Well where do I start! Bingocams has got so greedy that it beggars belief!! They give you bonus (although I have heard that they stopped giving certain players deposit bonuses etc), but the bonus money is practically useless!! Not like sites like Costa Bingo where if you win with bonus money they pay out cash!! This place doesn't even let you play for cash using bonus, totally waste of time even depositing.
They say "friendliest site on the net", but that is pure false advertising as no one talks and when they do they get chastised by the hosts!!!
The room prizes are so small there's no point depositing real money to win peanuts like 1.40 full house etc, and yes they will say they have jackpot rooms, but you can't get into them if you have bonus!!!
The live help facility is just disgraceful the way they speak to customers, you go out feeling like you have done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson...and lost, seems they have been trained to deny everything and anything and blame the customers.
I won't be playing here again, I will not gamble real money to win Monopoly money and then get treated like some idiot by Live help. To other bingo sites...look at this site and make sure you do not do anything they do!!! There is just very little to no chance of even getting up to 10.00 to withdraw!!

Thank you for your comments. We issue bonuses at least twice a week and have many extra competitions all the time to have the chance to win more bonus or even merchandise. Your comment about certain players not getting bonuses does unfortunately appear to be a statement with ulterior motives, and as you have chosen not to use or supply your username, we are limited into being able to look at these issues from your account's perspective.

A quick look in our chat rooms would show they are very busy and friendly, so without actual evidence, time or dates, your comment cannot be investigated. You know I'm really dissapointed & actually annoyed that someone working for bingo cams can come on here and make claims that bingo cams has one of the lowest and fairest wagering requirements... I have to agree with all of the negative reviews on here.. I have been with bingocams for a long time and tho its rare i deposit, i do partake when they give small bonuses, tho up to now never met the high wager requirements 10x on a bingo bonus. They gave me £2 so just for fun i played, i actually managed to meet the 10x wager and had over £9.00 in my balance.
I though id try my luck at slots.. but i could not play slots with my real money!!! It transpires that to play slots you have to have deposited in the last 3 months.But it is real money, I earned it by making the wager.
No other site i know does not let you use the slots once you have met your wager requirements on a bonus fund.
The only reasoning i can see that they have for this is that, as the bingo prizes are so small.. and you can only enter a cpl rooms without depositing.. the likelihood is that on slots you would be several times more likely to win enough to withdraw a decent amount, than the pittance you could win on bingo, and while they say you can win on free bonus.. they want to make it extremely difficult to withdraw a decent amount , hence restricting the play of slots.
Obviously this site is scared of people winning good amounts.. that is why they have restrictions in place that no other bingo site has.

Thank you for your review, which you did inform us of your intent to write whilst with our Customer Support. Unfortunately it is not possible to play slots with wagered bonus. You can play them with real money and deposited funds of course, but as you had not deposited for over 3 months then this is why it prompted you.
Although you do not agree with it, this rule is nothing to do with whether someone wins or not at all. Every day people can win anywhere from £50 to over £500, and over £1000 on our special games. Our Rollover is currently at £3500. We would not call this a pittance. We have progressive jackpots that regularly are won in the higher 5 figures, so again, not a pittance. We are fully licenced and all of our games run on a random and secure RNG for true and random results.
As we stated at the time, you are more than welcome to your opinion about why rules and regulations are in place. However, this does not - with respect - make it the truth. We have regular casino winners that often drop 5 figure wins. As any good bingo site, the amount that someone can win is never an issue. We love big winners!

I joined Bingocams recently and found the wagering to be confusing with type 1 & 2 wagering. If you accept their bonus offer it will require you to wager 10x 25.00 on type 2 deposit, but I can't remember how much type 1 was, but I had to complete 100 stages to qualify for type 2 bonus.
CM's seem nice enough, but are either reluctant to say or won't say exactly how much the wagering is, only that it's confusing and the automated claims of them having the lowest wagering requirements just aren't true!Please be careful if you do accept their bonus offers as you will need to wager hundreds of pounds back before you can profit!

Hi Jockeyswhips. This review proved to be rather disconcerting to us as many of the points raised are simply not true. We have just two wagering types which is x2 on deposit-linked bonuses and x10 on free bonus. You have your personal bonus page as well as a comprehensive FAQ and online helpdesk to explain further and you are always welcome to contact a host or Customer Support if you then need further help or advice.
We are surprised that you say our hosts are reluctant to say anything about wagering as this is never a question that is not answered, and all of our hosts are fully trained in all aspects of the site so this is a very confusing statement. Wagering does not require hundreds of pounds. It is x10 or x2 as previously mentioned. In other words, to wager a free bonus of 1.00 it would be 1 x 10. To wager a deposit-linked 10.00 bonus, it would be 10 x 2. Hardly hundreds, so this does not ring true.
Soho is not our busiest room. It is a standard and popular room, but it is not a special room or jackpot room which tend to be a lot busier with much larger prizes.
We do have customer support which is live every day from midday to 8pm as well as email contact, online helpdesk, hosts and FAQ so we are not sure as to why you say we do not? I find this site to be one of the best sites in terms of many things. Firstly the site itself is second to none with extremely easy to use functions and enjoyable bingo layout.
Secondly the hosts are very friendly and easy to approach with any questions you have also the support team are excellent.
Thirdly the games selection is vast. Great games to choose from with great jackpots and fair payouts. But what has really impressed me about this site is the honesty and the speed of the withdrawals. I’ve been playing with £30 and I haven’t won a single penny. I know it’s gambling and it’s all about luck, but what are the chances that the same people win every single game. I watched one name win bingo and also win the room jackpot 3 games in a row.
No matter what games or times I play it’s always the same names winning.
Also, it’s very misleading. Bingo games show the win as, let’s say £10. The bingo win is only actually for £4. The £10 is the room jackpot, so bingo in 40 calls.

I used to like this site and had a certain emotional attachment to it as it's the first site ever that let me withdraw winnings before I had deposited! That was probably about six years ago, as I joined not long after the site opened. However, I think in total I've probably withdrawn only twice, maybe three times, from the site.
I've never been a big depositor on there, but it was always so hard to win! Also the wagering conditions with bonus are a bit of a pain - or at least they used to be. I really haven't played on the site for a good few months now so that might have changed.
To be honest I drifted off mainly because they cut back on so many of the freebies and introduced wagering requirements to get them. Fair enough it's a business and they need to make money, and I play on other sites that give practically nothing away, but with other sites there's enough to make me want to stay and on Bingocams unfortunately there wasn't.
I'm not much of a 'chatter' so it was irritating not to be able to turn chat off because the chat was usually not that appealing and very 'cliquey'. Definitely not welcoming to new players and before I stopped playing regularly the site was getting quieter by the day. I used to like playing in Soho but towards the end there was literally no-one playing in that room even during the evenings. We love the fact that you have been with us so long, and that we have - we hope - an overall positive association in your mind. From time to time, changes are made but always with the players in mind.
Our wagering has always been extremely low, and very competitively x4 or x10 and we issue free bonus codes, some needing a deposit and others not, at least once a week. Our hosts also give out tons of non-deposit bonus in the rooms, and our Facebook team award lots of prizes such a days away, breaks, free spins and more.
We should also raise how many free bingo games we actually have now - 12 hours a day, at least 2 status free games a week, plus others each night - why not have a look? Free bingo with real cash is what we are all about!
We have passed your comments regarding turning chat off for those wanting the option. Our hosts work very hard to make sure it is inviting and welcoming for all. Been a member for 6 yrs, used to love everything about this site, the monthly lwm, the 50% reload on every depo, even the hosts all used to have laughs was so fun. Also, it’s very misleading. Bingo games show the win as, let’s say £10. The bingo win is only actually for £4. The £10 is the room jackpot, so bingo in 40 calls.
I wouldn’t bother depositing on this site because you won’t win anything.

I like playing in the jackpot rooms as the prizes are always given away. it's good even if you dont win because then you can go and play in all the free rooms and win real money.
i like the regular deposit codes i get by email and the weekly free spins.

I've never been a big depositor on there, but it was always so hard to win! Also the wagering conditions with bonus are a bit of a pain - or at least they used to be. I really haven't played on the site for a good few months now so that might have changed.
To be honest I drifted off mainly because they cut back on so many of the freebies and introduced wagering requirements to get them. Fair enough it's a business and they need to make money, and I play on other sites that give practically nothing away, but with other sites there's enough to make me want to stay and on Bingocams unfortunately there wasn't.
I'm not much of a 'chatter' so it was irritating not to be able to turn chat off because the chat was usually not that appealing and very 'cliquey'. Definitely not welcoming to new players and before I stopped playing regularly the site was getting quieter by the day. I used to like playing in Soho but towards the end there was literally no-one playing in that room even during the evenings. Unless everyone has switched to playing slots I suspect there are not that many regular players left on there

We love the fact that you have been with us so long, and that we have - we hope - an overall positive association in your mind. From time to time, changes are made but always with the players in mind.
Our wagering has always been extremely low, and very competitively x4 or x10 and we issue free bonus codes, some needing a deposit and others not, at least once a week. Our hosts also give out tons of non-deposit bonus in the rooms, and our Facebook team award lots of prizes such a days away, breaks, free spins and more.
We should also raise how many free bingo games we actually have now - 12 hours a day, at least 2 status free games a week, plus others each night - why not have a look? Free bingo with real cash is what we are all about!
We have passed your comments regarding turning chat off for those wanting the option. Our hosts work very hard to make sure it is inviting and welcoming for all. We do have a great deal of players but often they are in the higher winning jackpot rooms of an evening, rather than the standard Soho. After all, playing for £1000 is likely much more attractive.

Having been with us for 6 years, it simply cannot be all bad. Some changes are brought in and we realise you cannot please everybody all the time, but we have had a lot of positive feedback for cam being in jackpot rooms.

If you have suggestions and feedback regarding any changes that have been made, we always welcome them being made to our Suggestion Station to make sure they reach the correct department.
