did the player feel about that! You DON'T ask that sort of question.
            • KittyBingo says:
Hello Everyone. First of all, allow us to apologise if any of the comments from our hosts were seen as thoughtless. The difficulty with writing is that the tone someone wishes to use to convey a message is missing and this could lead to misinterpretation. To get back to the latter at hand however, we never at any time stated that the closure of the accounts were because of bonus "overuse". Nor was it because players were winnings. As previously stated, the accounts were closed following beach of our Terms and Conditions and all players involved were duly informed and no funds were kept from them.
              • ausrockchick says:
You didnt give a reason WHY my account was closed nor my friends. All i got was an email with "clause 10.10 in it which read (10.10. We reserve the right to close a player's account and return funds on the account without reason.) That's not good enough i'm afraid. i was asked to verify my account which i did and was accepted. I have not cheated in any way and as yet am still waiting for an explanation as to why i was banned from playing at the site. As for your explanation as to why my account was closed... it isn't one lol.
                • KittyBingo says:
Hello ausrockchick, While we understand your wish to be provided with more information regarding the closure of your account, our privacy policies prevent us from divulging any information over public forums. Should you wish to discuss further about your account, please do contact Kitty Bingo via regular support channels such as the live chat, phone or email. We are always available to respond to player's queries via WhichBingo but we will not be entering into further discussions regarding your account. We thank you for your understanding and once again invite you to get in touch with Kitty Bingo at your convenience.
                  • ausrockchick says:
hello, i did that and was sent an email with the clause 10.10 in it. that was all the explaination i got
                  • fancy that says:
When you close an account down the first email should explain in simple terms what you think the player has done. Never mind claus 10.10 in plain english what claus 10.10 means you look guilty as sin. You may make the odd big winner but i can see the player was not deposting loads, but taking some from you and yes there are other players winning more may be they are big losers too. Why not pay what the player won and then close the account? You didnt pay but you did take the bets. Would not get away with chuking some one out of a land casino without ther winings so why and how can you get away with this in cyber world?
  9. wallynirene says:
The worst bingo site I've used is kitty bingo. I joined up on 16th January 2014. Got the usual bonus, played games, managed to win about 50 pound in total. I had 35.40 in my account on the screen then I went to make a brew and when I came back there was only 13.60. When I got on the chat they said I was wrong that my account was correct. I withdrew the 13.60 immediately and closed my account once I got my money back.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello wallynirene, We are sorry to hear about your experience, some of the offers do claim the bonus funds back once the bonus has been expired through gameplay. In this case the bonus funds are then credited as real funds, but minus the bonus. On the majority of deposit bonuses however, including the welcome bonus, both the bonus and any wins generated from it are converted to real funds upon completion of the wagering requirement. If you wish to have more clarifications concerning your account, please message us with your username and someone will definitely get in touch with you.
  10. pamin says:
I enjoy playing on Kitty Bingo, it is all just luck of the draw. If you don't like the wagering requirements then you do have the option to not accept the bonus money, which i very often do, in the past week I have had 2 nice wins, one of £600 and another £800. Customer services have been brilliant with me and explained wagering requirements fully. The thing I can't understand though is why does it take 36hrs to release any money that has been withdrawn? I must say that a couple of times I have been tempted and reversed my withdraw, could they not release the money right away?
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello Pamin, glad to hear that lady luck smiled at you. The 36 hours you are refering to will depend on your VIP level. If you would like further information, please contact our friendly support team who will be more than glad to assist you.
  11. kissifur says:
So very very hard to win and if u do get a win it goes into bonus. I asked the cm why and u have to wager 4x the deposit before u can get any winnings which makes it impossible to win anything at all.
  12. corydora says:
I was a bit dubious about playing with Kitty Bingo from some of the comments on here. I joined a few month ago and didn't win with my £10 so forgot about the site and didn't go back. The site looks a bit muddled and it took a while to find my way round. Recently I recieved a £2 bonus through the post, and as there was nothing to lose I played it. I won a total of £50 after wagering requirements so withdrew £50. I then get a phone call a few days later. Kitty bingo now say my card has expired, so I would need to deposit a minimum of £5 on a new card and I can take it all out. Alarm bells rang. So after some trepidation I registered a new card and deposited £5 to withdraw £55. A few days later the amount appeared back into my bank account. Excellent. The kitty bingo team members who called me were really nice and helpful, also the CM who I chatted to in bingo was great to talk to. I will use this site again.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello Corydora, Thank you for the review on the site. We are glad that your experience with us have been positive and hope you will continue to enjoy your stay with us. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year 2014. Kitty Bingo Team
  13. willow.29 says:
I'm another one who fell foul of Kitty Bingo's "audit" procedures and lost all my money. Does any other site do this? I've closed my account as I had already taken money out after winning and meeting wagering requirements so dont know how they came up with it as a reason the second time. Anyway a couple of hundred quid down the plughole, wouldn't play there again if they paid me to...and if they did and you won they wouldn't pay out.Ha ha. I'm sticking to Sky, Tombola and JPJ (even though I think the chances of winning are poor there)as they are simple and reliable and clearly marked so you know what you're doing, CS good and payouts quick and straight forward. This lot are a minefield of T&C's which they adapt to the ocassion. Big, fat thumbs down.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello WILLOW.29, thank you for your comment. We are sorry that you left Kitty Bingo with an overall negative impression. We wish to assure you and everyone that the team at Kitty Bingo is always available to clarify matters, especially in the case of wagering requirements. We understand that Terms and Conditions are a lot to go through but want to stress on the fact that nothing is applied retroactively. As previously stated, the way our bonuses work has been updated in order to help players not lose their bonus and winnings upon requesting for a withdrawal. This is already bearing fruits and making more happy players. Regards, The Kitty Bingo Team
  14. toddsmum says:
I left a review based on my personal circumstances which can be seen below. However, I've decided to submit another based on the site itself and not my own issue with them. That can be seen further down the board. Firstly, the free ten pounds bonus comes with a host of T&C's as does your first deposit if you choose the bonus option. Please make sure you read and understand them. They are very complicated and the wagering requirement the highest I've ever seen. Bonuses are taken from you when you meet the wagering requirement or make a withdrawl request. Wagers are taken from your deposit rather than your bonus so if you win using your bonus is almost impossible. Once you request a withdrawl it stays pending for 48 working hours before being processed (I'm guessing on the hope you will reverse it and play it back) and they dont apply to weekends so it can be four days before the request is even looked at never mind to your bank. It then goes to be "audited" which going by the other reviews on here is Kitty Bingo speak for finding reasons for not paying you out. As I've said in my other review this site is a disgrace and geared up to make it as difficult as possible for you to withdraw any winnings. Customer services are unhelpful and just want to read out the T&C's even when it doesn't apply to what you are discussing. On a personal note they have refunded my initial deposit which I think is on the hope they think that this will void the need to pay any winnings I won now the matter is being placed in the hands of the regulator and their licence granter. Avoid completely and that isn't just because of my problem with them. Have a look at the other reviews.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello TODDSMUM, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that your experience on Kitty Bingo was not the one you wished for. As per our correspondence, we respect your decision to contact the Regulator and will fully cooperate with them. As regards the bonuses, we wish to inform everyone that further to some changes which were brought yesterday, bonuses have now become fully cashable in addition to Bingo wagers counting twice as much towards wagering requirements. There have been other updates as well and our team is available round the clock to answer any queries. Regards, The Team

Just to say Kitty Bingo is the best. The cm,s are so funny and i don't stop laughing on there. I love the slots and love the cm,s and i cant say a bad word about them. I have tried many different sites and this is my favorite by far.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello STUDIO4U, Thank you for your nice comment. We are pleased that you had a nice time on our site and that our CMs did well in keeping you entertained. We wish you all the best and are available round to clock to help with any queries. Regards, The Team

I'm going to go so far as to say this site is a disgrace. I received a joining bonus which I won on, apparently you have to wager £50 on bingo before you can withdraw. So I did. Still no money paid! I phoned customer services and was told that all withdrawls have to be audited that "wagering requirements have been met" (which they have) and still no funds. I would say be very wary with this site. As others have also said they take your bonus money off you when you meet the wagering requirement. It seems they are making not only impossible to withdraw, but to grab as much money off you as possible. Don't even use their free offer, it will only annoy you if you win and cant get the funds.
    • willsowls says:
Yes Kitty love to audit your wins and when you do win as I did. Had to lose what I won in own cash won. Lost my bonus as after try to withdraw funds a block put on. End up in lose most of my cash. Best to avoid this site players!!!

Hello Toddsmum, Thank you for your comment. Since you contacted the customer service team on September 8th, we have been trying to contact you with regards to your withdrawal. As with any bonus, Terms and Conditions have to be met prior to a withdrawal being approved. In your case, we confirmed that the withdrawal request would be successful and invited you to submit your request via the cashier. Should you require any assistance, do not hesitate to get in touch.

I would like to reply to the comment by Kitty bingo. After 2 live chats, 2 phone calls and 3 emails (including one advising them I was sending screenshots to the regulator) they emailed to say that IF I deposited ten pounds and played it through I would be able to withdraw the money I won originally. Against my better judgement I did. I played the ten pounds and won. I played some more and won again almost £500. Guess what? Kitty Bingo are once again refusing to pay saying it was won on bonus money which it wasn't. I quite specifically chose the option of no deposit bonus to avoid any more of their ridiculous wagering requirements. I have to laugh at their comment further down saying they want players to have a great experience on their site. What rubbish, this carry on with them has made me ill, I cant sleep at night for worrying about it. If they did then they would pay people what they win, all they are interested in is finding ways not to pay out. I have forwarded this matter to the regulator and the Office of Fair Trading. I stand by my original comment and would say avoid at all costs.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hi Toddsmum, Further to your latest comment we would like to provide everyone with more information regarding the matter at hand. In a nutshell, the winnings which you generated and wished to withdraw were initially derived from the Free £10 bonus for which the Terms and Conditions were and are still clearly stated on the website, more specifically that winnings generated from the tenner would be withdrawable up to a maximum of £50. In your case, you were paid this maximum amount as well as your deposit amount. Anyone wishing to take a look at the said Terms and Conditions can find them on the Kitty Bingo website. Regards, The Team

This site is the worst I've been on. I used to play it quite a bit then I got a new job which required more hours, so I didn't really get time to go on. But I received an email from them saying I still had bonus money left and to use it up along with my loyalty points. So I tried to do that only to find out they had cancelled my deposit bonus from my own money and I could not cash in my loyalty points either. Terrible customer service. They are glad to take money, but will not pay out at all. Never won anything on this site. Slots don't pay out and even though there are few players you never win.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello LINDSAY2209, Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that your experience on the site was not what you expected. We will appreciate if you could send us a private message with a full description of the problem you encountered as well as your bingo username and we will look into it. Regards, Kitty Bingo

Avoid at all costs, I won jp of 500+ and wanted to withdraw 125.00 not only did they say I had not fully wagered (never even used the bonus funds) they took every penny from my account, every penny n pound I won on either bingo or slots. Please be warned, plus it takes nearly 7 days to get what monies ya do want back. I have closed my account after being a loyal customer. Payments are taking too long to process and why would ya want to reverse a withdrawal once made so the 48 hour period is irrelevant!.
  19. BINGOBETTY says:
This site looks good and offers a good variety of slots but don't be fooled. Slots seldom pay out, free spins are near impossible to come by and the wins from bingo are tiny. The bonus system is strange and difficult to understand. You can have £50 in bonuses, but the moment you meet wagering requirements, the bonus disappears and you are left with a teensy cash equivalent. If you make a withdrawal all your bonuses disappear. I joined Kitty Bingo 5 weeks ago and played Fluffy Favourites every night for 5 weeks to the tune of about £500 and never got free spins once. I played £50 of bonus money on bingo and didn't win once, not even a line. Looks good, but is a terrible site and a money gobbling machine. bbingobetty

Kitty Bingo only wishes to offer players an enjoyable gaming experience. Should this not be the case, please do provide us with your comments and feedback and we shall do our best to set things right.
    • toddsmum says:
Can I just comment on the bonus system...they have the most bizarre system at Kitty bingo. If you are not winning they say your wagers must come from cash leaving the bonus untouched and it then disappears when you meet the wagering requirements. However if you win they say your wagers come from bonus money and dont pay out. They are a nightmare.

When you join, you win to start, then nothing and end up losing. Same winners, see win all 3 games by the same player!!!!!. End up playing slots. But got bored with this site A bit cheesy. Better sites else where.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello willsowls, We are sorry to hear that your experience at Kitty Bingo was not what you might have wished for. We wish to assure you that all the games are subject to a random number generator which guarantees their fairness. Maybe the reason why the same player won all three prizes in a game was because this player purchased the most tickets for this game. Should you have any concerns you wish to bring forward, please do not hesitate to contact us.
    • willsowls says:
In reply to Kitty Bingo remark - Is most players do buy the full purchased tickets for games is too stand a chance to win anything!!! So the comment left is a poor one!!! But the same players do win all three games as seen time and time on your site!!!

I love the kitty bingo site. It has a great lay out and so easy to use. I'm fond of the fluffy favourites slot on there and from a £20 deposit I won over £600. I find the payouts very fair unlike slots on other sites. The cm's seem really friendly in the bingo rooms too. 5 star site for me. eyesdown72

If you love cats and bingo, there is only one place you should go - Kitty Bingo. An original fun gaming environment with high quality state of the art inventive bingo and games. Kitty Bingo probably has more on going promotions and bonus cash opportunities than the bottom 100 bingo sites all together! There are also prizes galore to win (I have won an ipod on this site and 1000s of loyalty points playing in the tournaments). Whilst the 50% bonus on ALL re-load deposits are generous it's another matter trying to win a profit from it with 4x staking requirement that can only be used on bingo games. On several occasions I have deliberately forfeited quids of bonus money in order to withdraw profits from my ordinary balance... The Kitty Loyalty Club is one of the best loyalty schemes and one can quickly accumulate Kitty points by keeping an eye on what, and when to play a bingo game, by reading the promotions page daily. You can get a pound cash for every 1000 Kitty points you have. I have personally cashed in about 200000 points since joining six months ago - all that by modest staking on bingo and tourney games play once or twice week. Great CMs, lots to explore always, and hassle free withdrawals. Kitty Bingo got to be in the top 10 on the web. Highly recommended by me.

I love this site. When I first ever joined Kitty Bingo I received my free £10 which is fab! The chat hosts are always there, very chatty and friendly. I have had a few wins since I have been a member at Kitty and wont stop playing here. I dont understand why there are so many negative comments about this site. I think it is truly great. I mainly stick to playing bingo as I am not too bothered about the slots. I love how many promotions they have available all the time. Big massive thumbs up from me.
    • KittyBingo says:
Hello Annir9, Thank you for your nice comments. We are happy to hear you are enjoying the games as well as the promotions run on the site. Please check our free bingo rooms as well in the Free bingo & Penny Bingo for free tickets. Regards, Kitty Bingo

Joined Kitty Bingo a few weeks ago. Won at first then lost a lot. Was made a silver member then won £200 pounds - that was over a week and a half ago and still not gone into my bank. Contacted customer support who told me it should be there by the end of this week. Site takes far too long to send money back to you. Many other bingo site send within 48 hours - worst one I've been on for this. Please save your money and go else where as it's not a good site and the amounts to win are very poor and misleading. I only won this amount because i resorted to playing on the slots out of boredom - it's up to you, but being totally honest here.

I have the same problem. Quick enough in taking your money but don't like paying it out!!
  25. Worst site ever. Because they couldnt verify my account ie through postcode, they wanted me to send copy of my passport before i could withdraw all of 50 pounds. Utterly ridiculous. In the end after much hassle they allowed me to withdraw. If they couldn't verify my account why did they take the deposits off me?
  26. jules47 says:
Joined Kitty bingo and received all my bonuses as promised, won a bit at first, but as with all slots it took my money. It loves you at first, so be careful. Found the CH's friendly enough, but as with most sites you saw the same winners on bingo time and time again, winning not just one line, but the one, two and house! I stayed playing long enough to witness the same people winning! I was stupid enough to give Kitty bingo £290, but I have learned my lesson now.
  27. Ilovebingo says:
I got caught out by the wagering requirements at Kitty Bingo so take care before taking part in the games. I would also like to add that the Boomerang Friday game is not all it seems. It states that if you don't win you get your money back, however, you actually receive the money back in bonus funds, which also have a wagering requirement of 4x attached to it. The free bingo also has a 4x wagering requirement attached to it. They make it virtually impossible to be able to withdraw because of all the wagering requirements. Don't waste your money on this site!
  28. gooner86 says:
This has to be the worst site. Kitty bingo have let me play on the site for over a month pretty much every day, spending money and then today they make me a sliver member. Then a hour later close my account for no reason. They won't answer my emails as to why and it looks like they have closed a few peoples account today for no reason and have kept all our bonus money they have let us build up. Wot a joke.
  29. babyblu64 says:
Worst site I have played on. Have not been lucky enough to have a decent win, so cannot comment on withdrawal problems etc. My bugbear is the technical side of the site. Half the time, after logging in, I cannot get the lobby to load. If I manage that, when I enter the rooms there are no tickets showing, so I cannot play as I cannot see tickets to buy!!! As for the "free game", again tickets hardly ever show up, so cannot get any. I have commented to Kitty about all the tech probs, but to no avail, it's still the same. I would not recommend this site.
  30. Looking at other reviews I was fortunate enough to be able to withdraw £80.00 from this site but will never use the site again. I asked for a withdrawal of £80.00 on the 16th December, so today the 21st December I checked my bank account and nothing. Went into live help to be told that the money had been processed into my bank account on the 20th December. I expressed my concern that it had taken 4 days for the withdrawal to be processed and not the 2 days that it's meant to stay pending in your account so that you can flow it back(I think that in itself is greedy). I was then informed that I asked for the withdrawal on a Sunday and the pending in your account rule applies to Working days, Thisl meant that it had taken 3 working days to process my withdrawal not the 2 stated, the person in live help then went on to tell me that after it pends for 2 days in your account it then goes to another team who review your withdrawal for process, well why?? Withdrawals are rubbish and Live help are robotic and unhelpful.
    • kkaayyss says:
These online bingo sites take your deposit very quick, but not only kitty bingo leave your win for 48 hours before they start to process it - Cassava sites do it too and yes they are all set up to try and stop you withdrawing any money from them. In this day and age they could pay you your win within hours, but see they don't want to. Jackpotjoy don't do it. If you win they pay very quickly. Banked about midnight Monday and it was in my account Monday afternoon and yes that's the way it should be.
  31. Rassilon953 says:
I've experimented with lots of online bingo in the last few months, and this is the absolute worst. Removing bonus funds because the wagering requirement has been met is not a practice I've encountered anywhere else. Live Help restored my bonus funds "as a favour" to me, then promptly removed them again.

  34. nosey26 says:
Kitty Bingo offers what seems like a fantastic bonus, but they are not at all in any way what they seem. You put on £10 for example, you get a £10 bonus, which is displayed separately, so I played and won the odd line and it takes your cash first leaving your bonus money sat in a separate balance. Then all of a sudden my bonus money disappeared, and that's because apparently I had met wagering requirements, so they took it back!!!! Even though i had not touched the bonus, so i in effect met wagering requirements for a bonus i haven't yet used. After a long baffling argument with the live help who try to baffle you with utter rubbish and losing the will to live, i gave up and quit the site and wont be returning. The live help really are trained to try and baffle you, they made me feel like i was going insane.
  35. o9angela63 says:
I received £10.00 free to play bingo at Kitty Bingo which was great. I could not join in the chat games as I had to have deposited money to join which made me feel left out of chat. They site was friendly CS where helpful and friendly, I would use this site again.
    • Ilovebingo says:
What they don't make clear to people is that the £10 registration bonus they give you has a 5x wagering requirement attached to it. Also, if you win a game using the £10 registration bonus, the maximum they will pay out is £50. I won £500 and they would only let me have £50. I was really disappointed.
  36. noddyxxx says:
I joined Kitty Bingo and had 50% deposit match. Used my own money then some of bonus money - won a few games and my bonus money was taken from my account. I contacted live help they said something about wagering, but i wasnt taking any funds out of the account, so as far as im concerned ive been cheated of my 50% match deposit so i wouldn't recommend this site.
  37. xxannie83xx says:
Agree with those comments below. Read all the wagering requirements at Kitty Bingo and beware of small fonts!
    • rosebud says:
site is a con iwon £250 played wagering requirement and they paid £55 into my bank the rest disappeared back into their bank account its a con
    • WhichBingo Anita Site Administrator says:
In reply to 'rosebud' we can confirm that having checked the terms and conditions at Kitty Bingo there has been no 'con'. These are printed on the actual promotions page that outlines the no deposit £10 offer and does stress that they should be read prior to playing - "Any withdrawals requested as a result of winnings generated in an unfunded state are limited to 50 GBP/CAD/AUD/EUR, and the remaining balance will be deemed null and void." So, you may be disappointed, but site is wholly legitimate.
    • sarah5bb says:
this is the best site on the internet at the moment
    • Exactly the same has just happened to me won £500, deposited and wagered over £1800 and they took £450 off me, they may be legitimate within their terms and conditions but it is shockingly deceiving and Ive never known a site do this. Treating customers very unfairly and will struggle to maintain retention, especially as I will tell everyone I come across to avoid them at ALL costs!
  38. ryant71 says:
Seemed like a nice site at first. A friendly CH, a free tenner, a few wins here and there (Only when buying full amount of tickets even though there are only 15 or so people!) But then this is where the 'fun' begins, you need to wager £50 before withdrawal, on top of that you need to deposit, I was planning on depositing £10 which live support just confirmed I would have to wager ANOTHER £50 before withdraw. The same 4 people keep winning. Not worth the £100 wager limit.
  39. rippedoff says:
Kitty Bingo has seriously got to be the worst site i have ever been on. They give you £10 free,n but no they don't as you actually have to pay it back with x 4 wagering. Same with the bonus. honestly avoid. I won 200 quid and they said i had to play 120 before i could withdraw - disgusting or what?
  40. fotoguy says:
A great site layout, but beware, at Kitty Bingo once you have played a certain wager they take all your bonus money back, very unfair , also very unhelpfull live chat. When i had money staked and no proof it was played, enjoy but BEWARE of small Print
